The rooms were pretty good, very spacious, clean, and comfortable, which made our stay relaxing. We really loved the amenities provided, as everything we needed was easily available and well maintained. Breakfast was included with the stay, and it was fresh, filling, and a great way to start the day. The front desk staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit, which made us feel comfortable right from check-in. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Room was super clean and all amenties were loaded.Bed mattraces were very comfortable.We slept like babies after a tired day.In the morning,there was a hot continental buffet brealfast including sausages,beans eggs wagfels muffins croissants,bagels coffee ,tea and specialty nutella which was very exciting for kids as they felt being at home.I recommend to all families this hotel.

The experience was very good. Staff was very professional. The rooms were pretty much clean. I have never thought to have such a good rooms in this town overall experience of the room and the hotel is very much good. I would definitely recommend to my company. We would be coming back for work in the town. We would be staying with you guys.

Numerous Flys and Mosquitos in the room, made it feel unclean. Not anywhere to a Wyndham standard which we have stayed all over North America.

- Morgan (4/5): - Arrived to a room that smelled like old food, had stained sheets, and found dead bugs on the walls of the shower. The corners of the room had accumulated dirt and debris. We notified the staff, but even after they came in to clean things up there was no improvement. Bugs still in the shower, sheets still stained, etc. We asked to be able to leave a day early since we were not satisfied with cleanliness -- no response. Went to the front desk — they couldn’t answer our question and wanted us to wait for an indefinite amount of time for a manager. We ended up just leaving the key with the front desk and vacating early. Very frustrating experience.
- Chelsea (6/5): - The room was a wonderful size and located in a great area, with nearby restaurants, groceries and gas. The room was tidy and housekeeping was in daily if needed. The staff was kind. My only complaint was that the top lock on the door was broken, and my shower head did not work properly, easy to be fixed. For the price and area I can’t complain though, and clean.

There was two sinks in our room, one that smelled like puke and one that had hair from the previous guests in it. Both mirrors were dirty. The lamp did not turn on and neither did the TV. The front desk was not friendly.

- Carol-Anne (2/5): - Have stayed at other Baymonts I would highly recommend. Not this one! The room smelled terrible, we had to go to Walmart and buy air fresheners to put around the room. It was supposed to be a suite with a kitchen. They accomplished this by having two adjoining rooms. The one with the kitchen had a sofa and no wall plugs to plug in the small appliances provided. No TV in that room even though it had the sofa. The AC unit was noisy and the place was crawling with bugs when we woke up in the morning. NEVER AGAIN! We paid almost $250.00 for one night and ran out of there in the morning not even willing to look at the breakfast provided.

The stand-up shower floor was tilted, and the jacuzzi tub took a very long time to fill. Unfortunately, in Hinton, many, if not all, of the hotels seem to be on the main road and, which causes a lot of road and truck noise. We won't be staying here again.

We stayed for two days. The air conditioner sounded like it was going to blow up. And the frame around it had nails sticking out which could catch your ankle. There was no plug for the bathroom sink.

- Marion (4/5): - With the Wyndham name on the sign it comes with a reputation. That was not the case here. The window in a bedroom did not lock, I would not sit on the futon they had. The furnishings were out dated and the outside furniture was missed matched, as if the stuff came from garage sales. The picture on the site is deceiving. The outside carpet needs to be vacuumed, the door did not close right, you had to slam it shut. I did not feel safe here at all.

- 837navneets (10/5): Comfortable Stay with Great Location and Service. - I had a very comfortable stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and provided everything I needed. The staff was friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. Another great thing was the location — everything I needed, from restaurants and shops to public transport and attractions, was close by and easy to access. Overall, it was a convenient and pleasant stay.

- Vydelle (6/5): - There was a fireplace in the room, complete with switch, which did not light. The lid to the ice bucket was disgusting. No soap by the bathroom sink. Conditioner bottle practically empty. Door did not completely seal--could see daylight at the bottom. Curled mat right inside the door was a tripping hazard. Had to take a roll of toilet paper off the cart that was left in the breezeway because we ran out. A new roll should have been available in the room. Had to ask for additional towels--twice. Breakfast was cold the first morning, so bought groceries for last two. And for this, we wre charged $758 for three nights...
- ANALIZA (4/5): - This property is old and dirty especially the hallway going to the rooms. For this, I think it is overpriced. Sorry, but I will not stay or recommend this hotel.
- Terry (2/5): - I didn't like anything about the place, we were misled to believe we had two rooms by the pictures that showed above our listing. The air conditioners were so noisy and smelly. The rooms were smelly and felt like they were full of pet odor. I booked 3 days and had to cancel my last day because of the smell
- Ashan (8/5): - Stayed for 2 nights in August 2025. The property itself is tired and can do with a refurbishment, however staff are very helpful and courteous. They have a decent breakfast on offer. A number of options for dining within walking distance of the property.
- P J R M (6/5): Not good value for money. - Very small shower/toilet. Rest of room ok. Smoking area right in front of each unit not properly cleaned. A lot of noise from other rooms. Walls must be very thin. Very small breakfast area. Expensive for what is on offer.

Didnt check any amenities other than breakfast, due to the very bad experience with room cleaniness. Breakfast was very average. A tourist trap as there are limited options to stay near Jasper.

- chris (6/5): - Unfortunately, when we arrived our room had already been given to someone else, even though we had called ahead to let the hotel know our flight was delayed. The staff quickly cleaned another room for us, which we appreciated, but it did mean we had to wait a while before settling in. Since we were only staying for the night, it worked out fine in the end. Breakfast was decent, though very busy as soon as it opened—food went quickly, so be prepared to get there early. Overall, not perfect, but the staff did make the effort to accommodate us.
- shelley (6/5): - It was nice to park right at the door and in the back of the building was a very nice walking trail to walk our dog. Staff at the front were very unfriendly. Didn't even say hello when checking in. Just said "I need your ID"
- H (4/5): - We checked in at night, room had an odour, shower curtains smelled so bad, conditioner bottle n lotion was empty . Room was not vacuumed well , baseboard dirty n bathroom tiles was moldy, we stayed two nights . Towel holder in the bathroom was broken n after telling the receptionist to make bed they still didn’t fix or vaccum the floor or empty bins, for the money at least we expect clean rooms .
- Andrea (6/5): - Room was fine. Nothing special. Nice to have a king bed though! Shower was great. Sheets were gritty though… not sure if from years of washing but had noticeable texture. Breakfast experience wasn’t great… very busy with no where to sit and often ran out of items.
- Sally (8/5): - What I liked was the room was very nice, clean, nice linens and comfortable bed. What I didn’t like was walking up the stairs to our room. Very dirty. The mats and baseboards and trash was out. Also the breakfast was sort of a disaster. They ran out of 1/2 and 1/2 for the coffee. You often had to wait for more coffee. The waffle maker didn’t work. The poor woman at the front desk seemed to have all of the jobs and was always running around but we often had to go look for her. It was so crowded. We went at 4 different times for 4 days and always packed.

- Aakash (10/5): - It’s clean but the rooms are not very clean hair in tub and some gunk in the tub near faucet. Needs a little renovation but other than that it has potential for it to be a great place. Helpful staff.

Overall it was a decent place to spend a night except for the toilet flushed approximately every hour, and there was only a half wall seperating the toilet from the room. As well as the shower drain was clogged and the bathroom door didnt latch.

- Karine (4/5): Décevant! - Nous avons été déçu de notre séjour. À notre arrivée, on nous a dit que notre réservation était annulée. Ils ont pu nous en fournir une malgré tout. Nous avions deux lits, un divan lit. C’est un hôtel un peu vieux, la propreté était limite. Et que dire du déjeuner. Choix peu variés, le goût de l’omelette est des œufs étaient médiocre. La salle pour déjeuner est minuscule. Il manquait de place, nous avons mangé dehors..
