- Nathan (2/5): - It was very dated, smelled moldy, the mattress had a giant hole under it with red spots near it. I checked out immediately. A refund wasn’t offered so I just cut that loss and moved on to a home 2 suites. Would not recommend at all.

- Debra (6/5): - You actually get what you PAY for.... breakfast was the usual waffles, limited juice and brkfst options. Employees get upset if you ask them to make coffee. Muffins come in a pkg of two, but they separate the muffins and saran wrap the muffins....how do I know? Cause I read the wrapper..they charge your debit/credit card before you even arrive, which was a first for me, since I always select pay at property. I asked the clerk when I arrived, why this happened and she said they do things differently. Carpet in the rooms, which I don't like, I feel that it is unsanitary, beds are ok, and pillows are the size of throw pillows. It's a quiet and average place, but I wouldn't stay here again.

It was no good. Spoke to hispanic female manager and she apologized, male person said property was listed under renovations and it wasn't true. Horrible experience.

Other than that it was good.

I was trying to go to a nice place and relax for the weekend and then i had to leave the hotwl inorder to have peace and quite. So even though I’ll only be in the room for a few hours at this point.. I still wouldnt come here again. Should’ve went to super 8 or motel 6 for better results

- ParkAddict (2/5): Bedbugs made a meal of my husband - We had a room with two beds. I was fine, but my husband woke up feeling itchy, and we discovered he was covered in bug bites. There are literally hundreds of bites, especially on his legs and ankles, and on the side he sleeps on. There's no other way he could have been bitten so many times except for bugs in the bed. These are not mosquito bites—they are something very different. We travel for our business and have stayed in hundreds of hotels, and we have never had an experience like this. Do not stay here. I repeat, do not stay here.

- Delia (8/5): - This stay isn't the first time that family members have stayed at this Best Western Hotel. It was pleasant. This time it was different. The Hotel for some reason could never find my reservation on their end. Expedia had it on their end. Problem was finally resolved. The room was great except for the sink and bathtub drains. The water would not drain unless we held the stopper up manually. The breakfast was good if you get there before nine. They had no milk for the cereal or cream for the coffee. Only flavored cream. I was just told there wasn't any, what was there was all they had. I am aware that things happen that is beyond the person behind the counter's control. But being a weekend you want to make sure that you plan ahead with supplies. We've stayed there before and it was great. Area felt quite and safe. We got a good night's rest. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. It is our go to Hotel when we need one. I don't want to go to Motel 6.

- spclk5150 (4/5): Worst "Best Western" Property I've Stayed in. - The front desk staff was rude and unaccommodating. Online said 3pm check in. Wouldn't allow us to check in until 4pm. Housecleaning said we had to check out by 11am. Over $100 for less than a 24 hour stay! The ice machine on the 2nd floor was spitting out "black specks" with the ice. No way to turn the bubble on in the hot tub. We won't be back.

The hot breakfast is very good and my kids loved it, and even we didn't use the pool it's nice to know that we have that option and also will definitely will used next time

We've stayed here before and had rude receptionist in the past, but Lexi really went above and beyond to make sure everything went well for us, I really think the other receptionists should learn a thing or 2 about her and how to treat customers.
