Was upset when I arrived to find it was a motel(all exterior opening doors) as a woman traveling alone I specifically wanted a hotel with interior opening doors. Staff was understanding & canceled my additional nights with no charge See above

• Thomas (4/5): Disappointed - No bar soap for bathroom sink, no hairdryer, very " squeaky" bed, body wash in shower " ran out". We had requested a first floor room when booking as my husband has leg issues but were assigned a 2 nd.story room and no elevator. Glad we were just there overnight.

• Vickers (7/5): Check the plumbing before you get settled in - Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the tv was big, however surfing channels was complicated. The toilet did not work. It ran constantly, but the tank never filled, so it couldn’t be flushed. Also the sink drain would benefit from some drain cleaner.

Things could have been cleaner , all the laminated stuff was dirty , coffee stains and dirt , where things wasn't wiped down while cleaning the room . No pride in the cleaning seemed to be hurry up.get done , instead of doing the job correctly. I spilled water on the table , run off on the floor cleaned up after my self , table and floor , after foor cleaned up up a white towel was now black . I would say the floor under the table hadn't been mopped in a while , made me question the rest of the floor . As I told the lady at check out , some of us are sick ( cancer) with stuff and we pay for what should be cleaned and disinfected for a place to stay. Was told when we check in there would be breakfast, in the hot pans was 2 biscuits,,no gravy, no eggs, not anything to go with the biscuits no Danishes, or oatmeal. Just seemed like nobody did there job in the breakfast room. Very disappointed in our stay . And all she could do is say I'm sorry.

• Peter Palacios (5/5): Not worth the stay unless you can't find another alternative. - I don't like continental breakfasts because I am diabetic and they consist of mostly carbs. Facilities looked rundown. The bathroom was not clean and the shampoo , soap and conditioner dispensers were empty. Lots of garbage everywhere. People loudly talking right outside our room.

All utensils/paper goods/condiments were adequate. Staff was present. Area was clean. Room was disappointing. Needed updating. Heater/AC gave off a squealing noise after fan shut off constantly. Chair missing from the desk. Bed was not comfortable as was set on spring frame and made noise each time you moved. Bedding not changed daily. Room not representative of photos on Booking.com or hotel websites. Room cleaning was adequate. Will not stay there again.

• RICHARD (7/5): Decent enough pricing in a good location but a little wear and tear - The lady who took care of us at the front desk was friendly and efficient. One bed was bad to sleep on because it made so much noise everytime you turned. The pool didn't look very usuable.

• Greg (6/5): - I've stayed in many hotels/motels in my life but I don't think I've ever stayed in a room where the a/c was so loud. It was miserable. Finally after a couple of hours trying to get to sleep sleep I finally dozed off only to be woken up by the phone ringing at 4:30 in the morning, it was the automated wake up call that I never placed. Needless to say I never got back to sleep and finally just got up, packed up me and the dog, and left. Definitely not the relaxful night I was hoping for.

Front desk person didn’t give me option to pay the security deposit with cash before first charging my card. I would rather pay cash & get my money back the next day then wait 3-5 business days. He assumed bc “no one else wants to pay $150 cash for deposit” that I didn’t want too.

• Austin (10/5): Great location, excellent stay - I was hesitant to book due to being right on the main road, but it was very quiet in the room. So, don't worry you'll not be able to sleep and be super conveniently located. Great staff, large well maintained rooms. Great location. The roof and bathroom were recently updated and you can see they are still hoing through updated things like light switches when there are no guests. Shower was fantasticly updated, no slippy floor!

Unfortunately, there was a dog next-door that barked throughout the night and you could tell that someone had smoked in the room previously, which made it smell musty because the air conditioner was off upon arrival. Also it felt humid inside.
