Karen (7/5): Ok for a night. - Nice breakfast and bar area Lock on our room didn’t work and had to be manipulated quite a bit by the front desk to allow us back in when we tried to get back in. They said maintenance had been working on it but they knew it still acted up. Thank goodness we weren’t in a huge hurry!

Azalea (5/5): regular - solo es por que esta cerca de donde tenemos un evento familiar, pero en relación precio-calidad consideramos ya no seria la opción. el pasillo de nuestro cuarto se sentía inseguro, obscuro un poco, con animalitos (insectos), las camas no fueron tendidas, y el desayuno bueno en sabor pero limitado.

The beds could be more comfortable and better blankets for bed. The sink was a little dirty. The pool was a big plus has its own shower outside.

Ersa (6/5): Decepcionante. - No me gustó el lugar. Son cuartos en exterior, hay bichos y ratas rondando y dentro del baño hay lagartijas. A nuestra habitación (120) no llegaba el WiFi y también hay mala señal de celular, fuimos a recepción a pedir ayuda para usar el Wifi y simplemente no le dieron importancia y no nos ayudaron.El control de la TV estaba quebrado, había que juntar ciertas partes para poder prender la TV, pero esta vez ya no intentamos pedir ayuda, no quisimos perder el tiempo con personas sin empatía.

Abdul (1/5): Disappointing stay, poor service and worn room - Not sleeping outside. We booked a longer stay and were immediately told via a note that the room would not be cleaned during the holidays, only limited towel refresh. The bathroom was in bad shape, including a rusty tub and generally worn appearance. Breakfast was the worst part. The attendant acted like a gatekeeper and challenged us about getting plates, was rude, and would not even look at me while being friendly with others. I am Black and the treatment felt targeted. Our youngest has autism and staff scolded us instead of showing patience. We cut our stay short and moved to another hotel nearby, and the difference was night and day. Never again.

Demasiado centrico y es facil llegar a muchas tiendas y lugares desde ese lugar. Solo estuve 2 noches pero al dia siguiente de la primera no fueron a hacer la limpiezza en todo el dia. Sali del alojamiento a las 10:30am y volvi a las 11:30pm y no realizaron la limpieza, aun y cuando estaban pasando las mucamas en otras habitaciones. Tampoco me gusto que en el folleto de información del alojamiento NO menciona los horarios de desayuno. El primer dia no fuimos a desayunar por temas personales, pero el dia 2, un lunes, cuando fuimos antes de hacer el check out ya estaba todo recogido. Eran cerca de las 10:15am y en ningun lado mencionaba los horarios.

The lady making breakfast tacos to order was wonderful, despite a busy morning. She made the tacos with fresh, warm tortillas. We had bacon and egg, but my girlfriend added beans. She made little waffles for kids, was friendly and stayed very busy. We both tipped her, and she earned every penny!

Andy (7/5): Visiting family - It was convinent close to resturants and stores i liked the bar at the property mixed drinks were good. I called the front desk for clean towels, but the phone was malfunctioning. So, I walked up to the front desk to request room service. They never showed up to replace the towels, so I had to go back to the desk and get them myself. Also, the birds outside were so loud that they woke me up.
Alexis (10/5): Our stay was very pleasant and restful.we were close to family - This was a very nice inn. The location was perfect for us and our family. The room was clean and the beds were quite comfortable. Breakfast was nice. It was a quiet peaceful setting. There was nothing not to like.
690eduardog (10/5): Don’t judge a book for its cover - When I arrived at the hotel I was scared by the outside appearance. The lady at the reception was very friendly. The room size is incredible big. The remodel is stunning. The mattress very comfortable. The sleep quality amazing.
Fernando (4/5): - The room looked clean until we actually LOOKED. There was what appeared to be a blood stain on our bed sheet. There was also a stain on one of the folded towels in the bathroom. The walls are also very thin so we kept hearing our neighbors. 3/10, not worth the stay or the money.

Elan (2/5): - Don't book here. I had a reservation for a room with two beds and they downgraded me to a single king and a pull out. Then they said that my reservation didn't mean anything because they were overbooked. A total load of crap AND neither Best Western nor Expedia helped me out!

I was dying with allergies because they have feather pillows it's not their fault it ws mine for not asking to replace this.

Erin (10/5): Wonderful Valley Stay - Room itself was roomy. Hot tub was amazing. Staff was super friendly. The pool, gym, ice machine were wonderful. Breakfast was decent but not the best. There were also dead and dying baby birds in the pool. Husband scooped them out.

Sharon (8/5): a little off - THis was our second stay. The TV didn't work correctly and the front desk said there was no one available to fix it. I finally sent a picture of the message on the screen and it was fixed remotely. It would be nice to have an extra blanket. Breakfast is find, just crowded with many people placing orders and waiting around.

Miae (4/5): - I stayed at your hotel recently and unfortunately had several issues that made the experience disappointing: 1. When I checked in, the blanket, sheets, and pillows in both rooms were damp. I called the front desk, and instead of sending someone, I was told to bring everything back myself. I had to carry blankets and pillows for two bedrooms back and forth — twice. 2. After I replaced the bedding, I requested to keep using my room but continue receiving housekeeping. Despite staying for five days, I never received housekeeping even once. I even called the front desk after the second day to report this, but nothing was done. 3. The phone in my room had no signal. I reported it, but it was never fixed throughout my stay. 4. Lastly, both rooms had a strong musty/moldy smell, which was unpleasant from the beginning. Based on this experience, I will likely choose a different hotel for my next trip.
Zachary (5/5): Passable - Breakfast was fine. The morning staff were polite and welcoming. My room couch was filthy. Evening staff were rude. My keys didn’t work like 4x.
Larry (4/5): - Came to our room after a birthday party and there was a truck near the electric car charging station with the doors open and very loud music. I thought surely someone must have already complained. It got to be about 12:30 am and the music was still on, and we had had enough. I called the front desk and a young girl answered and said she would ask him to turn it down. I told her this loud music should’ve never been going on for hours and she just said I just came in and I’ve been taking care of other things. That should’ve been the first thing she should’ve taken care of. And if there was someone before her, they should’ve taken care of it hours before we called.

The only thing i was able to do with the remote was turn the tv and change the volume but it wouldnt let me put a channel or go on netflix or anything like that. Other than that, everything was perfect!
