- Kendal (7/5): quick traveler overnight - This property is between I5 and the train. I chose the highway side and slept ok. The highway noise never stopped. The train side apparently has horns and screeching. It is just off the highway and convenient for a quick over night.

- Rita (8/5): Booking.com failed us - The room was absolutely beautifully appointed, quiet, and clean. The staff were extra attentive and we were treated so well. I booked this room and then had to move the booking to the next night. However, there was no communication between booking.com and the hotel about the change in stay, so we were considered a no show for the night we had changed and then had to pay full rate for the night we did stay. So paying twice for 1 night of stay was extremely aggravating and the hotel definitely was not worth $250+ for 1 night of sleep. So, booking.com has definitely lost us as customers at this time. No one would fix this issue even though I had provided timely request for a change in date for our stay. Very disappointing, but not the fault of this hotel.

- Lief (9/5): This was a friendly and a great value; we will definitely be back! - Breakfast was beyond what you usually get for a continental. Our room was warm and cheerful; the desk gals were genuinely glad we stayed. The room was set up with everything we could need. We would stay here again. There really wasn't anything that could have been better for a comfortable night's stay. It wasn't fancy, but it was a great place for our family to stay.

Also, had a wonderful gal who will cook you an omelet, it was delicious! Best I’ve had at a hotel!! Highly recommend!! Hot tub was great, clean!! Everything about this place was great! I highly recommend staying here, we would definitely stay here again!!

- Gretchen (10/5): Good room, quiet location, excellent price, and I would stay there again. - The location was excellent -- close to 2 outlet malls and one of the best restaurants I've ever eaten in!!! 1. The handicap parking spaces were ill placed. One was down from the front door, so a person with a cane had to park, then walk up an incline. Not too bad if it's dry outside. One of the other spaces is at a right angle to another regular space. If a truck parks there, the person in the handicap spot can't back out because now they're blocked in. 3. Breakfast had nice choices, but the cubed potatoes weren't evenly cooked, and the scrambled eggs were green. The only thing hot was the gravy. The omelets were cooked to order, so they were hot, but I had already gotten my food. I would recommend one of the cooks do a temp check, and taste everything to make sure it's evenly cooked.

- Guest (3/5): Facility ok Service poor/rudee - Facilities meet expectations pool room size bed comfortable clean good location Booked through Booking.com ad stated pay at arrival. we arrived before 4pm they had already run our card. when asked why when that was not what was stated in Ad clerk stated its' the policy of the facility to run cards before arrival when over 80% occupancy. I pointed out that was not stipulated in the ad. she said that's their policy and gave me business cards for management. she advised a manager was not available at that time and to check back later (I paid with a different card) She also said she would note the account and let a mgr. know The next day and the day after, (arrived Friday Left Sunday) attempted to speak with a manager several times was informed that one wasn't available on the weekend. the clerk at that time was rude and argumentative and kept interrupting me didn't listen and was very rude. Advised they had done this before when direct booked and that was why we used a third party to avoid this. Due to tying up funds for 3-5 business days before our account was credited. she raised her voice and wanted to argue i asked to have a manager call me when available. When I called the next afternoon and spoke to a lady who identified herself as the General manger and tried to explain my frustration with the UNAUTHORIZED charge on my card and how it was in reality a short-term theft of my funds, she was rude and it became clear as to why the desk clerk was rude. I asked for at minimum a credit or a night's stay as compensation she said she would get back to me. as of this review i have not received a response. It should also be noted we travel a fair amount and frequently stay at Best Western's this is the only place we have experienced this treatment or had this Unauthorized charge. definitely not what was expected from this level of hotel. (could have stayed next door for less money)

Breakfast was well above average with made-to-order omelets as an option as well as eggs, biscuits and gravy, bacon, sausage, yogurt, fruit, etc. Overall a great stay.

But when we tried contacting the hotel directly to reserve the room, the price quoted was over $100 more than the price we finally got through Hotels.com. Also the hotel's reservation agent was difficult to understand. We just said "cancel it" and did it online more easily.

- Madeline (1/5): Nightmare - Will be calling for a full refund, the woman at the front desk was horrifically rude and had a bone to pick with everyone around her, I watched children come up to the front desk and her demand “what do you want?!”. She had my family evicted with 4 police officers who were called, after we were only at the hotel for 20 min and went to the pool for the last 15 min before it closed. She was leaving the pool area as we were entering it, after just having yelled at another family with three little girls. When we entered she said harshly “you only have 15 minutes.” Then came back to scold my daughter who was in the hot tub with my husband and I, saying she was too young when she was aged approximately and stated so. Then she stated we could t have drinks in the pool area (my husband had a large plastic cup) and she pointed to the sign which said no drinks in the spa area, not the entire pool area. The drink wasn’t being held by him in the hot tub, but was on a window sill. My husband asked why she was fixated with us trying to find an issue, he said we paid almost 400$ on the room (after she charged us an extra pet fee even though the room we booked said it was a pet room in the first place), and that we were just trying to have a good time. She yelled sarcastically she wasn’t trying to inconvenience us, and my husband responded that she was though. My husband said we would just leave and get our money back and she said I’m calling the police. The whole thing was insanely out of place and odd. My husband is African American, and we have two sons and a daughter who all witnessed 4 police officers talking to my husband, and acknowledging how absurd this was but stating because she was the property manager and it was private property that they didn’t have a choice but to ask us to leave on her behalf. We were staying in Centralia for my sons baseball all stars tournament. MVPs from various tournaments all over the state joining teams for the weekend. We were there 40 min!

Breakfast was great with a dedicated staff to make some customized dishes, on demand. Proximity of the hotel with plenty of attractions in Chehalis and Centralia (big and nice outlets available for shopping enthusiasts), making it very convenient as well for family with small kids. The pool and spa is a plus, to provide more relaxation alternatives. The proximity to the I5 highway makes it very convenient as well to go in & out. Wifi connection was not stable for us, making it difficult for us. Maybe a wifi with passcode could help? Room services for longer stay could be done much complete, i.e cleaning/washing more often the bathtub.

- Steven (2/5): - For the price they charge it’s not worth it. Rooms looked outdated. The room had hardwood floors instead of carpet. Prefer carpet. The air conditioner struggled to keep temp. The TV was hard to navigate. The elevator took a month of Sunday's to get to you. At one point I got in the elevator and I needed to go to the first floor, it took me up to the third floor then back to the second then finally to the first. They won’t let you have any adult beverages in any of the common areas, only in your room. The only thing that made the stay good was Gina the night attendant, she was amazing very friendly and informative. The breakfast was mediocre at best.
