- 26pamb68 (10/5): Excellent employee, reliably comfortable stay - We stayed here for one night on our way home from CA to MN. We called from the road to make a reservation and the hotel employee was extremely helpful and courteous. When we arrived, it was the same employee and she was even more delightful. Sorry I didn't get her name but she worked the afternoon/evening shift on April 8th. She was friendly but professional, very efficient and an overall excellent employee. I had occasion to sit in the lobby for about an hour later that evening and heard her be as friendly and professional with everyone who walked in. The stay otherwise was what we expect from Best Western - roomy, clean, comfortable and with probably the best breakfast of any of the chain hotels. We can always count on Best Western for a positive experience.

- janea568 (10/5): Kid friendly fun, pets allowed! - Kid and pet friendly location with easy access back to the interstate, gas stations and dining options at walking distance. Kelly Inn has all the usual hotel amenities: business center, fitness room and pool and breakfast. They also allow pets with notice and have a very child centered aquodic setup. The deepest is 3.5 feet with a rope course, slides and water feature. It doesn't open until 7AM, but breakfast comes out at 6 to get your day going. I could hear the pool up on the third floor so not a location for early/light sleepers. Facility was clean and staff was available at the front to assist with local guidance. I had a great stay in my clean room, declined maid service during those days but it was hopping to right at my checkout.

- sherrybY8559ND (6/5): Everything was good. I feel like the pictures are super old and deceiving - The breakfast was great. Having your dogs is awesome. The hotel rooms are dated. There is dingy carpet in them. They're not super great like one would think they would be. The pool is good but it also feels dated like it's just time for a remodel, especially for the price. If you're going to pay $141 for a hotel room, it better be pretty darn nice.

Front desk staff were absolutely AMAZING....Kirsten, Rob, Holly, and September and I know I missed a few names.... Housekeeping staff were 5 stars.... ALL did an EXTRAORDINARY JOB and if I am ever in Billings Montana ever again there is no question I will staying here. Best unexpected stay I ever had.... Every single employee went above and beyond my expectations. Not enough Stars to give these folks!!!! Top notch service through and through!!!!

Loved the coffee. Nice atmosphere. The pool area was very crowded so we didn't use it. However, I'm glad the children that were in there had such a great place to play! The beds were good but pillows were lumpy.

The room was clean and everything was in working order. It was pretty quiet and the front desk staff were friendly. There are a lot of options for food nearby and the parking at the hotel was adequate.

- cynthiadF8585DG (10/5): We'll Come Back to the Kelly Inn! - This might just be the most beautiful BW property in the US. The Western architecture is charming, carried through in the rooms and public spaces, including the guest laundry! We did not use the pool, but it has fun features for kids in a pretty setting. On the second and third floor balconies, there are little wooden bears hanging on to the railing. If we didn't require an ADA room, I would insist on a balcony with a bear. The guest laundry has machines with timers and reasonable cost. A very nice touch in the room was that all light fixtures have three-way bulbs. So nice for reading. Many of the rooms we have stayed in have installed energy-saving bulbs that are so dim. The desk folks are so friendly and helpful. And the lobby provides a free local paper each day. All in all, a wonderful place to stay. If we ever return to Billings, this is where we will stay.

The room - The Mustang Canyon Suite - was spacious and the wing chairs were so comfy. The bed was great. And there is a private two-person jetted tub in the room! Lots of grassy areas to walk our pup, and an outdoor patio for her to sit with us while we ate the great free breakfast. Super clean, and a great stop on our roadtrip.

- Shannon4242 (10/5): Excellent Stay - This is one of the cleanest hotels I have ever experienced. The entire property and room is spotless. Breakfast consists of hot food, cereal, bread, fruit and several drink options. Beds are comfortable. Furniture is decent. We were in an odd numbered room on the third floor and could hear an occasional loud vehicle. We slept great. There were several vehicles at the hotel, yet the property was very quiet. Will stay again and recommend to others when traveling through Billings.

- NorthernCindy (10/5): The best experience ever! - This was truly one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed at in the midwest/mountain area. It is absolutely gorgeous with a lovely decor of western mountains in every corner that is beautiful, not cheesy. The lobby boasts a two-story stone fireplace that is a room divider between the lobby and breakfast area. Breakfast was the best with lots of hot options including gluten free bread, which I rarely see. Every room is named and makes you feel like you're in a spacious cabin in the woods or mountains. Even the valance over the window in your room is solid wood with metal bear silhouettes which demonstrates the amount of detail they went into. You will see that type of detail everywhere. We brought our dog and they gave him a huge dog treat when we registered. They put out fresh baked cookies at 5:00 pm for their guests. The lawn is lush and manicured with a paved walking trail that comes right to the parking lot which is perfect for you and your pet, and they even furnish doggie bags for clean up. I would definitely bring my kids here - amazing pool with rope bridges and slides. For dinner, go to Jake's Bar & Grill (you can see my review separately) which is just minutes away with incredible food and ambience. We rarely go through Billings, but we will always stay here when we do!

Breakfast wa On arrival we were given a room that smelt really bad of wet dog. We went straight to the reception to complain, they changed the room. This was fine.
