- Kelly (10/5): - Friendly and helpful staff, very clean and spacious rooms, more than adequate parking, and a very decent breakfast. We stayed on the 4-5 of July and the price was even very reasonable. Great place and we will stay there again! Due to some new construction, the access road that the hotel is located on, is pretty torn up. So, it’s slow going but only for approximately 4-5 blocks. Once u get there, the place is great!
- toya (4/5): - It was very old and outdated and stunk. We didn't complain since it was after 1 am when we arrived, and just wanted to sleep. Curtains wouldn't pull all the way so bright light shone in the room all night long. The toilet would kick on like it was running randomly through the night. There was not much sleep to be had. I would not stay there again.

- David (10/5): - Great place. Friendly staff. No complaints, except for the loud people staying in the rooms next to ours who came in from the casino very late. I made sure to slam the door several times on our way to breakfast at 6 am. They emerged from one of the rooms looking very hung over. One look at me, and they went back in the room without a peep. Hope they had trouble getting back to sleep.

- Deborah (6/5): - Room was adequate. Pillows flat even if you use 2. Towels were thinner and smaller than the Walmart towels I use to wash my dog. They were overall brown/dingy and stained. Shower curtain is not meant for the new curved shower curtain rods. Water goes everywhere and we had to use the pitiful towels just to wipe up the water from the floor so as not to get electrocuted by the hairdryer. The staff person did a good job putting the room together - you just don't provide a lot for her to work with. Breakfast was adequate - pretty decent choices for free/included in price of room. AC was good. Water pressure was good and plenty of hot water.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Nice convenient hotel - Quick one night stop. This was our second time to stay here. Complimentary breakfast was good and had several options available.
- Ashley (2/5): - There were huge spider webs with the spiders covering the pool area. Bettles in the hallway. Lizards everywhere. Pool was ice cold and FILTHY. The sofa bed was an inch thick and covered in rust from the springs. No blankets on bed on sheets. Vending machines and elevator buttons were out of order. Havllf the locked doors that require key cards were open as the locks were broke. Top floor and our window opened fully with no screen. Breakfast was limited and flavorless.

- Luciana (2/5): - The hotel could definitely use a good scub & new furniture in the lobby area. We also found a bedbug on the pillow just before going to sleep for the night. We reported it to the front desk attendant & she offered to move us to a double bed room instead of the king we were in. By this time is was almost 11pm & we had been on the motorcycle all day so I declined. Plus, what good does it do to move rooms other than spreading the bedbugs?? I wasn’t able to sleep that night except for spurts of 30 mins or so for a total of abt 2 hrs all night. The only good that came out of our stay was eating at Captain John’s!! My husband came out of the stay with at least 6 bites! I had to wrap our clothes in multiple trash bags, each tied separately, so we could continue our trip to Arkansas & find a laundry facility.

However, although I chose this hotel for the indoor pool, the pool was closed and had been for a week due to needed repairs, and I wasn't notified ahead of time, though I made the reservation well in advance.

- Brock (2/5): Not worth it - Pool is closed, only reason we reserved this hotel, and looking at the reviews that I should have done it before, seems like that pool it’s being out of order for a long time, please remove your pictures of the pool it’s ridiculous, our keys did not work to go in the room, it’s very uncomfortable to have to come back to the front desk, come one it is one job!!

We had previously lived in Eufaula so I had an idea of what to expect. We had been on a 10 day road trip and this was our last stop. Judging from what we had paid for room accommodations along the way, I feel the price at this property bit high based on the accommodations they offer.

- mike (2/5): Worst stay on a 1600 mile anniversary trip. - We booked the room because they had a pool. We traveled 1500 miles to find that their pool had been broke for a long time. We could have just gone home instead of driving out of our way just to stay here. We were not happy. The bed was worn down. Customer service was not great. We had stayed at 2 other hotels on our trip that were so much better then at lake Eufaula Best Western.
- Ricky (10/5): 1 night away - It was a quick 1 night get away to see some close friends and be with them for the loss of their father. The hotel was older but was clean and staff was great for check in and pretty good breakfast the next morning.

- Chris (4/5): Avoid this place! - This place is Methtacular! Do yourself a favor, book any one of a dozen options within 30 minutes to the west of here. First hint: the motel parking lot is strewn with trash that has obviously been there a while. Walking down the hallway was like walking through a cloud of weed smoke. As we walked the hall to our room we could hear the various parties, and fights going on in at least half of the rooms. The “Fitness Center” is a treadmill and two bikes. The treadmill works despite sounding like an injured animal when it is running. The breakfast, which the sign proclaims runs through 9:30, actually stops serving at 9:00. We got down there at 9:10 thinking we had 20 min left only to find that the cook had already washed the dishes and declared herself “done” by that time. Numerous other guests were left without food along with us. The front desk made it clear that breakfast ends when they feel like it ending- despite what any sign may say.

Shower: loose facet in wall, peeling paint & drywall, hairdryer is dead, 1 of 2 outlets between headboards dead, hotel had no ext cords or power so had to buy my own from Love's around the corner. dumpster divers in trash & hanging out in lobby.
