Guest (2/5): Would not stay at a best western again I’ll just pay the extra somewhere else if I’m going to get charged extra BS on t - Close to the beach They do not check amenities which are poor to begin with. Shower pressure not great, Ac was ok at best and apparently charged with stains on sheets when all I did was stay to sleep no drinks or food in the room at all. Employees need to do a better job at checking room amenities.

Gail (4/5): - We did arrive a little early to check-in (which most hotels now accommodate you if they can). Two ladies were outside smoking, and when asked if we could check in early we were told very rudely that it would not be available until 4:00. I questioned that NO rooms would be available, she said yes they all get released at the same time. Seriously? Then we asked if we could use the pool, and she said she would have to check us in and if she did that we would be charged an extra $25. Not welcoming and certainly not accommodating. Lobby smelled as well. Was not an inexpensive hotel and definitely did not meet our expectations. I rarely give bad reviews, but felt compelled on this one.

Erica switched us to another room & was very apologetic. A/C was “okay” but not great. Breakfast food was poor. Eggs were awful. Ice machine on our floor was OOO.

The pool was dirty and we really couldn't take a shower because the water in our room was too hot to the point that as soon as my daughter turned the shower on she got burnt from the water. Lynn (8/5): - The location is fairly close to dining and shopping, with just a short drive to the beach. I did find it to be a little tough getting in and out of the parking lot as there's no stop light, so you're dependant upon traffic flow. The service was average - no complaints. I did notice the elevator was making a loud noise and there were some other loud noises that may or may not have been construction. When I decided to sleep though, I didn't experience any disturbances. My room was pretty musty smelling, but the sheets were clean, which is my top priority. The room has everything you need for a long stay & I enjoyed looking out at grass and trees instead of a lot. I would come back.

Ann (7/5): Good location and breakfast, big clean room but noisy - Clean, the breakfast included was a nice perk and good value The downstairs unit 123 has no stripping around the doors. In other words, from the inside of the room when it's dark and you're looking towards the hallway you can see the full outline of the door leading to the lighted hallway. And because there's no carpeting, everything is very loud in the hallway. Doors were slamming all night, some people were closing them softly others just let them slam shut so it was not a very restful evening. If there was better all-around door stripping to buffer the hallway noise, the doors slamming in the hall wouldn't be as bad.
