Guest Reviews
- Karen (10/5): Super clean Hotel - The cleanliness and friendly staff. As all properties never offer a good selection for Gluten Free individuals.
- Jennifer (10/5): Far exceeded expectations - Was treated so kindly by staff, the rooms were quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was very good.
- Sunny (9/5): -
- Daniel (7/5): -
- Angela (10/5): - Everything Nothing
- Ken (10/5): -
- Jenna (8/5): We had a pretty good Stay, would stay here again - Good location, clean room, nice breakfast! Stayed for 5 nights they never came clean the room once, I think you have to ask but I just assumed someone would come daily or every 2 days at least.
- Irina Friesen (4/5): Terrible! Would never return - Breakfast was ok The room stank horribly and the carpet smelled like vomit, it was unbearable!!
- Herbert (10/5): Good overall and clean - Clean Coffee in room was fair. Creamer was old and stale.
- Jenel (8/5): Great place… will stay again. -
- klutzWestBend (8/5): Typical Best Western with a twist! - Good for an overnight stop. Some parts of room could be updated. Staff friendly. Breakfast was a bit better than usual. There is a bar, which we didn't use. They gave us a coupon for distillery, which we enjoyed.
- Rodekamp (8/5): -
- Jason (10/5): -
- Chris (10/5): -
- Charlotte (10/5): Comfortable stay after a long day on the road. - It was close to interstate so easy off and back on. Yet it was quiet. No traffic noise. Good breakfast. Clean facilities.
- mrsbrojoe (8/5): Very Pleased :-) - Aftermath of winter storm Fern left me unwilling to drive after dark so I happily checked into this beautiful BW just as the sun was setting. Sam at the front desk was lovely, even nicer in person than she had been on the phone. Even though the lobby was rapidly filling w/other travelers also wanting off the icy roads, she was the perfect combination of friendly & efficient, never lost composure & treated each guest as a valued customer. I enjoyed delicious cappuccino from the machine in the reception area as I waited my turn to check-in. My room, king single, was spacious & spotless w/fridge/micro & in-room coffee. Bathroom was sparkling clean w/ample counter space. Desk & bedside lamps had easily accessible electrical outlets for charging electronics. Slept well on super comfortable bed w/nice linens & lots of fat, fluffy pillows. Room was plenty warm despite below freezing temperatures. Standard continental was well tended & tidy but at 7am they didn't have any bacon/sausage if that is your thing, nor did they have any potatoes. Still, I heartily recommend this lovely property & wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. My only regret was that I topped off at the Shell station on the corner for $2.59/gal rather than Sam's Club for $2.20/gal LOL
- STEVE (7/5): -
- Jacqueline (10/5): - The only complaint I have, my room didn’t get clean everyday ans I had to ask for clean towels everyday
- Perry (5/5): - Could have had a working washer and dryer.
- Todd (8/5): - Great location. Close to a lot of restaurants. Clean rooms. The bathroom for the swimming pool hadn't been cleaned in some time. The stool was filthy from water stains that had been there for weeks.
- Karen (10/5): Very nice place to stay. - Very clean n/a
- Maribel (4/5): - Food Smells bad, toilet not working properly
- Fred (7/5): -
- Kari (10/5): Awesome - Breakfast is just okay. I like upper level rooms better than first floor Food for breakfast maybe some turkey bacon or sausage. Not everyone eats pork

- 885debn (8/5): Would stay here again - Newer hotel. Staff was very nice & friendly
Breakfast was included & okay. Close to other bars restaurants shopping & gas stations. Room was fine. Clean & comfortable
- dee395 (10/5): Very nice hotel stop - We had a king room 4th floor. Room was clean, neat and very quiet, even the room unit heater! The only noise was an outside garbage truck at 4:50am. The bed was comfortable. Staff were super friendly on check in and check out. Breakfast area neat, attended and the usual hotel fare. Keurig coffee maker in room and at breakfast area with tasty coffee. Too cold for the outside pool and patio. There was a bar area off the lobby that was closed (1/1/26). We were offered bottled Dasani water at check in.
We would choose this hotel again. Many restaurants in the local area to choose from.
- Judith (10/5): -
- Janet (10/5): -
- Gibson (10/5): Great value and would stay again! - We liked that it wasn’t far off the highway and outside of the busy street. Close to food and anything you would need. Bathroom, particularly the shower was not clean (hair left all over the shower) had to clean it out before showering.
- Nastassja (5/5): - The front staff and house maids man were amazing.. it was clean and convenient My room smelled like sewage .. it was bad !!!!
- Quinn (5/5): - I booked and paid for a suite. Best Western would not honor or give us one. Saying Booking misrepresented the room and that I would have to take problem up with you. They would only give us a queen standard room. We have been good customers of Booking and Best Western and do not deserve to be treated like this.

- Patrick (10/5): - Location and cleanliness
- Wills (7/5): -
- Irma (10/5): - AC was perfect! The rooms are a good size. The bedding is really good! I love the pillows. The property is close to the interstate and close to restaurants.
- Makenna (6/5): Not horrible - Easy location. Easy check in. Cleaning Supplies and plunger left outside our room upon. Breakfast was not great, half was out of order. Overpriced for what we got.
- James (8/5): Nice stay - Check-in was a breeze. Chris kept things light and simple. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We had a room on the interstate side and could hear the noise of the road. There was no Netflix. There was plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby.
- Jo (10/5): - This was hands down the cleanest hotel room I've ever stayed in. And in sitting in the lobby and listening to the cleaning staff, I know why. First, they were having fun with each other. They were getting cleaning tips from each other. And you could tell they genuinely enjoyed what they were doing. The amenities here were great. My only two knocks on the hotel, and this is being nit-picky, the mattress was really hard and the pillows were flat. And at breakfast, the waffle iron wasn't working properly. But seriously, great breakfast overall and I'd wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to others in the future.
- Charles (10/5): - Great
- B4568FRdonnar (10/5): Yes, this is a winner! - We enjoyed this place! Everything worked (except the AC at first), was clean and comfortable, and was close enough to everything. The hotel desk clerk came and fixed the AC right away, and also gave us a card for Old Glory Distillery that allowed us 10% off our meals there. We would stay here again if we come through Clarksville again.
- Yessenia (4/5): - Our room was not cleaned properly. We had boogers
On the wall by the bed. The bathroom had public hairs. Tub not cleaned. Refrigerator not cleaned. One of the bed was not made correctly. On Friday they had a group of elementary school students they broke the elevator they where running in the hallways make noise. Horrible
- Katrina (8/5): - Nice place for last min booking
- Andon (10/5): - Great job!
- Sharif (3/5): The staff day staff was very nice. They need to add to the cleaning crew. - The location. Our room was not clean. The bathroom was dirty. I had to go purchase cleaning supplies to clean the bathroom and room. They did not bring clean towels or change the trash cans during the day.
- Marcos (10/5): - I liked my stay
- Brian (10/5): - Clean, Cold A/C
- Paul (10/5): - This was a convenient clean place to stay. No daily maid service, but front desk was able tom provide fresh towels. The breakfast was good motel breakfast, coffee was hot.
- Leslie (8/5): - Clean room and very comfortable bed. Quick check-in with Chris. No shampoo in bathroom but had my own. Also leaves in pool so didn't swim. Otherwise, very nice lobby, large comfortable room and nice staff. Good options at breakfast. Would stay again.
- Abby (10/5): Great hotel and value! - Loved this hotel! Staff were all very friendly, easy check in and out process. There was a large water dispenser in the lobby that was a nice perk you don't see in many hotels. The ice machine even had a place to get water from which was a nice feature. Room was clean, linens were clean, everything was in good working condition. Breakfast was what you see in most hotels (nothing fancy, but warm and free is always a bonus). Will be coming back and staying here again!
- David (10/5): - Nice quiet hotel off the hwy.
- Elizabeth (8/5): - Enjoyable stay with helpful staff.
- Jubel (6/5): - Rooms felt outdated
- Traci (10/5): - We had a wonderful time at the hotel. Everyone was friendly and polite.
- Cathleen (10/5): - The front desk agent was so nice to us. The room was nice and the beds were so comfortable. Best place to stay!
- Jennifer (10/5): - The breakfast could use more options
- Destiny (10/5): - Great staff; rooms were clean and updated. Overall perfect location for getting around the area
- Mildred (10/5): A visit to Clarksville, TN - My husband and I stayed here because it was very convenient to the interstate, family, shopping, and restaurants. The room, bathroom, and carpet were clean. I did notice a small amount of dust/lint in the corners of the wall and the pillows could have been larger for the king bed. Overall the stay was very nice and we felt very comfortable and safe here. We would stay again.
- John (10/5): - Friendly staff who were eager to help. Clean room and soft beds. Room was already very cool when we walked in.
Good breakfast. We will stay there again, if we have the opportunity.
- joy (6/5): - There are ants.
- Stephanie (9/5): - I liked the location. It was located perfectly near restaurants and shopping, but was also enough away that it wasn't overly crowded and busy.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Clean, but more staff needed for service needs - Clean place. Low staffing levels. Put the “please clean room” sign on door handle, found that trash and towels weren’t replaced.
When I went down and even called to the front desk to try to get towels, there was nobody available. Attempted to reach someone for a solid 15+ minutes. I watched the phone ring ant the front desk. Even knocked on employee doors, to no avail. (I was unable to get new towels)
Otherwise clean, staff that I did meet were friendly enough. Decent breakfast. Easy check in and check out.
- Douglas (8/5): - not unique
- Steve-Margaret (10/5): -
- Dave (10/5): - The room was ready and extremely clean. It was a nice stay.
- Angeline (10/5): clean, nice and safe - my daughter and I stayed here on our way home from Florida. this hotel was easy to get to, very clean, and we felt very safe in this area. We had a really great experience overall.
- Linda (10/5): Short and sweet, we were just passing through - Breakfast was great, location easy to find. We got in late and staff was very friendly
- Calvin (8/5): - A good night sleep
- Jesse (8/5): Upset with check-in - we there on a Little League Softball Region tournament and had reserved 20 rooms and some people checked in on Thursday evening the rest of us on Friday after lunch when we arrived to find out that the rooms were ready, but their policy was you couldn't check in until 3pm so 6-7 families had to wait to be able to check-in. this is the first time this has happened to me and i travel a lot usually if the room is ready you can check in. we will never book in this hotel again for that reason especially with 20 or more rooms. the lady at the front desk on Friday was rude and would not help anyone until 3pm and because of that i didn't get into my room until 3pm because of the back log of people trying to check-in, do I get a discount because I couldn't get into my room until 3:30 instead of 3?
- Carlotta (6/5): - On a 3 day stay, the garbage was never emptied. No maid service, clean towels or coffee packs during our stay. The hotel is clean in the common areas. Nice enough hotel, but only expect the bare minimum in amenities.
- Dustin (2/5): - Left a bag in the room when I came back to get it they made me pay for another night just to go up and get it
- Bernard (8/5): - Rocks around the property need to be kept i. order tripping hazard in parking lot.
- Vimary (10/5): I will repeat. - I love it! Nice customer service. Super clean. comfy Bed.
- Jessica (10/5): - Very nice hotel, friendly staff, comfy beds, and clean rooms. We will definitely be back!
- Kirsten (10/5): Worth a great review! - Pleasantly surprised by cleanliness of hotel and friendliness of staff. Normally I don’t give reviews, but this one was worth it!
- Latrenda (8/5): -
- Justin (10/5): - Wonderful stay
- Troy (10/5): - The juice dispenser wasn't working
- Jennifer (10/5): Spacious rooms! - The rooms were spacious, clean, comfortable. The beds were quite comfortable - but the pillows were abysmal (weirdly small , completely unsupportive). The staff was very helpful and kind, the breakfast was better than average hotel fare. I would stay here any other time i find myself in Clarksville.
- David (6/5): Clarksville - Hotel was nice not exceptional. Desk chair broken. Room clean except carpets need cleaned. Quiet. Breakfast average.
- Caral (2/5): - Disappointing stay. Waited at the desk 10 min for someone to check us in. Room was clean and ok. Furniture in the lobby area was dirty. Breakfast was terrible. Very little selection. Coffee says it was Black Rifle but was Sam’s. Staff was unfriendly and did not keep the food stocked. Juice machine out of order. Sausage was dry and burned. No eggs in serving bowl. Worst stay in many years.
- Tiffany (10/5): - Property was nice and clean and affordable.
- Marla (6/5): - The sink would not drain in our bathroom, we told front desk and no maintenance on site so I asked if I could at least try and plunge it. They gave me a plunger but it didn’t work. Next morning I went down again, was told sorry nothing we can do for you. Couldn’t use our sink and it was full of dirty water and just gross.
- Elijah (4/5): - The bed is hard as a rock and the pillows were little squares and not full size my back and neck was hurting when I woke up. Food was great this morning and staff was friendly and welcoming
- stephenie (10/5): - Clean, quiet, and nice pool.
- Betty (8/5): - This hotel is a nice place to stay, and I have stayed there several times.
Today the breakfast attendant was unhappy that guests were still arriving at 8:50, and she clearly expressed her displeasure.
- teresarZ8503NQ (10/5): My home away from home - Absolutely love this location, best staff and management team. I stay at this location often while visiting my 86 yr old mother who is in nursing facility. the staff is so kind, they always ask how my mom is doing.
- Ford (6/5): Clean place, inconsiderate & bad management - The whole place was clean and beds were decently comfortable. Breakfast was good for continental with lots of options. We were 2 doors down from a “Sweet 16” birthday party in the conference room which included LOUD and I mean LOUD wrap music until 10pm. Im no prude and I like the occasional wrap music blasted in the car while driving. But this was insanely obnoxiously loud. My husband went to the desk to complain, staff said they would ask them to turn it down & that they had to turn the music off completely at 10pm. Pretty sure the music actually got louder after we complained. Our walls were literally rattling. I was nearing a panic attack by 10pm! If I ever stay here again, I will be sure our room is on the opposite end of the building, but I might just find accommodations elsewhere because the whole situation was extremely frustrating. The hotel shouldn’t allow music so loud that it rattles the walls 2 rooms down the hall.
- Nicole (9/5): Superb -
- kerstinhA1319CY (10/5): Overall great stay - Pros:
Staff friendly and helpful, or as much as they can be...see party night below
Breakfast: great, and good selection, except every BW we stay the Yoghurt machine seems to be out of order...
Room: overall very clean, with black light, that I use everywhere noticed a couple spots on walls in Bathroom and sink area and one small one on carpet, nothing I would be too concerned about. Could be part of older paint job fading, who knows.
It could use a couple towel hanging hooks by shower and sink, only one on back door in Bathroom
Bed: perfect for Hubby after 10pm, too soft for me, but slept ok once the loud boom boom "music" stopped vibrating in my ears just after 10, when they had to stop. Rest of the Stay was quiet.
Amenities: Pool, fitness room , nice and clean looking.
When alerted to an issue with the coffee machine in the morning of departure, it got addressed right away by the Staff
CON:
On our first night there was apparently a Party in the Conference Room directly below us, and there is no sound proofing in it. We had a long day, driving 13 hrs plus getting up early and then visiting Family a couple hours, so we were ready for Bed by 845 when the "Music" started and the Base from the Subwoofers was so loud that even my hard of hearing Husband heard them, they were vibrating the window, it was audible in the Hallway and Lobby as well . Calling Service Desk the young Lady advised it was the Bar or something and it would be off by 10 per noise ordinance, but she would advise them to see if they could lower it a bit and they needed to stop by 10 as people were complaining . That was at 9pm... and it just seemed to get louder instead. Either soundproof that area, or create a Hotel policy that can shut it down if other Guests complain. I generally don't have an issue with louder Music, especially at a Party, but if all you can hear is the Base and it's making your ears hurt a Floor up, then something is wrong and it is NOT ok to subject other paying Guests to that. Other Guests were mentioning it Sunday morning at Breakfast as well, so I was not the only one that heard it. And yes I was tired and cranky Saturday night.
- Samantha (10/5): - Wonderful staff!
- Stief (9/5): Quick and efficient. Right off the highway. Clean. - Everything was very clean and Tidy Breakfast area was very small
- Corey (8/5): - It was good for a quick stop and g
- Kevin (10/5): - Liked the decor. Beautiful hotel! Front desk employees were extremely pleasant! Very nice weight room. Used the weight room several times. Good breakfast!
- Pamela (10/5): - Clean! Neat! EXCELLENT Breakfast! Will stay again!
- Stephanie (4/5): - I booked this property due to. Its online rating of excellence and good reviews unfortunately we ended up checking out shortly after we arrived. The front lobby was very nice. The lady who checked us in was very friendly and polite. I was really looking forward to a great stay however, I soon realize that the walls in the hotel were paper thin. I could hear my neighbors TV clear as a bell through the wall and even heard him laughing and talking. When I approached the front desk and asked her if she could address the issue, she basically told me there’s nothing she can do about it, that all hotels are made this way, and quiet time on the property is not till 10 PM. We checked out shortly thereafter and went to the nearby courtyard Marriott for a much better stay.
- Anna (6/5): - The Entry way was inundated with birds who have made nests in the canopy. Well between dropped nests, poop and feathers, it was pretty nasty.
The lobby was open and soothing with a nice fountain. There was plenty of comfortable seating. They have a free breakfast with standard fare. There was a small snack area with drinks and chips, canned soup etc for sale.
There is a fitness room, a nice pool and a gazebo for smokers. The room was clean and bright. Beds and bedding were clean. The mattress was hard and was not comfortable. Other room furniture was clean and comfortable. The carpet was very clean. The bathroom is somewhat small but was very clean. There are bath amenities, shampoo, conditioner, body was and lotion. All were good quality and had a nice smell. The only working ice machine is on the 2nd floor.
The staff was helpful, efficient and very friendly and polite. I would stay here again if they have a bed that doesn't feel like a granite slab. Overall it's a decent place to stay.
- Pam (10/5): - Great location off highway, near restaurants. Room was spacious & comfortable.
- Carmen (8/5): - Muy bonito
