Bed was very comfy. Having a separate bedroom was great. We were looking forward to the pool and hot tub. Both were closed for maintenance for most of our stay.

- Jessica (5/5): It was a place to sleep for the night as we were travelling not sure we would go back - Location of the property was good we have stayed there once before The front desk ladies were not friendly at all checking in the lady was not friendly at all, our room had what seemed to be puke all down the kitchen sink cupboards. During check out I mentioned the dirty room to the front desk and said maybe put a note to clean that spot in the room and the girl didn’t even write it down or care what I said.

The best part of our stay is the incredible breakfast and hot coffee we get in the morning prepared by Kim. She is the best there is!

- Jacqueline (5/5): Overall disappointing. The maintenance is lacking and the breakfast wasn't very good. - Coffee was good. Bed was comfortable. The breakfast was poor - cold fake eggs, overcooked wrinkled sausages, horrendous muffins, no berries or sugar-free yogurt or granola options. Hockey kids & their parents were very noisy in the hallways. We had to call the front desk at 10:30 pm to complain. Only 1 functioning elevator. Elliptical programing did not work and the equipment was not clean. The one short mat in the workout room was not sufficient for yoga or any stretches for anyone over 5' tall plus it was very dirty. No options to hook up the "dumb" TV to Netflix or any other Apps. It's cheaper to book through Booking.com than directly with the hotel. It should be the opposite in my opinion.
- Jorge (7/5): Unimpressive. - Most of the time, you know what to expect at a BW hotel. This destination is not a new one for me, so I knew what it would be like. As in previous times, the breakfast left quite a bit to be desired. Instead of giving you free food, other BW locations (Leduc, for instance) give you $15 towards any item on the menu, and then they cook it fresh for you. If you choose the basic two-egg any style, toast, and a side (hash browns, fruit, etc.), then it's still free; but you can choose a better item from the menu and get a $15 discount if you so prefer. Even though the hotel was not busy at all, we were assigned a room right by the elevators, even though we requested a quiet area. It was very apparent that the lady at the front desk was not interested in recognizing that I was a Gold member.

All amenities like shopping, food etc were either in walking distance or a short drive and was a short drive to the city if you wanted to go there.

- Colin562 (10/5): Great stay - Always the same high standard of service and great staff and rooms. The rooms are quiet and spacious, clean and well appointed. Very easy on and off the freeway and close to some great restaurants The rooms are clean, well stocked with everything you might need for your stay (including a sewing kit). No plastic cups here, real glass for your drinks including wine glasses. It was nice to have a ‘provided’ comfy robe to slip on after a long, busy day!! I can’t say enough about the breakfast!! and it’s included with your room price!!

- Kara-Anne (6/5): - Check in was great, room was great. Continental breakfast was great. Only complaint I have is at about 11:30 on the Friday night of our stay, I came through the lobby to go have a smoke outside. I had to hear the conversation the girl with the purple and green hair was having with a tall male coworker with a pony tail, about how happy they were that Charlie Kirk had been assassinated and they were openly celebrating his death for all the guests in the lobby to hear. Left a bad taste in my mouth after that.

- Torkelson (9/5): Good value and will stay here again if the opportunity arises - It was a very nice hotel and the staff were friendly and the continental breakfast was very good to top off our stay. There was a couple sticky spots on the carpet in our room. It was a little crowded and busy during breakfast hour.

We got a king bed with a pull out sofa bed for our 5 year old, only real complaint was that their was an adjoining door but only AC in the main bedroom so it was hard to cool off the area with the sofa bed. Generally not an issue in Alberta but late August was hot. Some of our neighbors were fairly loud all night long, definitely not the hotels fault but feels like the walls are thin. Water slide was awesome, perfect for our little guy with a life jacket. Steam room and water features were functional, but at least the slide and hot tub were good. Breakfast was actually pretty impressive, good variety and fresh. Pancakes, waffles, toast, eggs, sausage, tots… cereal, fruit, yogurt. Everything you’d expect at a buffet. Staff doing breakfast were also awesome. Overall good value for your money.

- Mariah (8/5): - Place overall was decent. Pool is amazing. Room was nice, bed was comfy. Breakfast could of been better. There was limited towels at the pool. Would recommend and will be stating again in the future.

- Michelle (10/5): - I stayed there before and was happy with the room. It was a comfortable sleep and staff were nice. However there was only one staff person at the checkin desk and he was really busy checking everyone in.

- HolidayGuy (8/5): Exceeded our expectations. - Very nice room, quiet and comfortable for our overnight. We arrived late and left early so not much to say about the amenities. The complimentary breakfast exceeded our expectations. The morning we were there they were serving fresh tasting scrambled eggs and plenty of house cooked bacon which is unusual. The check-in and check out was smooth. The room cost was reasonable and I would definitely recommend it. Our room was quiet as I had read some other reviews recommending a room on the top floor and away from the elevator. I don't know if other rooms were quiet.

- Kirsten (8/5): Overall good stay., - Eggs were powdered, wish they weren't. BACON! No bacon. It could be better in my opinion. Fire alarm went off and we all had to exit. Turns out it was someone's shower steaming?
