I simply asked here what was required to cancel one night because my team and I completed our work ahead of time but her response to this was NOT handled professionally. - Valérie (5/5): - Le personnel est sympathique! Il n'y a pas assez de places pour manger dans la salle pour le petit-déjeuner. Machine à café toujours brisée, le pauvre cuisinier seul pour préparer tout, donc on devait attendre la nourriture et la vaisselle. En plus, prévoyez vous apporter de la vaisselle (assiettes, ustensiles) si vous devez y passer plus qu'une nuit vu qu'il n'y en a pas dans les chambres. Pensez aussi à prendre des bouchons pour les oreilles si vous dormez légèrement, la ventilation est désagréable!

Nous avons voyagé beaucoup mais jamais dans cet établis - Le lit confortable J’ai demandé une chambre adaptée en raison de mon épouse qui est à mobilité réduite. Impossible dé prendre une douche, elle ne peut enjamber le bain!!! Machine à café, défectueuse, Pas de wifi Déjeuner exécrable. Honnêtement j’aurais pensé avoir mieux pour le prix payé. C’est évident que c’est notre dernière visite chez « best western ».
