The room air conditioners were AMAZING! We had a Studio room and the couch could have been better. It was not very comfortable. The shower was weird. The glass was only half way covering the opening, allowing water to make a mess just outside the shower. The toilet was tall and very comfortable to sit down on and was easy to stand back up from. The location of the hotel itself was PERFECT! We will return if ever back in the area!!

We had to wait to get up to our room one time,and as we were trying to leave for check-out we couldn't get off our floor to go down, waited about 20 minutes before they got elevator working again. That was our only issue during oyr stay.

Overall all would stay again after remodeling is completed so lower floors are avaliable. Convenient to almost everything.

- Linda (2/5): No Help Hotel - We were turned away. I looked on line and I didnt see that hotel was not pet friendly. They couldn't help me find another hotel nor could they help me with canceling my reservation. So, I had to drive an additional 3 hours with my handicapped husband. If Hotels.com wants my business they need to do business with hotels that can communicate with them and will try to help in situations like this. Please do not charge me for this .

- Lynette (2/5): La cocka roacha.... - Check-in went very smoothly, with no hiccups. The room looked good overall, not the cleanest but suitable. Checked like I always do for bedbugs, no issues there. Dust clothes were left in the room, and clearly, the vacuum was leaving things behind. The bathroom was clean, but the shower, while nice had dirty grout, filled with mildew. The worst part was the first night, I got up to go to the bathroom at 3:30 am, and across the floor ran a German cockroach. They moved us to a new room, inspected that one, and settled in for the night because everything else was sold out. With that said, there were baby roaches in that room. The property manager wanted to give a 50% refund. I asked for a full refund. He refused and stated that he had to charge a $30/ night cleaning fee plus tax.

- Verified traveler (6/5): - The hotel was just okay. The a/c in the room needs to be serviced, it was spewing mist throughout the room making bedding damp. Bed was hard, blankets were old and thin. Room wasn’t filthy, but wasn’t “clean”. Trash left in the room from the guests before. Hand prints and toothpaste splatters on the mirror. Probably wouldn’t stay again, unless it was our only option.
- Brad (4/5): - The shower caulk was moldy, the drain was clogged to the point I showered in 3 inches of water, there was a used soap bar on the shower bench from the previous guest, a broken beaded bracelet on the shower floor, damp shower towels and a soiled toilet bowl. We respectfully checked out in the morning and requested a refund for the second night.
- Emilia (8/5): - It’s great and cheap for a weekend stay. A good place to sleep and not too far from north Florida.
- Frank (6/5): - Facilities not that old to have mold an mildew in shower. No connections in room for any usb type equipment
