• Carol (10/5): - I stayed at a Baymont in 2021 and swore that was it, horrible stay in Branson. Broke down and stayed in Cuero and, wow, what a difference. The rooms are clean, beds and pillows are very comfortable. Can’t say enough good things about the staff. I’m basing this on the 4 times I’ve stayed at this hotel. Every time I’ve been very very happy

• Dana (10/5): - Young lady at check in was AMAZING! Cant remember her name but we checked in on 9/19 around 5:30 pm. Carpets are beyond gross with stains. Worst I’ve ever seen and I’ve stayed there quite a bit.
• Rosetta (6/5): - Wonderful staff and breakfast was good. However, I didn’t like the smell of the rooms. They smelled very old and dated, also smelled as if they had been wet and closed up for a while. My room was infested with ants upon returning the 1st night. They covered my clean clothes I left out along with the floor and table next to my bed. There was no food or water left out so I’m not sure where they were coming from, but we had to pack up and move to another room. That was very inconvenient for us considering the time we arrived to the room for the night! Other than that…Overall, the stay wasn’t too bad. We enjoyed ourselves!!

• Jimmy (8/5): - the front desk called me to ask when I was going to check in. This was around 8:30 PM. I said I would be there is under 15 minutes. The desk clerk said great. Less than 10 minutes later i arrived. desk clerk had left sign up that he was on a 15 minute dinner break. About 20 minutes later he appears from back to check me in. I am given a third floor room. This is a big hotel with at least 100 rooms. parking lot has maybe 15 cars in it. I make first trip to room with luggage cart. I return to elevator but homemade sign says button isn't working so I need to use stairs. I tell clerk after coming down to move my car that luggage cart is still on third floor. He says, "Oh, because of the button thing. No worries." Why are they putting people on third floor in an empty hotel when elevator doesn't work? And what is asking when I will arrive then leaving desk? Hotel was okay but thought I was in a slacker comedy.

• Tasha (10/5): - The stay was great! It had everything we needed for our short stay. The location was perfect for a short walk to the high school graduation ceremony. The receptionist was so sweet and let our kids pick out candy everytime they walked by. My only complaints were the pool was out of order and the side door was hard to get into. But neither of those are deal breakers. We would definitely stay again

• Don (2/5): Don't stay there until they remodel. - The staff was ok although the day clerk seemed fairly unprepared (he apologized by telling me it was his second day). The maids were nice (but not a lot of help, I had to ask twice for additional towels). The hotel overall is completely outdated and in bad need of repair. I, and others in my party (there were at least ten of us staying in various rooms), felt we had to use socks everywhere we went, the carpets were disgustingly stained and dirty. The walls all had chips and marks and my daughters room had a shattered mirror on the door because someone apparently slammed open the door when entering at one point. I didn't try the pool but my brother-in-law did and he told me he's probably going to throw away his suit because he couldn't get the smell out. All in all, the most run down hotel at this price range I've ever seen.

• Colleen (4/5): Reconsider your stay here - Check in was good. Friendly host and efficient. Then it went downhill. We could not believe the condition of this hotel compared to images online. To start with: 1) hallways dark and musty odor. 2) rooms clean but dated, constant musty smell. Always felt everything was damp. They took used towels Saturday morning. Foolishly assumed they’d clean room and replace towels. No. Had one towel that was not super wet to use. Had to beg for them to find two clean towels the next evening. 3) pool was in desperate need of a vacuum. Clearly not swimmable. We may need to burn our bathing suits!

The AC in our room didn’t work at all, but it was OK cause it was still comfortable in the room However maintenance guys should really probably be checking the equipment out more often and the rooms really need to be cleaned a little bit better.

They offered to move me but i didn't feel like packing everything to move rooms then to unpack and repack the next morning. But great stay will definitely be returning.

Only real negative was the laundry; to wash and dry a single load of clothes took a very long time and was more expensive than going to the Laundromat 6 or 7 blocks away. We would stay there again.

The room was tidy, but the beds looked a little bit untidy, and a couple of lightbulbs needed replacement. Other than that, everything else was great!

There were bugs crawling around everywhere and there was an unknown substance on several walls that I was trying to convince myself was Ketchup. The carpet was also rather dirty.

• Robert (5/5): It was OK, the best I can give it. - The room itself was comfortable and thankfully it had an ADA toilet. The breakfast area was a dismal failure, understanding that the hotel is used by a lot of construction people, there is still the need to keep it clean and the food hot, should be at least 140 degrees, which the hot plates did not do. Napkins to level the tables is just wrong. Let alone the messy drink station, never saw any staff come in and tidy up or restock. Still waiting for my "incidental" charges to be returned. Quick to take, but not to return.

• Perstefanie (2/5): - When I first came to the hotel and checked in, got my room in the entry light was not working. I had no hot water but the good thing about it was they had comfortable beds and I felt safe at the property. Manager said he would give me a refund 30% but I never received it

No one ever responded, not that big of a deal just went down to desk to ask. Tiny dead roach inside the refrigerator. A light burned out. Found someone’s else’s dirty sock in the room. So cleanliness could have been a little better. But location was convenient for us and decent price. Stay was quiet, bedding not uncomfortable.

• Robbie (6/5): - I’ve never stayed at a hotel before that had cleaned rooms available and refused to let guests check in after 1pm to dress for a wedding without paying a $25 up charge. Our family rented at least 10 of there rooms, regretfully now. Our room smelt smoky and musty. The free breakfast was terrible except for the coffee. Definitely will avoid Wyndham in the future! The front desk staff was friendly and helpful but had to abide by their greedy policies.
