• Vanessa (3/5): Overpriced Dumpy Musty Saggy - Convenient location but also very noisy. Check in was friendly and easy. Room wasn’t clean with food on the floor from previous guests. Musty and moldy smell. Air filters were filled with dust. No toiletries except for toilet paper and a shower cap. Woke up with bites on my legs. Mattress was at least 10 years old and saggy, Elevator barely worked and had no certificate of operation which is unsafe. $158 a night is a stretch. Best Western is a dump.

• Carole (3/5): Don’t stay here unless you’re willing to put up with horrible internet. - Clean. Comfortable bed. Horrible internet. They tried to blame it on my phone but my brand new iPad couldn’t connect to WiFi either. I tried 2 different rooms because they allowed a truck with an extremely loud generator to blast away right outside. Also, bedside lamps in both rooms were non-functional.
• Drunell (7/5): - The location is perfect. Breakfast choices were great, and the food was hot! Housekeeping can do a better job of cleaning the baseboards in the bathrooms, especially. There's so much packed on dust actually throughout the room.

• Randy (5/5): - Location was close to many restaurants and stores. Check in was quick and easy From the outside I thought the hotel was new. Even the lobby decor looked updated. But on closer look everything was tired and warn looking or in need of repair or paint. Our first floor room 121 looked clean and orderly at first but as we settled in we noticed that the room needed attention. The walls had many marks and residue and needed a cleaning or paint. Our pillows had protectors but no pillow cases. A shower chair was left in the walk in shower. Small shampoo bottle was half empty. A piece of wall art was missing but wall anchors were still there. All these things were reported to management. Also the cooked breakfast items were not hot but actually cold and the food looked reheated. I observed New food was added to the old and the server/cook spayed what looked like cooking spray on the eggs in the warming tray.

• Christy (10/5): Awesome, fun and enjoyable! We will be back - The place was beautifully decorated, great location and rooms were clean. Nothing! The property was great. If anything, breakfast waffle batter dispenser needs to be replaced. Other than that, the ladies in the kitchen were great and made a waffle for me and the other guest. That was so sweet.

• Hayley (7/5): Good hotel for the price and location- don’t be expecting anything fancy. - Indoor heated pool and the location. Price was reasonable. Mold in our shower- looks like they caulked over old mold instead of removing it 🥴. the shower head pressure was so hard we had to point in on the wall and use the water that bounced off the wall (no exaggeration) The indoor pool chemicals were OFF- Kids eyes were burning and had to prop open the door bc the chlorine fumes were so strong. Overall just seemed like the hotel needed a revamp- just seemed old and not as clean as I would like. The lady at breakfast was working so hard, kudos to her- but the breakfast was lacking. There are door closers that make the doors slam when you close- which you hear ALL NIGHT. the price offsets a lot of these things- but honestly 7/10 overall stay- not a fan of carpet everywhere also. The exhaust fan in our room didn’t work.

• Fry (4/5): Probably won't booked again - The hotel is in a great area of Tupelo. Very safe and it's near all the good restaurants and shopping. The room we booked is not the room we got. I booked it for my wife's 60th birthday and I was very disappointed in the room we got because it wasn't the room I had booked. It was clean and most of the staff was pleasant. The hotel itself is severely in need of an overhaul. Lots of rusted spots on the towel holders, & wallpaper is peeling in too many places. Took a "cold" shower. The water never got hot. After a long time it was finally tepid at best.

I had to clean off the bedside table because it had sticky rings left over from previous guests. My husband had no hot water in the shower. The toilet area smelled like old stale piss. They did take $40 off the room cost for the cold shower.

• Michael (6/5): - The hotel was dirty. The rugs/carpets were dirty. The elevator was dirty. Floorboards were scuffed and dirty. The shower head sprayed a weak spray in all directions making it difficult to get soap off. The pillows were just weird.

• Charles (8/5): Overall we would stay again. - Breakfast was pretty good for a hotel. Multiple doors were slammed at 6:00 AM. I’m not sure if it was the same individual or several people. Extremely LOUD!!! It occurred again around 7:00. I understand the doors need to close but a softer close would be better.

Da werde ich sicher nicht mehr buchen. - Das es Zentral in der Barnes Crossing Mall ist und die Restaurants Fußläufig zu erreichen waren Der Zimmerservice kam gar nicht. Nach 4 Tagen, in denen weder Handtücher noch Müll ausgetauscht oder gar gesaugt wurde, 3 mal das Personal gebeten endlich mal meinen Müll zu leeren, habe ich am 4 Tag den Müll selbst entsorgt und mir frische Handtücher geholt. Erst nachdem ich mich bei der Managerin beschwert habe, wurde das Zimmer gereinigt. Ganz ehrlich, ja es ist kein Deutscher Standard in Amerika zu erwarten, aber für 100$ die Nacht, kann ich schon erwarten das gereinigt wird. Zudem ist das Hotel sehr laut, bzw. die Gäste rücksichtslos. da werden die Türen zugeknallt das die Wände wackeln. Nach 22 Uhr wird sich dann auch noch lautstark im Gang unterhalten.

• Sandra (9/5): Overall, it was a very nice place and room accommodations were good. - Location, competitive price, good breakfast, and comfortable bed. Our room had damage to the door and anyone could have used their key card to slide in door we used a dead bolt during our stay for safety.

• tracy (6/5): The hotel is clean and located in a good area. I did feel the price was high, however. - The room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was also good with lots of hot and cold choices. The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating when I checked in and when I checked out. I was in room 407, and there was a very loud noise, like a large machine, going on and off all day and night. Also would've been nice to have a fan in the bathroom, and the bed pillows were very small.
