• Alvaro (10/5): - Hotel is super cozy, staff is friendly, well maintained, good surrounding countryside to walk the dogs and well connected. Beds and rooms are great. The village itself is not very recommendable, lots of weird people and homeless. But there is nothing the hotel can do about it.

• Ute (7/5): - Schönes Zimmer und auch das Bad okay. Der Pool war sehr gut. Das es kein kostenloses WLAN gab und das es im äußersten Zimmer immer zusammen brach. Das Kartensystem für die Türen ging unzuverlässig.
• Brad (10/5): Very nice stay. I would come again if we travel that way. - We were not able to stay for breakfast, as we needed to leave by 5 am. The bed was very comfortable and it was quiet during the night. The staff were friendly. We could not get our TV to change the channel, but we really didn't have that much time to watch it.
• Elizabeth (9/5): Clean facilities and friendly staff - This was my first time staying here. Stayed for 1 night as we were just passing thru Trinidad. We had a car full of possessions from a move and we parked in the front lot which was well lit and our car was safe - no issues. Front desk was friendly and our room smelled clean and appeared clean as well. Beds and pillows were comfy for me. Breakfast was free and coffee was good. This will be our regular spot for when passing thru Trinidad from now on.

The lady at the desk moved us from the 3rd floor to the first and had to redo all the paperwork. She was very gracious and I appreciated it.

• Mark (10/5): - This hotel is ran by someone who cares about cleanliness,and customer satisfaction and it reflects in 100% of the staff. Everyone there cared about the job they performed. That's rare these days. The young lady that cooked and served breakfast was a great kid that cared. The grounds are beautiful, with a dog trail and complimentary dog biscuits and poop bags. Out front they have a collection of old cars partially to unrestored; a lot of rare ones. It's the place to stay in Trinidad! Hands down!!! Can't think of anything
• Zeito (7/5): Door locks were only issue. - Usually everything. Good decor outlining history of the region; it's almost like a small museum. Great t! You need to upgrade a few things as part of your next capital expenditure, particularly your room lock mechanisms. Stayed twice over 8 day period and had problems getting the lock to respond to my key. The second time, the desk man couldn't get his master key to work (finally got it open with a "trade secret" approach 😀). I eas transferred to another roim.

• Pauline (9/5): Pretty good facility but skip breakfast - Very clean and friendly staff! I think the breakfast can be improved. Eggs were those nasty motel eggs. Hash browns were undercooked. Not everyone eats processed food. Add some real egg options and perhaps healthy yougurt and fruit. Even a boiled egg option would be nice. The coffee was pretty good!

The curtains did not close all the way so you have to clip them together to keep out the light. Breakfast was mostly prepackaged food that an attendant warmed up. The prepackaged oatmeal had no nuts or other items to add and the water to make the oatmeal was not hot. Coffee was not good.

• Stephens-Torian (10/5): Outstanding! - Outstanding stay! We arrived late and were warmly welcomed by Ken, who was remarkably friendly and truly went above and beyond to accommodate us. After a long day of travel, that kind of hospitality meant everything. Our room was clean, comfortable, and just what we needed. Every member of the staff we encountered was incredibly kind and welcoming. The breakfast room is lovely, with beautiful mountain views and the food was delicious. We also loved the unique character of the property-the owner's collection of antique cars out front and the vintage furnishings in the lobby give it such a fun Route 66 vibe. We highly recommend this hotel. It is a great price value and will be back.
