• 林 (9/5): 這是住晶澤別館大致上都很喜歡,下次有機會還會再來！ - 地點位子很讚,下面就是老街可以隨時買東西來吃,而且樓下賣紅茶的老闆娘很親切,不知道位子在哪,她都很有耐心告訴我們！早餐也很好吃,連住兩天的菜色都不一樣,很讚👍🏻😆 廁所玻璃有一些地方從外面看還是看得到,建議可以貼起來,會比較有隱私一點

• 玉萍 (9/5): 每次來日月潭必住之地。 - 早餐非常非常美味，即使因為颱風天來客數不足而沒有自助早餐，但飯店仍準備套餐式中式或西式早餐供選擇，還有半自助的沙拉吧、水果、咖啡、牛奶、果汁等飲品，我們點的西式早餐非常好吃、高級、CP值超高！大推！ 浴室熱水器會忽然變很熱，幾秒後又恢復正常。這次少了停車的服務。

• Sandeep (6/5): Our one night stay in Sun Moon Lake. - Positives 1. The hotel is located just on the banks of the Sun Moon Lake. Awesome location. You need to be sure in which Island you are making the reservation.This hotel is located in Island, 03 of Yuchi. 2. The staff at the reception was super helpful. She was fluent in English and understood our requirements. 3. The food at the Breakfast was exceptional. As we are vegetarians, we got plenty of options including salads and fruits. We had a hearty meal. 4. The room provided had a large bed. 5. The room was neat and clean. Negatives 1. The room provided was in a different property and not in the main building. The property seemed like an apartment. 2. The wash basin was not inside the bathroom. It was inside the main bed room. 3. The bathing area and the loo were not in a separate room. These were just glass cabins within the main bedroom, covered with curtains. This was a huge let down. Please ensure to recheck the room before booking, so that you don't get any last minute surprises. 4. There was no separate space or cabin provided for luggage. We had to use the floor for storing our luggage.

It was a little difficult for us to locate the address though, as it is accessed via a tea shop with no clear signage. We were thankful for helpful locals who pointed us in the right direction. The room was a little small on space... and the construction of the toilet and bath areas are just too unconventional for hotel rooms to enjoy a good bath and cleanup

• Tan (10/5): Overall it's a nice stay at Crystal Inn - It was a big room, clean and very comfortable, breakfast is provided. Highly recommend to friends and family if they want to come to Sun Moon Lake. Most of The shops closed at 6.30pm and opened late about 10.30am.

However, the ground floor is a tea shop, which is super weird that you have to disturb the business for getting to the lift, plus I believe there is security concern. No shampoo or shower gel were provided. Room is small. Shower and basins area are reaching distances and no walls, not suitable when traveling with young kids - while you’d like to have a good shower after a long day when kids finally fell asleep, it’s really hard to keep the noise low and light dime. Anyway, the main resort one looked good when we checked in at the main building. Maybe we will try the main one next time but not this inn again

• W (8/5): - Spacious room with separate toilet bowl, wash basin and shower area. Includes a buffet breakfast (located at 2F of Crystal Resort) which overlooks Sun Moon Lake and Ita Thao Pier. However, the cooked food were cold even though there is a warmer underneath each chafer. Price was also on the high side.

• WAN-LING (10/5): 晶澤的位置不錯 - 小姐服務很好，這次住晶澤別館，停車場離住宿地方大概3~5分鐘距離，房間雖然不是很大，但很乾淨整齊。 唯一美中不足的是，浴室非常小間，一次只能有一位洗澡，洗澡時很容易會碰到牆壁或玻璃門。 其他部份我們大家都還算是滿意! 用餐地方在晶澤會館2樓，靠窗邊的地方能看見日月潭，非常棒!早餐部份不錯，可以吃的很飽!!

• james (8/5): 價格便宜，空間不大 - 到南投日月潭住過多次,這次只是為前往嘉義看燈會中繼,飯店的價格便宜空間不大,浴室與廁所都在同一室內空間以玻璃分隔。一樓有營業為紅茶店，早餐豐盛好吃!
• Verified traveler (4/5): - 第二次入住了, 只能說表現平穩, 沒什麼進步! 別館一樓是有店家住生意的, 以飯店等級而言, 安全性是不夠的 房內浴廁是開放的且空間較小, 如果不是情侶或夫妻會很尷尬! 本館用早餐時, 用餐時間結束前(10點前)服務生就把燈給關了, 似乎在催人盡快離開!

• Li Kao (8/5): Secret Rendezvous - Overall a pleasant stay with good privacy and the breakfast was wonderful with Great Lakeside view. Definitely worth coming back again.
• kk (6/5): The room is too small. - The room is too small with an open toilet which quite surprise me. Other facilities in the room is nice. The breakfast is of hotel quality. But the hotel room with no window and open toliet is quiet unacceptable with such price.
• kiat (6/5): No privacy doing private business in room - The bathroom is separated with a flimsy curtain, the toilet is translucent. Not an issue if you travel alone or if you and your companions are comfortable in revealing your private business. The room is windowless but clean. There is no staff in the evening as they pack up and close shop. Breakfast is at the sister's hotel, which is a couple of minutes walk away towards to lake. That hotel facing the lake should have been a better choice for us.
• Tan (6/5): Far, obscured but nice - The reception counter is not within the hotel itself but hidden in one of the shophouses about 5 to 10 min walk from the hotel. There was no porter to help to carry the luggage and we were given a room not within the hotel itself but one of the rooms in the shophouse, reason given being that we had purchased at a cheaper rate. The hotel is also located across the lake far from the main station. The room is new and comfortable though.
