• SARBJOT (2/5): - I booked it for 6 nights and left after 2. I didn't get any refund but it was still worth it. I would never stay there and will think twice dealings with Expedia. Pure lies and misleading. No elevators so had to take the bags up the floor and hotel do not provide any service at all. They should be under hostel not hotels categories. I am more disappointed with Expedia then then the hotel itself.

Et toujours avec le sourire. Vous garde bien volontiers vos valises pendant que vous allez quelques jour sur une île avant votre séjour dans l'hôtel, vous commande un taxi pour l'aéroport et quand votre départ est très tôt vous fournissent des lunch box si vous avez pris une chambre avec petit déjeuner !! Nous recommandons cet hôtel fort agréable et sympathique.

I arrived feeling a little tired and jaded {my experience at the airpot was of feeling like just another one of so many tourists}. I was warmly greeted and made to feel very welcome by Cookie and Juls on reception - they were so pleasant and warm. Noticing the hotel was on a busy road, I asked for a quiet room. Cookie obliged with a nice spacious, quiet room. Whenever i was anywhere nearby the reception area, i was warmly greeted by Cookie and Juls. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They went out of their way to make me feel welcome. This makes such a difference. The staff generally were helpful and kind. fantastic people. Obviously its not a 5 star hotel and that is reflected in the price, but the rooms were clean comfortable and spacious. But most of all, Cookie and the staff were fantastic!
• georgia-g-house (6/5): Great location but that’s it! - We stayed in the Standard room with a double bed, unfortunately our aircon was broken and the room/bathroom were very basic, we had a kettle but no cups/mugs and so on! However the location is great if you want a short walk to Karon Beach or to restaurants, the downside of this is being kept awake until past 2am because of nearby bars! Reception were keen to get us out of our room on time, unfortunately not the best stay! Would also suggest an elevator for the three floors!

• CraigCruz19 (4/5): BEWARE OF SCAM!!! - On arrival check in was OK. We were shown to our room and given key card. The room was basic but had what you needed. The cleaner was in every day and left fresh towels, however, did NOT change the bed sheets. We thought this strange and on asking were told they would be. This didn't happen. On checkout our taxi arrived but the owner wouldn't let us leave and said the room had to be checked. We waited for around 10 mins and one of the hotel workers came down to the reception with the sheets, with a make up stain?! We were told we had to pay 2000 baht as we had wrecked the duvet..... Unfortunately for the ON, my wife is allergic to make up and hasn't worn it for over 20 years!!! We refused to pay while they were talking between themselves and walked out. Funny enough I had seen a similar hotel in Thailand on YouTube using the same scam before we went so beware!!!

• Mac1984mac (4/5): Disappointed - We stayed here for 2 nights and hated the resort. Absolutely full of Russians. Found them extremely rude. The room itself wasn’t very clean. There was sand everywhere and everything was dusty and grime. No balcony just a sliding window. But there was space for a small patio? God knows why they didn’t use it. Couldn’t wait to leave

• rgaffney2018 (2/5): Not a good hotel - I booked this hotel for 5 nights but stayed for 20 minutes - this was the time it took me to book another hotel. The photos on the web sir are not the reality when you get there. Extremely disappointed and wouldn't advise staying.
• Verified traveler (8/5): On Hotel Karon Beach - There was some confusion when checking in as we were showing as being from Russia which was quickly corrected. The room we were given was not up to the standard that we were expecting or had used on a previous visit to the On Hotel in Karon Beach. After speaking to the reception it was agreed that we could upgrade our room which we did. The room was always cleaned daily and clean sheets and towels put out daily. The hotel was located in the main high street with plenty of bars and restaurants located in the area. The hotel restaurant / kitchen had a very comprehensive menu if you did not wish to go out.

• yesbox19 (6/5): Ok Hotel, wi-fi no good - Hotel is okej and worth the money but its not friendly for familys and its noisy since there is alot of bars and the main road is just outside. The staff is very friendly and helpfull but since its near the beach about 2-4min walking the price is okej. But they have to look into the wi-fi its really really bad wi-fi. The Hotel dont have own restaurant for breakfast but are working with restaurang on the bottom floor Were you can buy gods and drinks. But the pictures in the meny is much better then the food you get. So look around location of the Hotel is so good so its better to eat somewere else since its more then 50restaurants about 2-8min walking around. 1min walking away you have markets to buy water,soda, snacks, sunlotion, etc.

По опыту, советуем брать номера с балконом: и вещи есть где просушить, и тишина в номере, так окна выходят не на шумную улицу, как в стандартных номерах (в них со сном могут быть проблемы). В целом все понравилось, месторасположение превосходное, до пляжа 3 минуты неспешным шагом. Ставим высокие оценки, так как соотношение цена-качество оптимальное!
• Verified traveler (4/5): Good location, Bad staff. - Not exactly the most welcoming staff on check in or when you need something from the front desk. The laundry service is was four times as pricey compared to the hotel I just came from, because they charge per item instead of total weight. The shower did not drain easily which causes the whole bathroom floor to fill with water.

• Sofie (2/5): Hôtel très décevant - J'ai passé 3 nuits dans cette hôtel et j'ai été pressée de partir. A l'arrivé l'accueil est froid. Et au départ le personnel m'a vu decendre les escaliers avec ma grosse valise et même pas d'aide proposé. L'hôtel ressemble à un dortoir mais la chambre est correct. Sinon un conseil prenez chambre côté jardin car très bruyant la nuit.Penser aux bouchons pour les oreilles.
• evgeniya (8/5): полное соответствие цены-качество - Отель полностью стоит своих денег, завтраки хорошие, всегда в наличии арбузы и ананасы, еды достаточно на завтрак, голодными точно не уйдете, яичница, омлет, тайская еда, сосиски, овощи, йогурт, кофе, чай, соки, тосты, хрустики с молоком... номера нормальные, но совершенно не соответствуют картинкам что на сайте (там красочнее и другие цвета, симпатичнее интерьер), но по размеру достаточно, убирали каждый день, единственное очень жесткие матрасы... выбирайте лучше номер с видом на сад, там тише, так как номера с видом на город, по ночам конечно весь шум на улице может помешать тем кто любит спать в тишине))) и номер лучше на верхних этажах, так как на уровне первого этажа в некоторых местах стоят блоки кондиционеров, и они шумные отличное расположение, напротив отеля развалы фруктов, различная местная еда, улица полна ресторанчиков, до моря ленивым шагом 3 минуты... в отеле выдают пляжные полотенца на день, цена 20 батт это 40 руб за полотенце мотобайк аренда рядом 250-350-400 батт в сутки в зависимости от аппарата, в рублях умножайте на 2 примерно, вообщем все в шаговой доступности мы приехали в 5 утра, отель был полон (новогодние праздники), но нас заселили в 8 утра и без доплаты) а при выселении мы смогли продлить номер до 18 часов. с английским правда на ресепшене плохо но они стараются))) вообщем из отелей такой средней категории, этот отель полностью стоит своих денег если поедем на Карон, снова выберем этот отель Всем приятного отдыха!

• Emily (6/5): Clean hotel in a great location, not very comfy - The hotel is in a great location, close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The room was very clean and everything was well stocked. The beds were very uncomfortable though and the water was lukewarm at best. The wifi is also very spotty and we had an entire day where the electricity was out in the whole hotel for maintenance from 9am to 7pm. We were notified of this the day before, but it was still very frustrating. In Expedia the hotel is listed as having options for two beds in a room, and shows pictures of said rooms, but the hotel did not contain any room of this kind when we arrived. Overall it's a fine place for the price and the location is great!

• Louise (8/5): Helt okej central hotell! - + Bra städning. Nära till strand och restauranger osv.. Bra service i lobbyn. - Wi-fi funkade sådär på rummet. Duschen var på väggen i samband med toaletten vilket gjorde hela badrummet sandigt och blött efter man duschat. (Fanns tyvärr ingen hårtork heller) Förövrigt var frukostbuffén liten men ändå inget att klaga på. Rekommenderar detta hotell för den som prioriterar nära till restaurang och strand. Vill du ha lugn och ro ska du bo på den sidan som är mot baksidan och inte mot bilvägen.

• Svetlana (2/5): Think twice before booking, it's less than basic! - I strongly recommend you to avoid using this hotel: very poor condition of rooms, basic furniture, horrible view and the worst was shower or rather absence of it - they simply provided a shower head in the toilet (no shower cabin, curtain or anything)! No beach towels, terrible WIFI, no lifts...
• VLADIMIRS (8/5): Проживание в отеле ON Hotel Phuket - Прекрасное обслуживание на рецепшене, заселили в номер на 2 часа раньше установленного времени, очень внимательный предупредительный персонал, отсутствие лифта не ощутили,т к багаж отнесли наверх. Очень качественная уборка номера с ежедневной сменой постельного белья. Вкусный и достаточно разнообразные завтраки. Недостаток - маленькая ванная комната с душем ничем не ограниченным-даже нет шторы. Очень удобное размещение как для посещения пляжа, так и для вечерних пррогулок и посещения кафе и ресторанов. Все что необходимо для полноценного отдыха рядом.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Otrevlig personal - Såg bra ut till en början men när vi skulle sova första natten så upptäckte vi både blod och annat smuts på täcket och lakanet. Personalen trodde oss inte så de slutade med att de va kom 3 personer till rummet för att kolla och dom sa hela tiden att de va nya lakan... Till slut gick dom med på att byta men tänkte först skicka ut oss medans dom bytte, men de vägrade vi och de va tur för dom tänkte ta samma täcke men byta påslakanet bara. Men blodet hade ju gått igenom allt. Dom va väldigt otrevliga och bytte allt efter många ramsor på thai. inte en ursäkt eller nått, vi ville ha en kompensation eller nått liknande imed att vår vistelse inte började så bra. Men de dom tyckte dom kunde göra va att ge oss ett större rum , men de behövde vi absolut inte. Dom ansåg att de hade uppstådd ett problem och att dom nu löst de så då va de klart med den saken ! Mottagandet av detta gjorde att helheten sjönk ... Annars va de inget att klaga på. Har man svårt att sova med lyhört från gatan ska man inte välja detta hotell !

• Verified traveler (8/5): Довольно приличный эконом вариант. - Отель на твёрдую троечку, на что рассчитывали то и получили.Не понравилась только в стандартных номерах душ прям около туалета,пол почти всегда был мокрый,в улучшенных номерах расстояние побольше.Холодильник большой,по запросу дали чайник,заселились и уехали без проблем.Бронировали заранее, когда курс$ был меньше, за полных 14 суток с номера заплатили около 30т, что на мой взгляд супер!
• Vladislav (10/5): Приятный отель рядом с морем для чистюль!!! - Остановились в отеле на две ночи и были очень удивленны идеальной чистотой в отеле Все просто блестит! Номера небольшие ,но очень уютные. Персонал супер ,сломался замок , нам сразу предложили решение на выбор . мы выбрали другой номер.Завтрак сытный . Рядом пляж магазины салоны с дешевым массажем и ночная жизнь . Немного шумно до часа ночи , но мы сами раньше в номер не приходили . Кондишен морозит исправно! полотенца и постельное белье новые чистые Мы остались очень довольны Рекомендуем !!!!

• Victor (8/5): Nära till strand, Prisvärt, Oljud från nattklubb. - Tyvärr så hörs nattklubbarna i närheten. Så om man störs lätt bör man välja ett annat hotell. Det mesta oljudet kommer ifrån hotellets egna restaurang. Dom borde stänga den på kvällarna/natten då den ändå har lite gäster på natten. Tyvärr har rummen inga balkonger. Annars ett hotell som är precis vid stranden och nära till matbutiker och resturanger. Perfekt läge till ett bra pris. Superiumrummen har också oljud och tyvärr går dessa bara att få med enkelsäng. Alternativet är att bo på dom dyrare hotellen en bit bort om man vill slippa oljud på kvällen. Men då har man inte nära till matbutiker och affärer. Mycket prisvärt. Har besökt 2 gånger. Besöker gärna igen.
• Hampus (8/5): Valuta för pengarna ! - Enkelt hotell som passar utmärkt som övernattning när man anlänt. Vill man festa så låg det väldigt centralt och utbudet var bra. Kan vara för stökigt om man har småbarn. Inte det finaste hotellet men billigt och renligt samt bekvämt. Passar perfekt för en eller två dagars övernattning.
• Dosbert (6/5): Günstiges Hotel auf der Partymeile - Sauberes Hotel, das direkt auf der Partymeile Karon Beach liegt. Man kann alles gut von hier fussläufig erreichen. Hotelzimmer ist einfach ausgestattet. Aber für den Preis war es OK.

• se yun lee (2/5): 전반적으로 별로네요not good with the overall - It's loud and cockoaches. the room is smaller than picture. reservations recommended to other places. but breakfast is not bad. 3박4일 묵었는데 조용한날이 거의없고 카론비치근처지만 여기 나름 번화가라서 밤에도 바에서 겁나 노래부르고 소리꽥꽥지르고ㅠㅠ 경찰에 신고하려고했어요 진짜 스트레스 많이받았어요 그뿐만아니라 호텔직원들도 친절하지도않고 호텔화장실에서 바퀴벌레도 나왔네요... 지금 프로모션해서 싼걸로아는데 예약하지말고 차라리 딴데하세요 방도 겁나좁아요 좋은건 그나마 조식이에요
• Gregory (4/5): How you're ready to stay up until 2:00 AM - Let me start with the one positive comment. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating to your needs. Now the bad. Our room that we had reserved two months in advanced was somehow double booked and we were moved to a room right over the extremely loud and busy street instead of facing the sea. The road it's on is packed with bars and night clubs blasting music, so don't expect to fall asleep until 2:00 AM if your room is on the front end of the hotel. The wifi is non-existent, so if you need to make sure you have a solid connection you'll have to go to a nearby business that offers complimentary wifi. When we got to the original room they moved us to we noticed other people's belongings in there, so we instantly locked the door, went down stairs to the front desk, and waited a little while longer while they found another room to put us in. The towels smelled like mold in the room we eventually ended up staying in, but the staff quickly changed them out. We were supposed to stay four nights, but after the first night we had enough and the manager was more than happy to cancel the remainder of our reservation and issue us a full refund based on our particular situation and their mistake.

• Cattis (8/5): Finare än förväntat! Men dålig feukost - Bra hotell på paradgatan, rummen var fina och rena. Dock var det dåligt tryck i duschen och det rann inte ut ur golvbrunnen. Inga hand-handdukar men det verkar inte finnas någonstans? Frukosten var under all kritik. Fanns inget pålägg och kaffet hittade jag inte ens 😂
• John (4/5): Noisy hotel on busiest street in karon - Given a room facing the street. Far too noisy as most bars have live bands which seem to be competing to be loudest.Long story short had to move rooms twice & pay an upgrade of 1600 baht to get a quieter room. The bars wind down around 3am so if that fits your sleeping pattern the noisy bands won't affect you.Gave an overall score of 2 stars simply because of the noise would be 4 otherwise.

• Verified traveler (6/5): - bokade rum med utsikt mot trädgården. fanns dock inget ledigt så fick mot gatan med kompensation. precis under hotellet låg flera nattklubbar som spelade live band långt in så småtimmarna o det var väldigt lyhört. stenhårda sängar. rummen var okej, inget speciellt. bortsätt från barerna låg hotellet väldigt centralt o nära till allt.
• A C (6/5): Some good, some bad - On Hotel Phuket has been newly renovated and appears bright and pleasant. The staff, while not especially friendly, did a good job of responding to requests accurately during what was clearly a busy period. I would warn potential visitors that this hotel is exposed to a lot of noise from nearby partying at night. It's right by the street so from my room I got a massive dose of bass when certain cars went past. Also, the bath towels were terrible. They weren't capable of absorbing water at all. I enjoyed the attached restaurant. The food and staff were good.
