• Noha (1/5): Nous n’avons pas séjourné dans l’hôtel car les conditions d’hygiène ne sont pas respectées. - Rien L’hotel entier sent fortement le tabac, dans la réception couloir/escalier et chambre un très gros problème d’hygiène à revoir- j’ai fait une réclamation et j’attends un retour de booking.

• Romina112 (8/5): Regular - Lo mejor de este establecimiento es la ubicación, a unos metros de la playa y avenida en Patong. Además, las personas de la recepción fueron super amables. Probablemente no volvería porque la zona no me pareció tan familiar y el costo de hospedaje fue de los más altos que pagamos en Tailandia, lo que no condice con la calidad del lugar. Deficiencia en la limpieza (habían muchos pelos en el espejo del baño), hongos en la cortina de ducha y muchísimas hormigas pequeñitas (esto último se soluciona no comiendo en la habitación o guardando muy bien la comida). Nuestra habitación estaba en un piso superior, sin ascensor, por lo que tuvimos ue subir muchas escaleras a diario.

En cuanto a la limpieza... he visto lugares más limpios. La ubicación es buena. A una cuadra de la playa...aunque es de las más concurridas.

• Erlend (8/5): Fine folk og vennlighet ut av en annen verden. Tusen takk for meg. - Flott lokasjon Fantastisk restaurant rett utenfor EuroThai og meget snedig vei til stranden. Her var ingenting å klage på, grei seng, god dusj og alltid rent. Mulig litt mangel på oppdatering og renovering.

• Patrik (4/5): The state of the place does not justify the price. Staff is helpful and tries to be accomodating. - Staff is very nice and helpful. Location is good. Unfortunately the place is too ran down to justify the price. Towels had stains on them although they were washed. The sheets had stains as well.

Only 2 mins walk to the beach what was awesome, and only like 10mins walk to bangla road, but as apartment is located in a quiet lane, I could comfortably sleep in quiet. I can recommend this place.

Buchi nel soffitto, TV (decoder) non funzionante, finestra rotta, scarafaggio in bagno il primo giorno, un giorno hanno deciso di non pulire la camera, scalino di 3 centimetri in mezzo alla camera (ho dovuto metterci sopra un asciugamani per vederlo di sera), prese elettriche difettose, rubinetto del bagno rotto con acqua che continua a scendere

• Dianne (9/5): Definitely worth staying here! - Close to everything, yet far enough to not hear the noise. Just a short walk to the beach - tip - go to the beach early and spend the 100B on a chair right in front of the ocean. You can leave your towel there and go for lunch if you like, or order something right there. Nadine and Andy were wonderful and always made sure we were happy and everything was good. I would give the property 10/10if we didn’t have to go up and down so many stairs all the time, but makes for stronger legs!

The bathroom absolutely stunk due to there being mould all over the extractor fan. I lost my deposit aswell for bringing women back to my room which wasn't explained to me initially.

Bad Aircon, no controller but only on or off, together with a tiny window, makes the room unbearably hot during the day. A big sign charging almost an additional half the amount per visiting guest.

• Mr (9/5): Superb - The stay was comfortable. I spent a whole week. I wanted to extend, but there was no availability. The location is phenomenal, just a few meters from the beach. It's a clean and quiet place. The only thing to keep in mind is that if a friend visits you, you will need to pay 300 baht.
