• Grzegorz (3/5): - lokalizacja w nocy bardzo duży hałas z ruchliwej ulicy, okna przktycznie nie tłumią dźwieku i wrażenie jest jakby się stało na ulicy. Wyśpią się tylko osoby którym nie przeszkadza hałas

• Falguni (7/5): - The location of the property is very good. Rooms are big with balconies. Bathrooms are quite big. The staff were I guess the owners of the hotel and were not so welcoming in their attitude. Wifi was not working in my first floor room. It worked only at the door of the room but not inside.

• Đoka Ćutak (8/5): Sve, osim neprijatnosti sa recepcionerom je bilo OK - Lokacija je u novom delu Marakeša, puno restorana u blizini, veliki šoping centar, brzo se stiže do medine, aerodroma i železničke stanice. Taksi lako dostupan. Imali smo problem prvo veče. Neljubazni recepcioner nam nije dao odgovarajuću sobu sa balkonom, tek sutra dan smo dobili ono što smo rezervisali, a on nam je naplatio punu cenu za lošiju sobu. Svađao se, rekao da potražimo drugi hotel iako je već bilo kasno, a onda otišao da flertuje sa mlađom gošćom i odbio svaku dalju komunikaciju.

• El Alji (1/5): - Location The staff especially Mohcine, he shouldn’t be a the reception if he doesn’t want to look at the guests and only wants to count money and ignore them. I only asked him if i can cancel the breakfast but he said no, and did not explain why which was very rude, left me asking questions and talking to a wall. Later that night, there was another staff who kindly explained to me why they can’t, which is understandable. However, the behavior i got at this hotel is atrocious. Very loud location and old amenities, need both a renovation and change of its people to experienced ones who have studied how to at least smile :)

• Артем (3/5): It was awful - Nothing Receptionist told us that the booking was cancelled though it was confirmed by booking and still is. Anyway we checked in because there were vacant rooms, but the room wasn’t clean, floor in the bathroom was with old dirt, blanket without blanket cover. The receptionist said they wash whole blankets, don’t even know how to believe that. The room was very noisy

ZERO rated, poor facilities, outdated, dirty, and the staff couldn't care LESS! - Complete waste of money! £60 a night for a dirty, dingy room with a leaking toilet that flooded the bathroom. £6 would have been too much. The staff were rude and miserable and could not care that we left after the first night. The breakfast was 2 croissants and an egg and they wanted to charge for tea and coffee and WATER! There were a handful of guests, the sensor lights did not work, the whole place was a ghost town, cobwebs, dust, dated facilities and furniture and, it's not even worth wasting words on.

• SolihullMargaret (2/5): Dreadful hotel , one star is generous - The second worst hotel I have ever stayed in, dirty smelly noisy with what looked like a rubbish dump at the rear, bed linen was questionable and the beds were nothing more than metal sprung put you ups with legs on springs, one night was enough and we booked an apartment round the corner on air bnb which was just fabulous……avoid this hotel at all costs.
• stevedK2076MU (2/5): Noise noise noise - Currently 5 days into a 7 day stay. Arrived late on Friday. To be kept awake from constant noise from outside. External door to balcony didn’t close properly making it impossible to sleep. For 2 nights in a row. Staff offered me a room move to the back of the hotel. Which I agreed on ! Then I had to contend with noise inconsiderate guests in the room opposite! Making excessive noise laughing and closing doors very loudly for 2 nights in a row. Still no sleep ! I complained to staff yet again. And now I’ve had a repeat. Again in the early hours I have another early morning trip a very long trip with on a few hours. Not happy at all !!!’n
• ObiChanKenobi (4/5): Good breakfast but lacking in other areas - The hotel is a short walk from the nearest airport shuttle stop, arriving at the hotel over 2 hours into check-in time however my room wasn’t ready for me to go in upon arrival. I did wait approx. 10 minutes for the housekeeper to finish up which I didn’t mind waiting for the room to be cleaned. The room and hotel is very budget including a double bed with air conditioning, en suite, and small balcony looking over the road and traffic below. The room is relatively small but still enough for a solo traveler. The shower was in poor hygienic condition and had black sticky grout in between the tiles, making me not feel totally clean afterward. I believe this could be easily clean as the normal water pressure of the shower head was flaking away the grout when pointed closely at it. The hotel has quite an old aesthetic with stairways being poorly lit and dim. The breakfast was a highlight though, offering a tasty Moroccan style breakfast and tea to start the day.

Sono stata obbligata a prenotare in questo hotel per la mia amica e non vi consiglio assolutamente di andarci . È SPORCHISSSIMO ! Peggio di un ostello ! Bagno da vomito e la camera lo stesso , pienissima di polvere , muri sporchi con cioccolata e tappeti puzzolenti e sporchi.
• Sara (1/5): - Rien Arrivé à 00h30 après un long voyage depuis l’Espagne jusqu’à Marrakech, j’étais épuisé. On m’a donné une chambre sale, avec une mauvaise odeur, rien à voir avec les photos sur Booking. La réception a refusé de me changer de chambre. J’ai dû quitter l’hôtel en pleine nuit, sans savoir où aller, dans une ville que je ne connais pas. Très décevant. À éviter

• Guest (4/5): It's a manageable budget hotel for a day or two, but I wouldn't recommend it for a longer stay. - It was great for transportation, and the fact that you can have breakfast until 12pm and dinner is prepared until 11pm is an advantage. However, the dinner quota is 90 dirhams per person, so you pay for drinks and any extra expenses. Someone comes every day to clean, but they're really bad at it. There's a bit of confusion between the restaurant and the hotel. It wasn't until later that it became clear what was included in breakfast. The hotel doesn't specify anywhere that the dinner limit is 90 dirhams, but you only find out when you get there. If I'd known this detail, I wouldn't have chosen to eat at the hotel. There was a water leak in the bathroom, which turned into a pool of water after every shower. Don't forget to take your life preserver before you shower. 😊
