Guest Reviews
- DAVIS (8/5): - Close easy walk to the train station and to the harbor. The climb up the steep stairs from apartment entrance to the apartment.
- David (10/5): - Clean and in a good position. Noisy at night from the street below but not a problem.
- Laurie (10/5): Great stay! Awesome location!! - Great location. Beautiful place!!
- LAURA (10/5): It was great ! I would stay there again . - Everything was perfect !
- Nicolas (10/5): Parfait - Tout était parfait, encore merci.
Spero di poter tornare un'altra volta.

- Jiří (10/5): - Beautiful location, very nice flat, excellent communication with the owner. Climbing steep stairs in the middle of Riomaggiore felt very authentic, then the view from the flat is very nice. Also it is very close to the train station, as well as close to shops and restaurants. A lot of interesting decoration inside the flat, our children liked it a lot.
- Wilson (6/5): DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! - Location to the station Bed mattrass was unacceptable. Reported after first night to host who seemed to already know this was an issue as had ordered replacement. Really unsure how long host was aware of issue or when replacement ordered but totally unacceptable not been replaced. Previous reviews do mention this however when you are not looking for something specific you may not pick up on this.
Hosts really unhelpful when bringing this issue to their attention both when on holiday and after returning. Doesn’t feel right accepting customers money then refusing to accept/compensate for your inadequate facilities (bed is a major facility that should be right)
Minor issues which we were totally not bothered about but think fair to bring them up based on the attitude shown towards my complaint raised which is totally genuine. Kettle not working. Extractor hood broken. Ornaments are horrendous and really not everyone’s cup of tea. Light switch at entrance seemed to be broken/exposed wires so we went upstairs with our phone light (steep stairs as in previous reviews).
Noise as per previous reviews which I was aware of but probably not understanding how bad. Night time fine for us but mornings crazy as drain, bin trucks go on forever from around 5am. Windows so thin so not sure if this would ever change.
- Natasha (10/5): Fantastic 2-night stay would stay again and for longer! - Great size for a family of 5 with 3 young adults. Location is brilliant and communication was very easy. Nice view as well. We didn’t not like it but there are steep stairs of people struggle with stairs.
- Louise (10/5): Short notice booking excellent communications and service beautiful large apoartment in a great loca - Everything !
- Yin Hing (9/5): Happy & joyful - Very near the rail station . Walking distance to the sight around half an hour .

Check-in comodo e veloce.
Ci siamo trovate molto bene.

- Michelle (8/5): Great for a short trip to see Cinque Terre! - Great location right in the heart of Riomaggiore! The main bed was slightly uncomfortable but otherwise great stay
- Lisa (9/5): Riomaggiore was my favorite of six spots -- and these accommodations were a big part of it. - The location was awesome, near the train station and the water. The apartment was very cute! It was nice that you could buy some things like water from the fridge, and on the honor system. While it was very hot when we were there, the fans were set up well. I went there with my three (youngish) adult sons -- and I really liked that there were separate beds for all of us. I was looking for twin beds, and this worked out great. Our location on the third floor was a hike up steep stairs. We were getting our eight pieces of luggage to the door to leave right at check-out time, and it was very awkward that a man was just waiting for us to leave (the cleaner I assume). A little weird that there were notes everywhere about purchasing a ton of things.
- Ana (9/5): -
- Katey (8/5): Great location and host. No AC and noise from nightlife downstairs made sleeping difficult. - Great location, in the heart of Riomaggiore No aircon
- James (8/5): Excellent location, comfortable, but very hot. - Location of this property was excellent. Very close to the beach and train station. Location is fabulous.
The beds were comfortable and the apartment had everything you needed.
The apartment offers drinks and accessories (at extra cost) for your convenience.
The owners are very responsive and helpful In the summer (we were here in July) the apartment is very hot. There are fans which help to cool it down, but be prepared that the heat is a lot if you are not use to it. Despite the heat we would stay here again.
- Réka (10/5): Exceptional -
- Semen (10/5): Exceptional - Nice and clean apartment and super host!!!
You have everything you need and more
- Anne (9/5): We had a wonderful stay at the heart of the village, with a nice view of the sea and village and all the amenities very - The apartment was lovely, lots of charm and very well located.
- Jari (8/5): Very good -
- Keitb (10/5): Exceptional -
- Gary (8/5): Great character apartment in the middle of town. - Lots of character. Nice view down to the street and shops. Close to small supermarkets. Good comfortable beds and cooking facilities. Free Wifi available. Because the apartment is centrally located it was quite noisy at night and early morning. Delivery trucks etc make a lot of noise which can be heard even with the windows closed.
- Adrian (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lina (9/5): Paolo delivered great customer service. Everything was amazing. - Excellent location right on the Main Street.
Apartment had a lot of charm and character. Needs an air conditioner.
- Leanne (7/5): Good -
- Mikayla (10/5): Exceptional -
- Anna (7/5): Good -
- Fiona (4/5): Nice location but not in Summer - This property is very well located near the train station and in the heart of Riomaggiore. The bathroom and flooring has had a renovation. It was very hot and very noisy. It sits at the top of 3 flights of very narrow stairs above some restaurants and bars. On a Friday night the bar was rowdy until midnight followed by a ‘silent’ disco until 3.30am followed by people hanging around making noise and then the morning rubbish collection. We had no sleep that night. There are only very noisy pedestal fans in the flat - in the main bedroom the fan is so noisy it almost masks the noise outside but not quite. Perhaps staying when it isn’t so hot would be better.
- Rebecca (10/5): Exceptional -
- Andreea (10/5): Exceptional - It was in the center of the town. It was very clean and we had all we needed. Would stay again.
- Mena (9/5): Superb -
- Bri (10/5): Amazing! - Location was perfect a sort walk to the water and right in the center! Nothing
- Annita (10/5): Exceptional - The location was great and appreciated the extra care that was given to ensure we had a wonderful time. Nothing - it was an amazing experience.
- Tanya (10/5): Exceptional -
- Gretchen (9/5): Loved it. Would definitely stay again! - Great location. Nice street views. Comfy beds. Good shower. A little street noise in the front rooms. I took an Advil pm and was fine.
- Victoria (9/5): Very satisfactory. Loved everything about it. - Lovely bright and happy place, very clean with any amenity you would ever need. Great location. Stairs a bit steep if your older but the owner sent help. Very caring.
- Linda (9/5): An authentic Cinque Terre experience - very much enjoyed! - Great character
Very convenient to the station Steep stairs were a bit challenging, but the view from the window made it worthwhile!
- Caylah (10/5): We had a great stay, the apartment is well equiped and the location is perfect! -
- Lorene (8/5): The property had an excellent location - The location was right on Main Street so excellent for convenience to everything There was no air conditioning
- Edoardo (7/5): Good - Great location. Bad acoustic isolation and noisy in the night. The double bed uncomfortable.
- Sarah (7/5): Good -
- Ethahad (8/5): Very good - Great location. No AC during a heatwave was difficult!
- Sally (8/5): Fantastic apartment (but maybe don't stay here during a heatwave) - The location was fantastic - very close to everything. The apartment was quite spacious and comfortable. It was very hot when we stayed - unfortunately with no air conditioning, and being at the top of the building with no air flow, it just got unbearably hot. It was still 30 degrees in the main room at 7am after having the windows open all night with all the fans on. It was even hotter in the bedrooms. It was only 25 degrees outside at that time, so significantly hotter inside than out.
- Phyllis (9/5): Superb - Access was super easy and clear. Fantastic location. LOVED watching the bustling street below, outside the windows.
- Caroline (10/5): Cozy flat in the heart of Riomaggiore - The place was simply lovely. It was extremely charming with all the facilities necessary for a good stay. The fridge was full of drinks that were fairly priced. The location of the flat was in the heart of Riomaggiore, in the main street. Since it was located in the main street of Riomaggiore the noise at night from people partying was really loud. I always expect the same type of problem everywhere so I travel with earplugs. It didn't bother me too much. But without earplugs I don't think I could have slept in the main room.
- Elena (10/5): Exceptional - Best location in Riomaggiorre, 2 minutes from the rail station and near shops, restaurants and pubs. nothing to dislike
- Connor (10/5): Wonderfully serene. - The place was adorable. I thought it was well-kept and fit our group of 4 perfectly. The hosts were wonderful and quickly responded to all my questions (which were done through Whatsapp, email them and you'll get a quick response!) The place was clean and well-stocked, and all the instructions were clear for check-in and check-out. The location was also beautiful, and Riomaggiore is my favorite town in Cinque Terre after this trip. Secluded but right off the main street and very easy to find. Just be careful if anyone has trouble climbing stairs in your group! They are very steep and I did not see an alternative. But other than that it was wonderful. Highly recommend! In all honesty, I think the stay was wonderful all around. All our needs were met and the hosts were very nice. Nothing to complain about!
- Michelle (8/5): A great stay. We probably should have done more research before going as there was very little open during our stay. We - Fantastic location Very steep stairs but we got used to them & expected it given the location of the village
- Maria (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jennifer (7/5): Good -
- Kulvadee (10/5): lovely place - good located, good environment feel liked home poor wifi
- Leah (8/5): great location - location the items for sale everywhere
cluttered a little
- Ryan (9/5): Superb - the view was amazing - the location was great. The apartment was cluttered with niknaks which really took away for the charm. The master suite mattress is in need of replacement
- Merryn (10/5): strongly recommend- helpful staff when we didn’t understand about key safe - Fantastic location- v close to station very hot due to being high up
- Juan (10/5): Exceptional - everything was very good maybe air conditioner because if you open thw window there is some noise
- Egle (9/5): Charming Riomaggiore - The apartment's central location is a good way to experience the true atmosphere of an Italian resort life. The central location was an advantage for us, but for those who prefer a quieter stay, we recommend search a stay further away.
- Aaron (9/5): Superb -
