Koku filan yoktu, temizdi ve balkon manzarası herseye degerdi. sık sık kalacağım yer kesin. Personel çok nazik ve güler yüzlüydü. Ben çok acaip memnun kaldım, hepsine ayrı ayrı teşekkür ederim, allah razı olsun. Başarıları artsın inşallah.
- Zeynep (4/5): Kötü bir otel bu paraya başka bir yere gidin - Hiç de az olmayan bir ücret ödeyerek ekonomi odasını seçtik. Ancak hiç mi hiç hoş olmayan bir odada, kliması bozuk bir yerde konakladık. Banyo çok eski ve kötüydü. Odada yatak dışında bir şey yoktu ve aşırı küçük havasız bir yerdi. Kahvaltıya ise şaşkınlığımı hala gizleyemiyorum. Hamur işleri bayat ve lezzetsiz olmasının yanısıra kötü görünümlüydü. Peynirler en köyü kaliteden seçilmiş, sebzeler ise bir iki gün önce doğranıp beklemişti. Çok kötüydü.

Odaya bardak dahi koymamışlar. Banyo pis. Tuvalet kağıdı bile yarımdı. 1 adet el sabunu koymuşlar. Başka hiç birşey yok vasat.

I fell sorry how ministry of tourism rates this hotel as 5 star, and I am sure they never come again and check the hotel condition. In the future I will check the room before check in and that what I did today in Spence. The front disk lady was very nice and good pleased her otherwise I will never go again, nor recommend this hotel to anyone

Wir reisen viel und waren in vielen verschiedenen Hotels, aber dieses Hotel würden wir besonders sehr gerne Ihnen empfehlen. Das Hotel hat sehr gute Lage. Es gibt alles für verschiedene Aktivitäten, sowie beim guten Wetter , als auch bei schlechtem. Das Personal war sehr freundlich !!!!!!! Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber . Das Hotel hat uns viele positive Überraschungen vorbereitet :) Wenn Sie gut und schön türkische Spezialitäten probieren- wollen, dann würden wir euch dieses atmosphärisches Café im Zentrum der Stadt empfehlen. Wenn Sie sich am Abend ein bisschen entspannen und LIVE Musik hören wollen , würden wir sehr sehr sehr empfehlen die Bar „ The Cube Bar“ Die Bar ist super, und türkische Lieder, die live gesungen werden, machen Ihren Aufenthalt in der Türkei unvergesslich! - Saad Alajmi (2/5): lack of maintenance - everything need renovation - its really bad experiment , when my wife opened the bathroom door , the door fall down causing a damage on shower glasses , thanks god that no body inside the bathroom , i called the reception regarding this problem , they sent the maintenance guy ,, after that they start blame me and asked me to pay for the damages !!! i was waiting for the apologize !! instead they let me pay for the damage !!! i was worry about my kids safety so i decided to cancel the remaining days with this hotel , when i talk to Expedia regarding the problem and the cancellation , unfortunately Expedia disappointed me , they said the hotel denied, we can do nothing !!! Don't take this hotel , go with a brand name hotels even the small brands , at least they have a standard and good maintenance .

Einzig einen Balkon habe ich vermisst. Ein Fernsehsender in deutsch wäre noch schön gewesen .Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Buffet zum Frühstück war lecker. Mir hat mein Aufenthalt insgesamt recht gut gefallen

House cleaning and staff we very nice & helpful. Had a very nice massage at the spa also. Perfect service for price.

Providing free breakfast looking over to Marmara sea and prince islands , perfect scenery . Staff from security to room service are well trained and helpful . Will definitely stay there again

Of course finished with Turkish tea and coffee. The surroundings was average as it is a hotel setting restaurant, however the view would be fantastic during the sunset time as it's directly overlooking the seaside on Pendik Marina, we have certainly enjoyed our time without the noise of a proper restaurant! Will visit again for the nice fish!

The hotel was a complete disaster, no way is this hotel 4 star, it is more like 1 to 2 star. On arrival they had double booked the rooms. My room which I finally was given was a VIP room. VIP !!! What a joke, the room had no key, they expected me to call reception every time I wanted access. Then the best BED BUGS!!!!!! I was bitten all over when I reported it, the staff thought it was funny, it's normal to have a few bites!!!! Then the fittings in the shower were hanging off, the shower is worse than a hostel!!!!!. Carpets full of dust. Then I found they had pre charged my card to avoid problems because of the bed bugs without my authorisation. Breakfast was awful. This is the service a person visiting a prominent local businessman gets so no chance for anybody else.. Look the area is great and the other local hotels looked fab, take my advice and book somewhere else otherwise make sure you take cream for bites and disinfectant wipes.

Other than that didn't come across any staff who was memorable. The location is fairly good, with some rooms having views of the water. It is a good 15-20 minute walk away from the busy downtown area.

I will stay there again and won't hesitate to recommend anyone who wishes to stay there, it's also very close to ferry that takes you Yalova and major airport connects you to cities in Turkey ( sabiha gokcen airport)
- binshakir (8/5): Property on the Asian side of Istanbul - Great location overlooking the istanbul corneich. Just 30 minutes ferry drive to Princess Islands. Rooms are small but has enogh space to put a bag and stuff. The service is great, staff are ready to do anything to keep the guest happy. Breakfast is just perfect. It has a attached spa and a big gym. Don't miss the morning walk on the corniech It has excercise equipment, children play areas and landscape.
- World2Visit (2/5): Smoky rooms and fake website. - Just terrible: No non-smoking rooms, rooms are very smelly, very used matress, blankets with dirt spots, drain leaking toilet, noise from the nearby road and the gym. On their website they show nice pictures of the gym but hotel guests have NO access as long as they are not going for a 6 month membership. Breakfast is ok.
