В номере есть чайник, холодильник, сейф.Через дорогу есть магазин , до Каскада минут 30 идти пешком Нету фена(сказали принесут, но никто не принес)с вентиляции в туалете сыпались перья от птиц (но позже после уведомления персонала это прекратилось ) и запах канализации , вид на стройку

Even its same everyday and newrby the public transport staff bed linen & comforts are old color pale foam mattress is lontime not changed may be also. and they dont change during your stay until unless you mention, Bathroom foot mat never changed even it was wet cleaner pretend bathrom did cleaned (when you are the one who keep clean the bathroom yourself) towels not replaced. & i doibt if rooms wasnt broom since im curious to keep tiddy & clean my room bathroom slipper not provided but upon request a paper type slipprr given

• МХ (9/5): - Номер с видом на Арарат и Мать-Армению. Учитывайте, что это на горе! Спуск-подъем в центр внушительный, такси в Ереване дешёвое. Номер большой, есть чайник, чашки, бутылка воды, гель д/душа, шампунь. Не хватило освежителя воздуха, ложки для обуви и тапочек в номере. Вкусный и разнообразный шведский стол. Персонал вежливый! Спасибо за угощение гранатами при выезде! Армения- очень гостеприимная страна!

• Ekaterina (10/5): - Не первый раз останавливаемся в этом отеле. Все устраивает. Завтраки с каждым годом становятся более разнообразными. Бассейн спасает в летнюю жару. До центра можно дойти пешком через парк и спуститься по каскаду, либо такси очень недорого. На ресепшен всегда очень милые и вежливые ребята.

• Aurelija (10/5): Great stay! Amazing value for money! - Staff is super duper friendly and helpful. Helped me with e erything i asked for! Even in the middle of the night - when i had issues with AC , kind receptionist guy fixed it for me - by bringing a new remote. Very nice people throughout! Oh and the breakfast staff was super nice , i came late ince and they let me stay however i needed , the lady didnt rush me at all ,she actually encouraged me to try more food and eat more (Armenian hospitality is priceless) and the brdakfast was delicious too - like Mama'a food ! :) I had a bit of smell coming out of the bathroom drain, i dont thing they could fix it for me, it's smth constructual. But travelling around Armenia i felt the same in few places - fe nail salons also had this issue. So i guess it's not amth only my room had. But i closed the door and didnt bother me too much.

• Imran (6/5): Great Location and Spacious Room, but Breakfast Needs Serious Improvement - The room was impressively large and spacious, providing plenty of comfort and room to relax. It was well-maintained and thoughtfully arranged, which made my stay even more pleasant. The location was also a major highlight—it was situated conveniently right in front of the hostel, which was perfect for me as I was visiting my cousin brother. This made it incredibly easy to go back and forth without any hassle. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff at the front desk were friendly and professional, and I was able to get to my room quickly without any unnecessary delays. Overall, the combination of the comfortable room, excellent location, and seamless check-in made for a very satisfying experience. We arrived for breakfast approximately 30 minutes before closing, but unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. Despite still being within service hours, the buffet line was already half empty, giving the impression that it was winding down far too early. Additionally, there was a noticeable lack of food labeling, which made it difficult to identify dishes—especially for guests with dietary restrictions or preferences. The French toast was particularly unpleasant in both taste and texture, and the boiled eggs were inconsistent: some were undercooked while others were overdone, all mixed together without any indication of doneness. The juice options were also very poor in quality, lacking freshness and flavor. Overall, the breakfast did not meet expectations and certainly wasn't worth the time or cost. Improvements in both food quality and organization are definitely needed.

• Nina (2/5): - To my Navy family, there is a 14 minutes drive to Naval Station. You are better off choosing another property. This property is dirty and poorly managed. Rooms don't get service (at least for the 3 nights we were there).Dirty carpet in the hallways as you walk out of the elevator, we were on the 3rd floor.Trash piled up by the trash cans next to the elevator as guests were taking out their own trash outside of the room and the smell was gross. We had to take our own trash out during the whole stay as well. Cigarette butt was next to our room door for the whole time we were there. They shorten the breakfast time in the middle of our stay without notice, and their breakfast area becomes a mess and things ran out during breakfast time without having someone to keep it clean and/or refilling it. Cant believe this is associated with Hilton properties. On top of all of these the manager is condescending with no customer satisfaction skills. The only positive point is the location with respect to shoping and restaurants. In all fairness, the hotel staff and front desk people I had interaction with were nice. I have pictures to proof everything I said but there is no button to upload them.

Staff is very helpful. the best part is the view of Mother Armenia statue, mount Ararat and entire city view from room window. Super delicious breakfast. You can find a nearby Indian restaurant ( Flavor of India) which is very reasonable and provide very tasty food. Its 4 to 5 Km away from Republic Square but you can easily get the Buses and Cabs. Otherwise all good

• Antonio (4/5): - Was second time we been there, first time we got a family room, the service was OK, reception guy was fantastic that's why we went back second time unfortunately he wasn't there anymore, First day I was confronted by a cleaner. She thought I wasn't from the hotel and her approach was very rude, she shouldn't be working there. But I understand is a wife of a comanager or worker from reception, very unprofessional in that way... Always cold water in the shower even after complaining seems they turn hot water off. Breakfast buffet was very poor, raw boiled eggs they cudnt even do that properly they just don't care at all. That hotel went to worse in the last 6 months
