chris (6/5): Zweckmäßig - Leider gab es im East cool gebuchten Hotel probleme und wir mussten in einem anderen Hotel übernachten. Das Hotel ist sauber, zweckmäßig, das personal freundlich. Hervorzuheben ist günstige Lage.
Adrien (2/5): Very bad experience - BE CAREFUL! when you book a room at East'n'cool, you may be overbooked and have no room and any other room in this hostel, despite the room was paid in advance. Like us, you can wait more than an hour at the reception of another establishment where the reception is held! All that to be relocated in a hotel of less good quality. Then, you could suffer a water damage that will not be repaired despite your alert. You could also experience the very noisy air conditioning unit. And the room not cleaned! And with all that, you will not have any excuse, no consideration. Nobody will take responsibility. A real shame! Don't go to East'n'cool and Qpera hostel if you want to have a good time in ISTANBUL !
Lara (4/5): Ahmet is amazing. Convenient location. Rest is bad - Ahmet is a very warm and welcoming person. He was very helpful. The location is convnient (just a couple minutes walk from Taksim Square) The room was very small, cleanliness was just OK, could be better. The sheets had small stains on them and the furniture was really old and stained. The AC was broken or something so we had to keep the windows open (might get a bit noisy sometimes). We stayed 6 days and only received housekeeping once (the day before we left). They didn't even change the sheets though! Overall staff is great but property could be better.Please provide more regular cleaning as this is a hotel and not a vacation rental.
