The staff, especially the receptionist, was very very nice and helpful throughout the stay. The rooms are cozy and comfortable, perfect if you plan to spend most of your time exploring outside. The cleaning can definitely be improved. The cleaning staff entered the room even after I asked them to wait because I was changing clothes. They also asked for money, which felt uncomfortable.

The staff spoke English very well and were extremely kind, helpful, and always available for any request or necessity. I will definitely know where to stay again on my next trip to Istanbul.

Отель чистый, удобный, по локацию вообще великолепный, чуть чуть пойдешь ты уже рядом с галатской башней, чуть чуть и ты в таксиме, и в султанахмете. Персонал самые лучшие, со всем поможет, и с багажом, и с вопросом. Не думая рекомендую всем близким которые едут в Стамбул

Поруч жвавий район із безліччю закладів харчування, магазинів, недалеко порт і набережна. Персонал дуже привітний і завжди готовий допомогти: без проблем надали ковдру та праску. У готелі тихо, ліжка зручні. Щодня поповнюють запаси води, є кава та чай. Ми залишились повністю задоволені проживанням. Дякуємо за комфорт і якісний сервіс!😊

En el barrio también había de todo y el metro literalmente a dos pasos. Lo único a destacar es que el alojamiento es tipo un hostal, no tiene cafetería ni restaurante donde tomar algo rápido. Pero si en tu viaje planeas estar todo el día fuera, no es ningún inconveniente.

Εύκολη πρόσβαση σε κρουαζιέρες στο Βόσπορο και τα πριγκηπονήσια. Στην Ιστικλάλ και στην πλατεία Ταξίμ. Μπορείς να κινηθείς και με τα πόδια και με τη συγκοινωνία. Επίσης μπορείς πολύ εύκολα να βρεθείς στην περιοχή Σουλταναχμέτ και να δεις Αγία Σοφιά Μπλε Τζαμί και Τοπ Καπί. Το μονο που δε μου άρεσε ήταν το μικρό κρεβάτι αλλά δεν μπορώ να πω ότι ήταν απαράδεκτο.......απλώς δεν ήταν τόσο άνετο......

Le signore delle pulizie non hanno pulito la nostra camera. Siamo rientrati in stanza a riposare per le 15:00 e la stanza non era ancora fatta. Abbiamo chiesto di farla dopo le 17:00 che saremmo usciti ma ci è stato detto che alle 16:00 terminavano il turno e quindi ci siamo accontentati di farci cambiare gli asciugamani e svuotare i cestini.

- Tijs (9/5): Super hotel, fijn personeel, geweldige locatie! - Perfecte locatie in de Galata wijk, super centraal en naast het metro-station. Het personeel is onwijs vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ietwat irritant dat je bij elk vertrek je sleutel weer aan de receptionist af geeft, zodat zij weten of je er wel of niet bent.

- Elvira (8/5): Perfekt für Kurztrip in Istanbul - Sehr tolle und praktische Lage an der Sishane Metro Station. Viele Restaurants, Cafés und einige Bars im direkten Umkreis des Hotels. Innerhalb 3 min ist man auf der Istiklal caddesi am Eingang von der Tünel Bahn Richtung Karaköy. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Angestellte. Man gibt beim Verlassen des Hotels seinen Zimmerschlüssel ab und erhält ihn bei der Rückkehr- Rezeption ist 24/7 besetzt. Das Abgeben des Schlüssels hat uns nicht gestört. Zimmer waren sehr sauber und das Bad schön neu renoviert. Wir haben auch ein Babybett erhalten. Die Betten waren bequem. In der Nähe gibt es kleine Bäckereien oder einen Supermarkt für das nötigste. Wir sind mit zwei kleinen Kindern gereist. Es gibt definitiv noch Potential zur Verbesserung aber für einen kurzen Aufenthalt mit der Lage ist es super. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Die Wände sind etwas dünn weshalb man die Wasserleitung oder Klospülung hört aber nach 2-3 Tagen hat man sich gewöhnt und es fällt nicht weiter auf. Alles in einem war es ein positiver Aufenthalt für uns. Wie von der Vorgängern beschrieben sind die Wände etwas dünn und man hört die Leute auf dem Flur. (Noch im Rahmen - liegt eher an dem Alter des Gebäudes). Es könnten ein paar mehr Steckdosen im Zimmer verfügbar sein und im Badezimmer 1-2 Haken für die Handtücher.

Besides these, the hotel manager was so kind and super helpful. My friend needed an emergency assistance, and the manager was ready to help without any hesitation. He helped us sort out any issues we had.

- Nourddine (10/5): - Ik heb een heel prettig verblijf gehad in dit hotel. Wat mij vooral opviel, was de uitstekende hygiëne: de kamers en gemeenschappelijke ruimtes waren altijd schoon en goed onderhouden. Daarnaast waren de medewerkers bijzonder vriendelijk en behulpzaam, wat echt bijdroeg aan een fijne sfeer. Ook de ligging van het hotel is ideaal. Het ligt dichtbij alles wat je nodig hebt, zoals winkels, restaurants en bezienswaardigheden. Dit maakte het verblijf extra comfortabel en praktisch. Al met al een aanrader voor iedereen die op zoek is naar een schoon, gastvrij en goed gelegen hotel. Eigenlijk niets. Alles was goed geregeld en voldeed aan mijn verwachtingen. Ik heb geen minpunten ervaren tijdens mijn verblijf.

- Patimat (10/5): Мы жили здесь 2 дня и у нас остались только положительные эмоции, отличное качество за низкую цену👍🏻 - Отличный отель со всеми удобствами за свою цену, удачное расположение (в шаговой доступности метро, галатская башня), приветливые сотрудники на ресепшене, которые говорят по-английски и по-русски. Нам дали номер побольше, вид из окна во двор, но нам было не принципиально, мы приходили только поспать. В отеле также можно взять зонты, на случай если погода испортится, в другом такого не было и пришлось под дождем бегать искать где купить зонтик. Оплачивать лучше в валюте, которая указана здесь на сайте, чтобы без заморочек с переводами. В целом остались очень довольны и вернулись бы сюда при следующей поездке. Спасибо большое!

- Ionașcu (9/5): - Staying at Perazre was an excellent choice! The location is a 10/10 — you're practically in the heart of the city, steps away from Taksim and Galata Tower. The staff were truly wonderful, always warm and ready to help. Yes, it gets a little noisy at night, but that's the price you pay for being right in the middle of all the action — and it's absolutely worth it. Would recommend to anyone who wants to be close to everything!

En recepción se preocupaban por cómo iba nuestra estancia. Al realizar el check out, nos permitieron dejar las maletas en recepción, ya que nuestro vuelo era tarde. The bathroom unfortunately smelled terrible of mildew/mold so we had to keep the door closed at all times. No top sheet or duvet cover so the bed didn't feel super sanitary.

But the place has the basics you need for a couple of days and no cleanliness issues, which surprised me for the price and the location. - Paul Alexe (10/5): Recomand - Raport bun preț-calitate. O locație primitoare, curată, căldură în cameră, apă caldă 24/24. Pensiunea foarte aproape de Turnul Galata, de toate celelalte zone de atracție din zona Taksim și de stația de metrou Șișhane. Personal amabil, ne-a ajutat cu sfaturi bune. Camera single foarte spațioasă, camera triple OK.

- Anna (10/5): Отлично - Отличное расположение в сердце Истикляль, в двух минутах ходьбы есть очень красивое кафе-библиотека, с другой стороны (3 минуты пешком) автобусная остановка. Отель очень чистый и уютный, мне понравился черный душ:) есть телевизор, чайник, мини бар (за отдельную плату) так же в номере есть табличка с помощью скана кода можно заказать в номер что угодно - удобно, я проголодалась в 12 ночи и через 40 минут мне привезли донер:))) Мужчина на рецепшене очень приятный и вежливый Все хорошо

The room was always spotlessly clean and was thoroughly cleaned every single day. The entire hotel maintained an excellent standard of cleanliness throughout my stay. The location is fantastic – just a short walk from the metro and tram stops, which made getting around the city incredibly convenient. The famous Galata Tower is also within easy walking distance, along with many other attractions. What truly stood out was the staff. The team was friendly, helpful, and available 24/7, both day and night. They were always ready to assist with any questions or requests I had. I sincerely recommend this hotel to all travelers looking for a comfortable, well-located, and well-maintained place to stay in Istanbul. The only minor issue was that the internet sometimes cut out, but it wasn’t a big problem for me because I was often out exploring the city and not in the room.
