- Ingrid (2/5): Sauber, aber wenig ausgsetattet und KALT - There was NO watercooker, microwave, or fridge nor a common kitchen as listed in the room description. AND: No extra bedding or blankets were provided even though the apartment was extremely cold as there was a heating problem. After complaining we got 2 more thin blankets for the second night.
- Roberto (6/5): Ren lägenhetsrum men för många fel. - Incheckning görs på ett ställe vid stationen men lägenheten ligger på ca 20 min gångavstånd, inte praktiskt, det finns inte bussar i närheten som tar till stationen. Detta är en obemannad lägenhet, som ligger vid en mycket trafikerad rundell. Från början fick vi inte täcke, då gick vi hela vägen för att be om dem. Marta som var på kontoret var mycket hjälpsam. Vi fick en gratis parkering på inre gården det var värt. Ingen värme sättes före den fjärde dagen av vistelse. Det fanns inga klädhängare i den stora garderoben. Vi fick hänga kläder på olik sätt. Det enda positiva är priset och bra skick på lägenhet.
- Virginie (2/5): Hôtel à éviter à tout prix - Matelas posé sur des palettes, pas de sommier. pas d'eau chaude, douche avec eau glacée. clés à aller chercher à plus de 6 km sans être indiqué sur la réservation et confirmation de paiement. lors de la prise des clés, la personne a voulu me faire payer une deuxième fois la chambre. mur en carton, on entend tout à côté Je ne conseille pas cet hôtel qui n'en eest pas un mais une location de chambre d'un particulier. - Verified traveler (2/5): Desastre total - Lo primero es que cuando llegamos al lugar donde nos darian las llaves pues nos dijeron que nuestra habitacion tenia problema yno llevaron a otro lugar que no fue el elegi muy malo esto
- Yana (8/5): - Ключи от номера забрали в офисе у вокзала, от него 15 минут пешком до отеля. Туалет и душ оказались не в номере, а в коридоре, хотя и наши личные. В комнате было довольно холодно, 2 одеяла пригодились. На кухне не было полотенца и средства для мытья посуды. В целом, мебель новая, все чисто и симпатично. До центра старого города около 40 минут пешком, в горку)

- Urszula (8/5): Bergamo - Pobyt typowo nastawiony na zwiedzanie. Pobyt w hotelu tylko w godzinach nocnych. Fajna baza wypadowa do zwiedzania okolicy. Blisko supermarket i dworzec kolejowy.
- SERGIO (10/5): Camera pulita, spaziosa, ottima posizione. - Camera pulita spaziosa, posizione vicina al centro e alla stazione. La Camera con bagno privato, come la nostra, ha il bagno sul corridoio cioè esterno che è pulitissimo con doccia,però sul piano ci sono solo 3 matrimoniali di cui 2 con bagno in comune. La colazione si effettua in una cucina comune. Consigliato.
- Anna (8/5): zwiedzanie - Hotel położony 20 min. drogi od stacji PKP i autobusu na lotnisko. Jest to samodzielne - 3 pokoje mieszkanie w kamienicy. Klucze odbiera się przy stacji PKP i zatrzaskuje w mieszkaniu. Blisko dobrze zaopatrzony market. Kuchnia w pełni wyposażona. Śniadania z gotowych produktów (sucharki, musli, pudding, sok). Zakwaterowanie od 14, ale pokój o 15 jeszcze nie był gotowy.
- Cecilia (10/5): - Hade nog inte läst så noga när jag bokade så jag visste inte att man skulle hämta nyckeln på ett ställe och sedan gå en 15-20 minuters promenad för att komma dit vi skulle bo :O. Boendet var jätte fräscht, rent och nytt. Frukosten var inte så kul kakor, konserverade croissanter, cornflakes, cornflakes med chokladsmak, vitt bröd och chokladpudding.Bor gärna där igen med tanke på priset och renligheten men äter min frukost på stan :)
- Pawel (10/5): nocleg w bergamo - Hotel w kamienicy w postaci 3 osobnych pokoi i jednej wspólnej łazienki. Bardzo czysto i schludnie. Byliśmy we 2 na jedną noc. Śniadanie na rano przygotowane stało na stole. Odbiór kluczy w CityHub (małe biuro w okolicy dworca autobusowego) bez problemu - dotaliśmy wyczerpujące informacje dotyczące pobytu oraz mapkę z zaznaczonym hotelem. Na piechotę od dworca 15-20 minut (cały czas prosto). 10 minut na piechotę od pokoju jest sklep carrefour oraz restauracje gdzie można zjeść oraz zaopatrzyć się w jedzenie. Okolica w porządku nawet po zmroku około 21.00 czulismy się bezpiecznie idąc z walizkami.

- Verified traveler (4/5): Avoid in the summer, and if you need internet - The good: - nice staff - nice house The bad: - WiFI was complete useless, ie extremely slow. I ended up having to use my mobile as hotspot - when you book, there is very little information given: eg where the reception is, no email, etc - the room is one out of 3 in an apartment, which is 15 minutes walks from the reception - no public service (eg bus) in the evening, and the road from reception to the house is full of drug dealers (on first night I was stopped twice, on the second there was the police arresting some people, etc) - no air condition in the room. Can´t stand 31 degrees celsius and leave the window open in the night? good luck in your attempt at sleeping, as the road is heavily trafficked (ie, a lot, a lot of noise).

Bello l'appartamento è le camere.ho solo un paio di suggerimenti; specificare nel sito che il bagno non è in camera e la doppia chiave farebbe comodo, in quanto si deve lasciare l'altra persona in camera con la porta aperta o chiudendola dentro. cartelli sulla porta del palazzo. Non si capisce quale dei portoncini, si ok è scritto sul foglietto dato dalla reception,ma un etichetta. I parcheggi non sono segnalati per nulla. Se non fosse stato per un commerciante avremmo parcheggiato al posto di un altro creando disagio. Si può usare la lavatrice e asciugatRice,ma non c'è detersivo. Ricordarsi il bagnoschiuma. Per il resto la colazione è ottima il prezzo anche. A due passi dal centro e dai negozi. 15 min da funicolare. Consiglio.

- KEMPF (10/5): Petit séjour à Bergamo - Séjour de deux jours à Bergamo, dans un appartement très moderne, avec tout confort (excepté le conditionnement d'air). Très facile d'accès depuis la gare de Bergamo (moins de 10 min à pied). Le personnel du CityHub offre un service excellent, toujours prêt à répondre à toutes vos demandes de renseignements.
- Julia (6/5): Correcto pero SIN AIRE ACONDICIONADO. Mucha calor - El alojamiento era correcto, pero el baño aunque privado estaba fuera de la habitación y es incomodo salir por el resto de estancias para la ducha, baño, etc.. Falta AIRE ACONDICIONADO y en julio hacía muchísima calor en la habitación, sólo ventilador que resultaba insuficiente para poder dormir. Deberían plantearse mejorar estos dos aspectos, para mi muy importantes.
