The rooms were a bit on the small side but beautiful and still spacious enough to move around. Definitely go for the double bed room if you need a rollaway. Because those are not the most comfortable. Hotel gets 5 stars from me!

- Kimbherly (10/5): - Excellent location. Excellent room Helpful and courteous staff at check in and check out. Breakfast needs improvement. There was only oatmeal as a hot option. Other than that, there were bagels, assorted rolls, and cold cereals. Please offer hot options like eggs, bacon or sausage, potatoes, and--very important--fresh fruit. There was no fresh fruit at all. Other hotels like La Quinta, Holiday Inn Express, Days Inn, Fairfield, and others, offer hot breakfast options and fresh fruit. Put some apples, oranges, and bananas out for guests, please. The pool looked beautiful, although I did not use it. Great convenience store with gas station just next door. Room was excellent. Very secure and safe. Only thing is because it's a casino is that the2 front lobby is horribly stinky from cigarette smoke. It was nauseating and overpowering. Please look into an upgraded air filtering and cleaning system. The hotel itself is wonderful. No smoking allowed in hotel room section. But, walking through the stinky lobby is a definite negative.

- Susan (4/5): - We have stayed close to 20 nights there over the past 2 years with our daughter at NOC. Up until this time the prices had been very competitive and facility was clean. This time you did make a change in dates due to a health issue of my husband and I flew instead of driving- which I appreciate. However it was close to $700 for 2 nights. Room felt dirty- like I needed to wear shoes in the room. Did not receive any cleaning of room and had to ask for additional towels. For that price I should have received cleaning. Disappointed in the overall stay as it was not what I am used to in the past- she graduated Saturday so not a good way to end our time in the area.

The second night was like someone was smoking in the hotel. The coffee at the breakfast area was awful, the orange juice tasted strange and the choices weren’t great from breakfast items.

- Jessica (10/5): Loved it! - It was great! I was nervous when I walked in because at check out you can smell the smoke from the casino patrons but as soon as you turn to go to the elevators it disappears. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely go back!

But, It is a casino and I sort of expected that, especially since there was an ashtray at nearly every slot machine. We didn't go there to play, just to use the hotel as a stop over while traveling from Texas to Iowa. The place was clean, nice bar and the hot tub was one of the best hotel hot tubs we have ever used!

I have business in Ponca City 2- 3 times a year, and i have recommended to others and they have stayed there. Best place to stay in Ponca City.

Would be more comfortable if they were queen beds but we made it work. Limited dining options. Free breakfast not great. Casino was not friendly.

There should be doors with a vestibule into hotel and separate ventilation system or something. Probably won’t stay again due to smoke smell. Room and breakfast were nice.

The price was fantastic, as was the food. We opted to stay in our room for dinner and a movie. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

- Cathy (4/5): - The hotel and property was fine. Front desk staff were not helpful or accommodating and not at all considerate of the customer client. When mentioned I use the Expedia hotel app be response was we don't deal with any of that just show your ID I put the reservation in my sister's name and my sister was 2 hours out of state so we were sitting there waiting because we paid for the room and we're going to show our ID to check the room and get it ready and put in a gift basket or welcome basket and the reservation clerk hotel clerk was not helpful at all refused and just said I cannot help you you have to wait for your relative to get here to show her ID even though we were the ones who had made the reservation for her and paid for everything. When my sister got there they didn't have the room ready they said they didn't have a key which was very ridiculous seeing as how the keys are all digital cards and told her to come back in the room was not ready so I don't know what that nonsense was about it was absolutely horrible after her long travel of 2 to 3-hour trip to get there. upon going into town to wait and go to the store she said they finally called her and then when she got there they wouldn't give her the key until she gave them $50 when I made the reservation online I assumed I had covered all charges it was the most ridiculous and horrible hotel experience for my sister she had just got out of the hospital that day and traveled 3 hours to come perform my daughter's weddin

- Sara (4/5): - I had a double “queen” room. Those beds were full size at best and hard as rocks. It would’ve been more comfortable on the floor. The place reeks of smoke even though there are no smoking signs all over. If you want cup of orange juice and a bagel or chocolate muffin for breakfast, this place is for you. The pool is 3 ft deep and full of bugs. No one could be found to take our order in the restaurant. So we finally left. I was really disappointed with our stay.

- Jennifer (10/5): Beautiful stay in Oklahoma. - Took a weekend with my best friend at Osage Casino and we were not disappointed. From check-in to check-out, everyone was so welcoming. Our room was spacious and clean. Staff dropped in on us while we were by the pool to see if they could get us anything and were friendly and warm. We had dinner in the bar and it was delicious. Our breakfast was hot and a good selection. The coffee was always fresh. Our beds were firm and we had full-sized pillows, not the weird little squares so many other places have. The only downside to our adventure was the water pressure in the shower. It was lacking. You can’t win them all! We will definitely be back. Osage Casino was a jewel.

Worst experience of my life - Poop on bathroom wall boogers on floor smelled of illegal substances Asked me to leave my dirty room so they could clean it up and at that point the cleanliness integrity of the room was compromised. Nothing else was done or said not even an apology. The phone didn’t work and the light bulbs were all burnt out. Had lots of black paint handprints on furniture.

Osage was better than hotels I've stayed in while visiting Vegas - you absolutely cannot beat the value. Everything from check in to check out way beyond perfect. The room was huge and so incredibly clean. Everything you could need and honestly, I didn't want to leave. Not to mention, an amazing free breakfast downstairs for hotel guests. I was so impressed with this stay...I wish I could give it more stars!

- Rex (10/5): Bizarre front desk employee. - This is a brief summary of a long story. When checking in the male employee (Giavonni?) told my wife that although we had reservations, there were no rooms available and that he was not going to check us in. She tried to engage him for discussion and he said the reservation was in my name and he would not speak to her. I was standing about 10 feet away loading our luggage on a cart and he knew we were together! I then approached the desk and he bruskley asked for my ID and credit card and without any other discussion he handed me cards to a room. More to the story but the employee acted as if he had a mental affliction and was very rude.
