• Wout (9/5): Fijn hotel - Fijn hotel en goed personeel. Personeel helpt je goed op weg. Goede ontbijtbox voor als je eerder weg moet dan dat het ontbijt er is. En baliemedewerkers denken mee als er iets nodig is. Kamer raam kon open maar dan kan er geen gordijn voor, dus dan geen privacy.

The rooms were clean, comfortable and so beautiful. The breakfast was ever good and delicious. The staff! The staff were so kind, friendly and accommodating. I would send everyone I know here when they go visit Cusco. We will be back.
• Angel (10/5): Amazing treat for our last night in Cusco - The bed was the comfiest bed we have had in our whole stay. The rooms are amazing and the property itself is super cute and easy to navigate. The staff were super helpful - they helped us with a late washing load and with a packed breakfast in the morning given that we had to leave early to the airport. Would definitely recommend this property if someone is looking for a treat. The booking web shows massages for couples but we were informed they weren't available and were only individual after having booked.

The staff went above and beyond, giving us bagged breakfast every morning before our 6 am trips. Location is only an 8-minute walk from the City Center. The best restaurants of Cusco are located nearby; please visit Pachapa (Peruv/Jap), Kion(Peruv/Chinese), and Limo (Peruv/fusion). Also, ask for a room away from the street. The rooms do not have AC, so if you tend to get hot, you'll have the window open, and it's typically loud from the booming neighborhood activity. Laundry is right across the street for 2 soles/kg - cheap! Breakfast every morning had fresh fruit and juices, unlimited espresso drinks, and request eggs your way.

• the7thletter (10/5): 5-STARS - Absolutely recommend - I had an amazing stay at Quinta San Blas in Cusco, truly a hidden gem! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly warm, friendly, and attentive. They really go above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable. One thing I loved was the unlimited access to drinking water, coffee, and a variety of teas—including natural coca leaves and muña (Andean mint). The dining area has an open square that’s perfect for writing or getting work done, and the WiFi was strong throughout. Breakfast was included in my stay and it was beautiful every morning a buffet with fresh breads, fruits, grains, and made-to-order eggs. My omelets were consistently delicious and presented so well! I was out exploring most days, and the front desk made everything seamless. They arranged transportation for me at VERY affordable prices…I booked a trip to the Sacred Valley through them, and it was absolutely worth it. They also offer laundry service and deliver it right to your room. It is a bit of a premium (I paid about $38 USD for a week’s worth of clothes), but honestly, it was worth every dollar for the time I saved. What really stood out was how thoughtful they were with my schedule. Every evening, the front desk would check in about breakfast for the next day. On early tour days, they had a boxed breakfast ready for me, which came in clutch! It included juice, water, fruit, a sandwich, and a treat—perfect for long, energy-draining hikes. I even shared some with others on my tours. My room was fantastic…spacious, a very comfortable bed, and consistently hot water with great pressure (which you will appreciate in Cusco!). They also provide an extra warm blanket, which I definitely needed since it’s much colder than Lima. The rooms don’t have a TV, but I didn’t miss it. I was able to stream Netflix on my laptop without any issues, so the WiFi is definitely sufficient if you want to watch a movie on your computer. Location note: the hotel is in San Blas, which sits higher up on the hill, so if you’re not a fan of uphill walking, just be aware. That said, San Blas is full of working artists and is honestly one of the most charming parts of Cusco. The main square is only about a 5-minute walk downhill, so you’re still close to everything you need. There’s also an ATM right on the same block.

Mas o que realmente tornou a experiência ainda mais especial foi o atendimento excepcional da Rubi. Sempre muito atenciosa, gentil e disposta a ajudar, ela fez com que nos sentíssemos extremamente bem recebidos durante toda a estadia. Sem dúvida, seu cuidado e simpatia tornaram nossa viagem ainda mais inesquecível. Recomendamos muito este hotel e, quando voltarmos a Cusco, certamente ficaremos aqui novamente. • Muralsbysarah (10/5): Charming, well located hotel close to some great restaurants - Quinta San Blas is 2 minutes walk from San Blas Square which is full of great restaurants. It is about a 6 minute walk to the main square downhill. So very close to everything you need. It's a very arty area lots of galleries and a craft market at the weekend. The hotel itself is charming, rooms centered around a central open courtyard, very pretty. The rooms are large, the bed comfy and everything you need is there. The breakfast room is small and there isn't a massive choice. But everything is fresh and delicious. Reception is 24 hour and the staff could not be more helpful. There is also a laundry across the street, who will wash, dry and deliver your clothes in 4 hours. Honestly, nothing not to like.

• Nahia (8/5): Hotel bonito en el barrio de San Blas - El sitio es muy mono. La habitación es amplia. Está a unos minutos a pie de la plaza de armas. Hay té de coca y de muña casi todo el día. El desayuno, sin ser una maravilla, es correcto. Hay tiendas y restaurantes ricos en los alrededores. La limpieza podría haber sido mejor. Vimos pelos en varios sitios de la habitación (cama, ducha…) Para llegar al hotel de la plaza de armas hay que subir la famosa cuesta de San Blas, aunque son 2 minutos.

They offer coca tea anytime. The breakfast is nice with eggs made to order. The view from the top room 32 is great. Such a relaxing hotel to stay in. Just beware of altitude sickness & take it easy until your body adjusts! The rooms aren’t sound proof but that didn’t bother us.

• Vinicius (8/5): Hotel gostoso - Café da manhã gostoso e atendimento muito bom. O hotel ficou com nossas malas por 6 dias enquanto estávamos fazendo a trilha. Apesar de ficar próximo da plaza de armas, o hotel fica em uma área alta e em uma rua que o acesso de carro é muito difícil por ser pista simples e mão dupla. Então tivemos que andar mais porque tanto táxis quanto as vans das tour não acessavam a rua.

We came in late in the day and he ensured we knew where to go to get dinner before restaurants closed. They also held our bags in storage while we did the 5 days trekking to Machu Picchu.

• Shashi_here (10/5): Beautiful and clean hotel at a great location with great staff - Me and my friend stayed at this beautiful and clean hotel.. Their services were impeccable and hotel is at a great location, walking distance to market, pubs, restaurents, cafes and other attraction.. We enjoyed breakfast everyday, their was variety of healthy options available for vegetrain and non vegeterian.. Staff was very friedly and accomodating.. Cliff and Rubi at reception were very helpful in providing local history and attraction details.. and Erlis was very diligent and took care of all the guests during breakfast.. I would definitely stay at this hotel again when i visit Peru next time..

• PlymouthPete19 (10/5): Characterful, well located hotel with great breakfasts. - We stopped here for a few nights, in two separate stays, before and after visiting Machu Picchu. The hotel is very well located on a narrow street close to bars, restaurants, laundries and shops. It is full of character with a nice courtyard, well finished rooms with a separate toilet and shower and a small safe but the walls were very thin. Filtered water was available in the room with more available the communal area. Staff at check-in, breakfast and throughout our stays, were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was great with superb fruits, plenty of different white and brown breads, eggs cooked to order, meats, cheeses, salad, spreads, cheese, cakes, a choice of coffees and more! This is an excellent choice for a stay in Cusco.

• r0x2021 (10/5): Recent Experience - I love this precious boutique hotel. You can tell that a lot of love and care is part of their DNA. The rooms are great - we were three friends in one room, and the beds and bedding are incredibly comfortable. It's in a perfect location with cute stores, and the breakfast is delicious. I want to congratulate the whole staff, the reception folks, the kitchen, and everyone who made our experience such a positive one. I highly recommend it!

• Thomas (1/5): Misleading star rating – disappointing stay - Nothing We booked accommodation with breakfast. Unfortunately, breakfast at 6:00 a.m. is not available – something that is usually expected in this region, as many guests leave for trekking tours at 7:00 a.m. Nearby hotels offer this without any issues. The property is advertised as a four-star hotel but does not live up to this standard. The rooms are much smaller than the advertised 25 m², the furniture and flooring are old and heavily worn, and the heating runs constantly without the option to adjust it. Most problematic: the room only has a window facing the corridor, which means no fresh air and no privacy. Common areas like the restaurant are also unappealing. Overall, the hotel feels more like a basic two-star property rather than the four stars it claims.

• Claudia (9/5): Historic house takes you back in time - It’s a very beautiful period house, beautifully renovated. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was really good, with eggs cooked the way you want, amazing selection of fruit, great coffee. Great location, a bit outside the hustle-bustle, but still close. There could be a window in the rom, but that’s to do with the colonial architecture and the central courtyard.
• Gina (9/5): Hermosa Casa colonial. - Una Casa colonial remodelada muy hermosa, nuestra habitación amplia, personal atento, incluso nos dieron cajita de desayuno los dias que el salíamos muy temprano y no alcanzábamos a desayunar. Muy bien localizada Queda en una calle muy pequeña de acceso un poco difícil especialmente al llegar o salir con maletas.
