Timour (5/5): Decent inexpensive motel close to highway - Location: close to highway, restaurants nearby. No human disturbances, e.g., loud voices. Free parking in front of the room. Many drawers in the dresser. Microwave and fridge in the room. Laminate floor looked and felt like it was not clean. Car noises around the clock. The room looked smaller than I expected based on Booking.com info. No wardrobe in the room. Little room for putting toilet stuff around the sink.

Après, on se demandait si on n'allait pas avoir de la visite en notre absence... Faible insonorisation, mais clientèle respectueuse.

ANTONIO (9/5): Bon rapport qualité prix - Les chambres sont spacieuses, lits confortables, salle de bain rénové, grand parking. Proche de tous les commerces et restaurants. Un peut à l’écart de la ville mais proche de l’autoroute
Steeve (2/5): Mauvais état de la chambre supérieure - L'emplacement J'avais loué la chambre supérieure avec bain à remous. Malheureusement lorsque nous avons essayé le bain à remous, leau qui en sortait était très sale (couleur rouille), alors on ne sen ai pas servi et avont payé pour rien pour se service 😡 De plus, le lit de cette chambre n'était vraiment pas confortable, nous navons vraiment pas bien dormi et nous sommes réveillé avec un mal de dos 😔 Finalement, on avait avisé le préposé a l'accueil pour le bain tourbillon et lui avait demandé au moins un remboursement pour la différence de prix entre cette chambre et une chambre standard. Il nous avait dit que quelqu'un allait me rappeler là-dessus ; et je n'ai reçu aucun appel de leur part, ni remboursement 😡

Frances (2/5): Évitez cet endroit! - C'est l'endroit idéal pour passer une nuit blanche. Comme il y a des logements au-dessus des chambres, qu'on y fait des partys jusqu'aux petites heures du matin et qu'on nous marche sur la tête comme en plein jour, il est préférable de dormir dans sa voiture que de payer pour une nuit d'enfer à cet endroit. On ne se fera pas prendre deux fois.

De même pour les autres membres du personnel en soirée et le lendemain matin; sans oubier la gentillesse des gens èa l'enntretien. Un peu loin des endroits oèu j'ai l'habitude de me rendre en marchant.

Mélanie (8/5): L'hôtel Citadelle offre un bon rapport qualité prix, mais la femme de chambre est négligente. - Charmant hôtel, bien équipé (réfrigérateur, micro-ondes). J'ai apprécié le café gratuit le matin, les dépliants touristiques, la glace. La femme de chambre a laissé ma porte de chambre un peu ouverte après son ménage: je n'ai pas eu besoin de ma clé pour entrer le 2e soir. C'est risqué pour le vol car j'avais laissé ma valise et un sac dans ma chambre. Il faudrait faire réparer la porte de la chambre numéro 14 car elle ne se ferme pas toute seule, il faut l'enclencher à la main pour la fermer complètement. Aussi ma porte de chambre était difficile à ouvrir (10 secondes de délai après avoir mis la carte). Enfin, dans la chambre de bain, la lumière fonctionne mal: parfois elle ne s'allume pas (lumière à changer SVP).
