Verified traveler (6/5): convenience for the Workd Cup - Hotel is located in an isolated street . difficult to find even for the locals . I attended the FIFA World Cup in Kazan and it was one of the few available options . Staff is courteous and room is comfortable
Jenni (8/5): Schönes kleines Hotel im tatarischen Teil Kazans - Das Hotel ist etwa 5 Minuten von der Bushaltestelle entfernt. Mit dem Bus ist man in etwa 5 Minuten in der Stadt. Das Hotel ist gemütlich und sauber. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend und es gab sogar ein kleines Willkommensgeschenk. Lediglich das die Handtücher erst am letzten Tag gewechselt wurden, war etwas störend. Die Zimmer wurden allerdings täglich gereinigt. Das Hotelpersonal war sehr zuvorkommend, stets freundlich und hatte immer ein Lächeln auf den Lippen. Ich kann dieses Minihotel nur empfehlen.

Rustam (8/5): Нормальный отель - Вполне приличная гостиница. Без претензий, но и придраться не к чему. За исключением местоположения: 7-10 минут пешком до ближайшей остановки и 15-20 минут пешком до "цивилизации".
Yuliya (10/5): Спасибо за теплоту! - Останавливались на одну ночь, чтобы с утра проехать по городу с заездом в Кул-Шариф и дальше в Екатеринбург. В гостиницу приехали в 19-00 очень уставшие с дороги. Гостиница приятно удивила доброжелательным персоналом, чистотой и тишиной. Администраторы приняли живое участие в нашем обустройстве- напоили чаем, разместили наши продукты в холодильнике(в номере нет чайника и холодильника), утром так же любезно объяснили,как и куда добраться, без машины, что бы не терять время в пробке, а потом вернуться и по короткой дороге выехать снова на М5. На протяжении всего путешествия из Москвы в Екатеринбург это самая хорошая гостиница, замечательные администраторы!. А главное, что мы( две девушки) чувствовали себя в безопасности!))
