The negative = breakfast just boxes and bags of dull things, very short on protein. Couldn't locate the advertized swimming pool--no signs, no information in the room. We also appreciated being called about a personal item that was left behind in our room so that we could pick it up. Housekeeping skipped cleaning our room a couple days and did not provide clean towels on those days. The pool closed at 8pm, which was too early for a California evening.

Comfortable beds, large room, large hallways. Breakfast offered some choices, could have offered healthy options. Would have liked filtered water instead of tap water to drink.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Recommend for staying in Hanford - For the price, and the fact that they allow pets, this is our first pick for our Hanford stays to visit family. We noticed every time we go there’s usually groups for youth sports staying there, it’s never bothered us but if we were going for a relaxing day by the pool we would probably choose somewhere else because obviously all the kids and families are usually at the pool. For us, it’s always just fine. The best part is that the beds are overly comfortable, like shockingly comfortable at this price point. We’ve stayed at luxury resorts in other countries that could take notes on bed comfort from this hotel! The front desk staff is always super nice, we don’t usually need much but they have the nicest people working there.

• hibikihoneyh (2/5): Review for Angelica Gonzalez Garcia, General Manager at Home2 Suites by Hilton - Review for Angelica Gonzalez Garcia, General Manager at Home2 Suites by Hilton I recently had a deeply disappointing experience with Angelica Gonzalez Garcia, the General Manager at this location. Unfortunately, her demeanor was dismissive, rude, and completely unhelpful. In a role that demands professionalism, empathy, and strong customer service skills, she fell far short of expectations. It’s concerning when someone in a management position, especially in hospitality, exhibits such poor etiquette. Guests deserve to be treated with respect and courtesy, basic principles that were clearly lacking in my interaction. Effective leadership starts with setting a good example, and it's evident that Ms. Gonzalez Garcia would benefit greatly from additional training in customer service and communication. I hope Hilton takes this feedback seriously, as such behavior does not reflect the standards many of us expect from the brand.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. There are times you can smell weed, like someone is smoking out, and it can be a turn-off. Hoping that they crack down on that.
