• Tan (7/5): A quiet place with a beautiful view. A great place to reflect and be at peace. - The view is amazing, it is a quiet place but there are restaurants in other hotels. The hotel has just a pool. It does not have any other facilities but the room is nice and big. There is no food choices available within the hotel.

It is tucked away a bit from the hustle and bustle of the Ao Nang Beach area but still well located and easy to reach by scooter or a taxi when going for dinner or exploring the area. It’s the perfect place to escape and relax enjoying the quiet, and the stunning views on the sea and the mountains. The staff were wonderful, very kind and friendly. Our room was spacious but cozy, clean, and the overall vibe was incredibly peaceful. We would definitely recommend and book there again!

The location is truly beautiful — surrounded by nature, with breathtaking views of the sea and limestone cliffs right from the balcony. It’s very peaceful and perfect for a relaxing getaway away from the busy center. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the pools were great — quiet and never overcrowded. The staff were also very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. There are a few small areas that could use some refreshing, as minor signs of wear are noticeable, and the room felt a bit humid at times. However, these are small details compared to the overall experience.

Уборка в номерах возможна каждый день. Отдельно хочется отметить потрясающий вид на море. Расположение тоже оказалось удобным: до пирса Ao Nam Mao всего около минуты на байке, и оказалось, что именно оттуда проще всего добираться на пляж Пра Нанг. Также большим плюсом стала тишина - в отличие от шумных отелей в Ао Нанге, здесь можно спокойно отдыхать)

• Cindy (9/5): Beautiful Haven with access to beautiful beaches a short walk away. - Beautiful quiet property with views to die for. Large comfortable rooms with effective air con. Breakfast is a bit of an odd affair, especially being charged for a 2nd cup of coffee, although what we had was nice enough. Not much. Wish we had known scooter hire was available through the hotel. Also checkout is slightly early and check in later than normal. It’s a little bit of a walk to the pier, around 15 mins but there are boats there to Railay Beach and Ao Nang so easy enough to get around without a scooter.

Our room was very spacious and had a sofa - perfect for admiring the view - and a 2 person dining table and chairs. There was also a sink, a kettle and a fridge. We ended up buying food from a mini mart in town and eating in our room looking at the view. We were given 4 bottles of water and 2 tea bags and 2 coffees each day. It would be nice to have 2 chairs on the veranda. We kept taking one of the dining chairs and putting it back.

• Joy (9/5): The view really is amazing! - The view from our room was amazing. We enjoyed the breakfast that was available. It is about a 15 minute walk from the hotel to get a longtail boat to Raley Island. The hotel provided a shuttle bus to Ao Nang at 6pm every evening. The receptionist, Sao, was very helpful. The hotel did not have any on site options for lunch or dinner. ( Most nights we went to Ao Nang on the shuttle bus for dinner. There are very limited options nearby to the hotel. One night we turned right at the bottom of the drive , followed the road for 5 minutes and had a nice dinner at the hotel there.

Один раз спросили у одной девушки, как добраться до Ао Нанга (ближайший городок), есть ли шатл или автобус от отеля ответ - нет, ничего нет. Спросили на следующий день у другой девушки, ответ 200 бат тук-тук (уже лучше). В последний день случайно увидели шатл от ОТЕЛЯ, оказывается все это время можно было вечером бесплатно добраться до города… Впечатление от пребывания очень испортилось. Так же нет шторки в душе и ни одного крючка для полотенец. И все говорят про шикарный вид - на Краби везде красиво, поэтому отельский вид того не стоит.

We hired mopeds to get around with the children on the back. 10 minute ride to the closest tourist town which is great for shopping, food, beach and fire shows. • Angela (10/5): Ideal place to spend time in paradise - The room had the most beautiful view of a karst formation over the ocean, and sunrise was pretty amazing. Also at night there was a flight of bats at sunset that was lovely. It is a very convenient location for visiting islands (the tours leave from a pier that is very close by). The swimming pools are beautiful and warm. The staff is super helpful and kind. I enjoed the breakfast. The soundproofing is a not fantastic. I could her people talking in the room above and to one side. But this was not a concern for m.

Un lujo Lo peor de todo, fue que la habitación olía todo el tiempo a WC; el desagüe de la ducha no tenía sistema de no retorno, y salía todo el tiempo un olor muy desagradable. Tuvimos que poner una toalla mojada, tapando el desagüe, para poder respirar. La tapa del WC, se movía, y dejaba ver todas las marcas de de orina, del uso anterior; en una semana que estuvimos, no lo limpiaron. La habitación no tenía nada de menaje de cocina; ni una pequeña cafetera, ni platos, ni cubiertos. Al ser un hotel, totalmente aislado en la montaña, y sin servicio de bar ni restaurante, nos hizo falta, para prepararnos un café o algo para picar.

I had read reviews before regarding Towels and pillow cases being worn out. They definitely need a change. KEEP IN MIND - you are in an area surrounded by nature and trees, so keep the windows shut at night or you will be inviting lot of insects. There is no cutlery in the room.

Die Lage, sehr abgelegen. das Meer direkt unterhalb (einige gehminuten) & nicht zum Hotel gehörend eignet sich nicht zum baden. kein Restaurant im Hotel oder in der Nähe & man muss sich ein Transportmittel nehmen, man kann jedoch bei einem Lieferdienst bestellen. Sauberkeit könnte man bemängeln. Aussenberreich renovierungsbedürftig.

• Syafiq (9/5): - The view was stunning. Only takeaway is the location as a bit far if you are considering aonang area. But if you wanted someting good for money and tranquility, this is the perfect place. 10 minutes scooter ride to aonang so still good.
• M.S. (10/5): - Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Raum im 6. Stock. Die Zimmer sind groß und sauber, das Bett super bequem. Die Aussicht ist fantastisch. Wir konnten problemlos und schnell einen Roller mieten (wurde vom Hotel organisiert - 300Baht pro Tag, 3500Baht Kaution, die es ohne Probleme wieder zurück gab). Das Team ist sehr freundlich und liebenswert. Die Lage war perfekt für uns, mit dem Scooter nach Ao Nang ca. 20min. Man kann von hier alle Sehenswürdigkeiten von Ao Nang und Umgebung gut mit dem Scooter erreichen (Empfehlung z.B. Tiger Cave Tempel und die 1260 Stufen des Wat Tham Suea). Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit des Teams, das uns immer schnell und aufmerksam geholfen hat bei unseren Anliegen. Herzlichen Dank an Sao und das gesamte Team. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. -
• Mohamed (10/5): Perfect uitzicht vanuit balkon, adembenemend. - De uitzicht vanuit de kamer is adembenemend. Je wordt wakker met een uitzichy over zee, bergen, natuur. De accommodatie bevindt zich ook op een ideale locatie voor wie er van rust houdt. Net buiten het bruisende leven van Ao Nang. 5min met de scooter. Weinig op aan te merken.

• Shariq (7/5): Not so bad place if you have a car! - Room size, view, beds and balcony, short 15 min drive to Ao Nang. Need to climb a very steep walkway after parking the car everyday. Basic amenities like iron box was not available, lots of mosquitoes and lizards. One staff had a poor attitude but the other lady was very good and helpful.

Personale molto gentile e solare sotto questo punto di vista non si può dire nulla. Unica pecca, la manutenzione interna delle camere. Il condizionatore è veramente rumoroso e se si ha un sonno leggero può anche disturbare. Da quando siamo arrivati la camera è stata pulita sempre in modo “superficiale” infatti c’era polvere un po’ ovunque (nonostante fosse stato segnalato non è cambiato nulla) e non parliamo di quello che c’è dietro al lavandino del bagno. Le lenzuola non ci sono mai state cambiate dal nostro arrivo, (12 gg di soggiorno) anzi erano rotte e macchiate, giornalmente venivano solo rimesse sul letto in versi diversi. Peccato per queste cose perché veramente la struttura e il personale merita veramente tanto, secondo me basterebbe solo stare attenti in queste piccole cose e meriterebbero veramente il massimo delle stelle.

• Florian (6/5): - Das Personal war freundlich und bemüht. Die Lage war ruhig mit einer schönen Aussicht. Vom Wohnraum direkt zum Pool Zugang zu haben war ebenfalls eine schöne Erfahrung. Ich hatte einige Tiere im Zimmer. Von einigen roten Würmern bis zu einer Schabe ( Kakerlake). Die Reinigung der Zimmer musste man immer separat anfordern. Beim Frühstück gab es nur vordefinierte Menüs zum auswählen. Danach hatte ich jedenfalls noch immer Hunger.

• Aurélien (8/5): - La vue est effectivement très belle et la chambre spacieuse et très confortable. Les piscines sont un vrai plus. Le positionnement est pratique, assez central, pour explorer la région Il faut juste savoir que l'hôtel ne propose que le petit déjeuner et qu'il est assez isolé. Il faut des taxis pour tout (ou se faire livrer) ou alors louer un scooter.

• AMIRA A.A (8/5): فندق جميل ومميز للغاية - يبعد هذا الفندق الهادئ حوالي مسافة 25 دقيقة من وسط المدينة ، ولكن لن تواجهون صعوبات في التنقل لتوافر خدمات تطبيقات التوصيل مثل (Grab - Bolt) حيث سهولة إمكانية توصيل البقالة - الصيدلية - أو حتى سيارات الأجرة حتى للمطار. يقع الفندق في تلة جميلة وهادئة تطل بإطلالة مباشرة على البحر والجبال والسفوح. مع برك سباحة موصولة مباشرة بالغرف ، و بركة سباحة منفصلة أيضاً. كانت غرفتي واسعة المساحة موصولة بدخول مباشر لبركة السباحة مع إطلالة مبهرة ، كان الفندق نظيف وجميل و راقي للغاية. سكنت في القسم الجديد ، حيث إنه يوجد قسم قديم لا أعلم إذا كان يعمل الآن أم لا. لا يفتقر الفندق لأي خدمات فهو يوفر كل الإحتياجات كفندق 3 نجوم. إذا كنت تملك سيارة أو دراجة نارية تتوفر مواقف سيارات هناك ، هو فندق رائع يستحق التجربة لمن يبحث عن الهدوء والعزلة - مناسب للأزواج و العوائل. خدمة الغرف لم تكن شيئاً رائعاً حقاً حيث طلبت تنظيف القمامة فقط لأعود وهي كما هي. الفوط في حالة سيئة جداً ومهترئة ممزقة رغم إنها مصفوفة بشكل أنيق و مرتب ، ولكن يحتاج الفندق للتغيير العاجل بشكل جاد. الحشرات منتشرة بشكل كبير في الخارج نظراً لطبيعة المنطقة لذلك يرجى إبقاء النوافذ والأبواب موصدة بشكل جيد ، لا يقدم الفندق الإفطار ويمكنك طلبه مقابل رسوم ويمكنك طلب ما تريد عبر تطبيقات التوصيل أيضاً.
• Monika (8/5): Skvelá voľba ak hľadáte ticho a kľud - Veľmi priestranné izby, krásny výhľad na more, milý personál, dopľňané vody na izbe. Krásne bazény pod hotelom. Mimo sezóny tam takmer nikto nie je. V nízkej sezóne neposkytujú raňajky a hotel je ďalej od reštaurácií. Najbliží 7Eleven cca 20 minút peši. Celý hotelový komplex má zanedbané nepoužiteľné hojdačky pre deti.

• Levi (2/5): Nicht empfehlenswert - Das Hotel hat auf den ersten Blick wirklich schöne Zimmer, aber leider hatten wir ein großes Problem mit Ameisen. Wir mussten zweimal das Zimmer wechseln, weil die Ameisen überall waren – im Bad, auf dem Bett, im Gepäck, sogar in der Zahnbürste und den Toilettenartikeln. Ich musste auch meine Tasche leeren und ausputzen, da sie voll mit diesen Ameisen war. Oder beispielsweise tauchten sie einfach plötzlich in der Taschentücherbox auf und diese war komplett voll mit Ameisen. Es war wirklich unangenehm. Als wir das Problem das erste Mal gemeldet haben, hat die Rezeption überrascht reagiert – als wäre das völlig neu. Beim zweiten und dritten Mal war es dann fast schon Alltag, was gezeigt hat, dass das Problem offenbar bekannt ist. Ein Refund für die restlichen Nächte wurde abgelehnt, also mussten wir bleiben und uns irgendwie arrangieren. Dazu kam noch, dass ich wegen eines Wasserschadens im Handy nach einer Schüssel Reis gefragt habe – und einen Teller mit Reis voller Ameisen bekommen habe. Die Zimmer waren nicht richtig geputzt, es hatte überall Flecken, Hand- und Fussspuren, Staub und Spinnennetze. Der Fernseher hat auch nicht funktioniert. Der Service war insgesamt eher schwach, und die Kommunikation mit der Rezeption war oft schwierig. Für ein 3-Sterne-Hotel und den Preis hätten wir deutlich mehr erwartet. Schade, mit etwas mehr Sorgfalt wäre es sicher ein viel angenehmerer Aufenthalt gewesen.
