• Nicole (8/5): Gutes Hotel für einen Zwischenstop von 3 Nächten. - Super Lage und wir haben sehr ruhig schlafen können. In der Umgebung sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants schnell erreichbar. Das Frühstück wurde A La Card serviert und war für meinen Mann doch zu wenig. Für mich ausreichend. Möchte man mehr, muß zusätzlich gezahlt werden. Der Kaffee ging. Zusätzlich Sachen beim Frühstück zahlen... Das Bett meines Mannes hat sich bei jeder Drehung mit lautem Knarzen bemerkbar gemacht. Dadurch war man immer wieder wach. Und die Betten waren super hart.

• Sandro (10/5): - le camere sono grandi ed arredate benissimo; tutto l'hotel è molto bello, con il cortile/salone centrale ed intorno tutte le camere; la posizione centrale è comodissima; il ragazzo con gli occhiali alla reception è stato molto altezzoso e maleducato; si dovrebbe ricordare quale è la sua mansione e posizione; le camere non hanno riscaldamento, che in questo periodo sarebbe necessario; magari un termoconvettore; la colazione è un po' tirata;
• Maria Graciela (9/5): Bello hotel en el corazon de San Cristobal - EXCELENTE UBICACION, las instalaciones muy bonitas. Nos tuvimos que quedar 1 dia mas y fueron muy accesibles en brindarnosla. Solo no nos dieron el cuarto en planta alta que especifiamos jaja pero 100% volveremos todo muy bien! Si a caso nos hubiera gustadi que tomaran mas en cuenta la peticion que hicimos de estar en planta alta.

• Lorenzo (9/5): Ci ritornerei senza dubbio. - Le parti comuni e le camere sono molto belli e curati nei dettagli. Arredo di qualità in stile tipico messicano. Lo staff è stato sempre disponibile a rispondere a qualsiasi domanda o dubbio. Abbiamo prenotato un tour tramite loro per visitare il canyon del Sumidero. L'hotel si trova vicinissimo alla calle real de Guadalupe Peccato che la colazione non fosse inclusa nel prezzo della camera.
• Albores (10/5): Muy acogedor - Un hotel muy acogedor y cómodo a tan solo 2 cuadras y media del centro, con Estacionamiento... reservamos el departamento familiar y no dejó nada qué desear, volveremos a hospedarnos aquí. El personal es muy atento y servicial.
• Di Vincenzo (1/5): - La posizione é in pieno centro, ottima per visitare San Cristóbal. La nostra stanza aveva una perdita al lavandino, aprendo l’acqua si allagava, abbiamo segnalato alla reception il problema e dopo tanto tempo (facendoci uscire quindi tardi proprio alla vigilia di capodanno e dopo un lungo viaggio) molto scocciati sono venuti a mettere del silicone che non ha risolto il problema. In aggiunta lo scarico del wc era difettoso e rumoroso. Per completare il tutto la stanza è fredda, sporca e gli asciugamani avevano macchie gialle ovunque. Non tornerei in questa struttura anche se dal punto di vista architettonico è molto bella, c’è bisogno di manutenzione e soprattutto cortesia verso il cliente.

• TATSUMI (7/5): 不満は残るが、雰囲気は最高。サンクリストバル散策にはとても便利だった。 - とてもオシャレな空間で、調度品などのセンスもとても良い。ロケーションは最高でした。 バスタブ付きの部屋を頼んだが、バスの栓が閉まらない、バスタブの隙間から水が漏るなどで部屋を替えてもらった。しかし、バスタブ付きがなく、差額も返してもらえなかった。替わった部屋もドライヤーが使えないトラブルあり。代わりに貸してもらったものも2日目から故障した。

We heard all people checking in and out early in the morning and late at night. Breakfast could have been better, small portions - better to offer buffet.

• Check_dots (9/5): - Really cute hotel in San Cristobal. Great location only about a 5 minute walk from the main square. Staff were really friendly and the room was comfortable. Great breakfast. Water in the shower took a very long time to warm up. The rooms had very little sound proofing, so of a night while trying to sleep you could hear everyone in the main atrium moving around and talking.

Las instalaciones son preciosas y las habitaciones amplias y y muy bien decoradas. Nos encantó Las camas muy grandes y espaciosas, comodisimas. El baño muy completo El desayuno muy completo y el personal extremadamente amable Es muy céntrico y eso ayuda a poderte mover sin la mayor dificultad. Mercados de artesanias a 6 minutos caminando por poner un ejemplo Nuestra habitación se encontraba en la planta baja en lo que es el patio y en algunos momentos había gente escandalosa que se la oía puerta a traves a las 06-07 de la mañana esperando entrar a desayunar. Quizá teniendo habitaciones en esos lugares, se debería limitar la estadía de los clientes em ciertas zonas, hasta cierta hora para garantizar un mejor descanso

Les draps tachés, le bruit des gens dans le patio et qui raisonne. Les toutes petites d’serviettes de bain fines. Le propriétaire devrait en mettre des plus grosses mais en proposant aux clients de ne pas les changer tous les jours pour la place été c’est bénéfique. C’est ce que j’ai fait dans d’autres établissement en demandant de ne pas les changer pour séjour court. Le prix du petit déjeuner hors la nuit réservée. Café immonde américain et on paye pour un refile.

We had 2 rooms on the ground floor that faced the inner yard and windows only in that direction. That meant: 1. No option to open the windows without everyone looking into the room 2. Very noisy, we could hear everyone walking out taking in the yard. 3. All day long there is music playing from speakers in the yard. The soap in the bathroom is lowest level possible.

La decoración está en buen estado, de buen gusto y bien ambientada. Los servicios adicionales como restaurante, tours y transposición son una gran ventaja que vale la pena. Adicionalmente, solicité ayuda para celebrar el cumpleaños de mi esposa y fueron atentos, efectivos y respetuosos. Consiguieron rosas, decoraron y vino y fue una maravilla. • marc (10/5): - Overall, my stay was pleasant. The room was mostly clean, though I did notice a few cobwebs in the corners. The staff was friendly and respectful, and I appreciated how quickly they handled a complaint about loud music during the evening—it was resolved without any hassle. The nighttime was fairly quiet, which made for a restful evening. However, around 7 AM, road noise became noticeable, and it was tough to sleep in with the sound of passing traffic. Still, the overall experience was decent and met expectations.
