Отдельное спасибо администрации отеля за радушный прием и решение всех вопросов🫶 . Очень порадовало наличие чистого живописного бассейна без ограничения по времени. Рекомендую брать завтраки, они реально вкусные. Остановиться в этом отеле было самым удачным решением! С удовольствием вернусь к вам снова!

• Gary (10/5): A real gem - The Austrian Hotel and Restaurant is a great place to stay. The whole layout is almost perfect and it just felt so relaxed; the place is a real winner and I recommend anyone to visit.
• Qasdyna (10/5): - The stay at Austrian Gardens, for the price, was a truly pleasant stay. The service staff were friendly and prompt with their service, and even handled the troubles (e.g. multiple blackouts, wifi breakdown) effectively. The areas were well-maintained with daily housekeeping. Honestly, the place was calming and relaxing after a day's out. Location is also very walkable distance to Patong Beach, the shopping malls (20 mins walk) and accessible by transport. Just an area of improvement would be the shower facility. The water pressure can be a little too soft (like there's minimal water) and the temperature can vary. Thank you for making our stay memorable

• Markus (8/5): - It is a simple hotel. The room was nothing special, but it had everything you need and it worked. Good bed, wardrobe, safe, boxes and adjustable air conditioning. The bathroom was not big but sufficient for me. All in all, the hotel complex is clean and the staff make an effort, which is noticeable. Another advantage is the excellent cuisine (managed by a Styrian) with delicious Austrian dishes, and also very good Thai food. At night I didn't notice any noise from Bangla Road. • Shmuel (8/5): Excellent motel! - It’s an excellent motel. Clean, all useful amenities are provided. There are even towels to borrow to take to the beach. 24 hour front desk. Adjustable hot showers available 24/7 (reading other reviews of similar stays in the area, apparently this is not a given, shockingly enough). All amenities are thought of including a drying rack on the balcony for your wet swimsuits! It’s not luxurious to hotel standards and there were 2 cracked tiles in the shower. It’s at motel standards but to a very high level of motel standards. The balconies are quite small and open out to each other with plants in between the balcony opposite for privacy into the full length glass doors. Officially policy is to allow smoking in all areas besides rooms. We did not like the smell. It was a bit expensive for the area but we came in high season so…

• Mohamed (10/5): Amazing place to stay in Patong - Amazing pool and clean room with new air conditioning also the water is warm and the bed comfy, staff were very nice to us I really like the hotel very quiet -The towel of the pool small and stinky - if I am in my room I can't communicate with the reception no phone or WhatsApp number - the room need tissue and trash basket not only in the toilet - I believe this hotel for everyone not for a specific segment so I couldn't use the umbrella because of the colors and theme, specifically in July the umbrella very important because it's raining season but I prefer to get wet rather than using it, if the hotel want to support this community at least put one of them colored why both of them in my room same theme? I feel like I have to use and do publicity for them by force which is NO WAY. Even of these notes I will give you 10/10 but you should consider it and work on it seriously

TV was good, plenty of wardrobe and drawer space, well stocked refrigerator. Close to pool which was excellent and quite good restaurant. No hot water in basin in bathroom. Towels could have been better quality. Was a bit slippery in shower for a senior person. Grab rails or at least a non slip mat would have been helpful.

The staff were very friendly and the standard of cleanliness was brilliant. It is a quiet oasis in the heart of Patong and we will definitely stay there again. The bathroom was a little small as we had booked a standard room. But it had everything that was needed and was not a problem. There are other room options but we liked being down beside the pool.
