• Erika (10/5): - Blízko Baziliky Svätého Petra, dobre napojenie na metro, vyborne vybavenie apartmánu, dopĺňaný mini bar, čisto, pohodlne otvaranie apartmanu, ustretova majitelka. Aktuálne prebieha rekonštrukcia budovy, nie je mozne dobre otvoriť okno, ale to nie je chyba apartmánu, ale budovy.

No pude usar el lavabo por 2 noches. Nadie vino a repararlo y además no hacían la habitación mía ni la limpiaban. El check-in también fue desastroso. Nadie me informó que no podía ir a la hora que marcaba el anuncio de Booking. Es una estancia que no es barata. Se entiende otro tipo de servicio

Сам апартамент невеликий, але дуже зручний, є все необхідне. Контакт з власницею приміщення швидкий та легкий, відчувається турбота про гостей. Невеликою незручністю було то, що проміжні двері з підЇзду до холу апартаменту треба треба було відкривати з телефону, переходячі за посиланням, і це була іноді проблема, особливо після того коли ти цілий день лазив містом з gps і твій телефон вже пару годин як здох. Так шо збережіть собі посилання на додаткових телефонах про всяк випадок.

Se encuentra en un barrio residencial con muchos restaurantes para comer fuera del ambiente turístico. Amalia es una mujer encantadora y muy servicial. Der Kontakt war super nett, und auch die Reinigungskraft, die uns empfangen hat, war sehr freundlich. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft, weil alles hervorragend organisiert ist: Die Besitzerin sorgt für Sauberkeit und gepflegtes Ambiente, und selbständige Öffnung der Türen über das Handy ist eine klare Erleichterung. Der Online-Check-in lief unkompliziert, und alle wichtigen Infos erhielten wir vorab. Die Gastgeberin war jederzeit erreichbar und reagierte sofort auf unsere Anfragen. Besonders hilfreich fanden wir, dass wir unsere Koffer schon beim Check-in zeitweise in der Unterkunft abstellen konnten und auch beim Check-out noch eine Weile dort lassen durften. Das hat uns viel Freiheit und Komfort gegeben, und dafür sind wir sehr dankbar. Wir schätzen diese tolle Unterkunft sehr und möchten uns herzlich bedanken. Danke für die schöne Unterkunft!

• Penia (9/5): - Το κατάλυμα ήταν εξαιρετικό. Πολύ καθαρό δωμάτιο, κοινόχρηστη κουζίνα, βραστήρας και καφετιέρα εντός του δώματος που ανανεωνόταν κάθε μέρα. Η τοποθεσία εξυπηρετείται τόσο από μετρό όσο κι από λεωφορεία, καθιστώντας το μόλις 30 λεπτά μακριά από το κέντρο. Η Amalia είναι φανταστική! Απαντούσε πάντα στα μηνύματά μας πολύ γρήγορα, έδωσε σαφείς οδηγίες και προτάσεις για την περιοχή. Ήταν ευέλικτη και μας εξυπηρέτησε με ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε. Θα επέστρεφα σίγουρα! Το μόνο αρνητικό είναι ο πολύ μικρός χώρος του δωματίου. Εάν έχετε πολλές αποσκευές θα είναι λίγο στριμωχτά.

Очень чистые номера, при входе в отель так же есть брошюрки с рекомендациям заведений. Близко к Ватикану, хороший тихий район. Так же в 5 минутах круглосуточный супермаркет, что так же очень удобно. Рядом метро, от которого можно доехать на все нужные Вам станции. Мы очень довольны и будем приезжать еще 🤍

Mi serviva che lo stadio Olimpico si potesse raggiungere facilmente a piedi perché con mia figlia abbiamo assistito al concerto di Cesare Cremonini. La posizione è risultata perfetta, in 20’min di camminata si raggiunge! Zona elegante e centrale ma camera silenziosissima seppur al piano terra rialzato con finestra su strada principale. Camera bellissima e accogliente. Perfetta per noi due. Pulitissima! Bagno piccolo ma accogliente, con grande doccia e provvisto di tutto. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile! Ci hanno anche mandato un whatsapp con diversi posti dove mangiare a seconda del pasto da fare e grazie a loro abbiamo scoperto uns chicca di locale dive fare una super colazione, proprio a due passi dalla stanza! Super consigliato!

La proprietaria, insieme alla collaboratrice è stata disponibile fin da subito ad accettare il nostro orario di arrivo (dopo 00:30), proponendoci un self check-in valido, efficace ed in sicurezza. Inoltre la sera stessa, dopo il concerto, ci ha seguite telefonicamente finché non siamo entrate in stanza, informandoci sia sulla strada sia sui servizi ai quali potevamo accedere. Concludo col dire che la stanza oltre che ordinata era anche super pulita, dotata di tutti i comfort possibili ed accogliente sotto ogni aspetto. Speriamo di ritornarci presto!

• Tom (10/5): Aanrader, aan goede kant van Rome voor ingang Vaticaans Museum - Geweldige plek met een zeer gunstige ligging, op korte loopafstand van de hoofdingang van de Vaticaanse Musea. De accommodatie is prachtig ingericht met mooie meubels. We hadden de paars ingerichte kamer, geweldig sjieke uitstraling. De kamer is knus maar verrassend ruim, met voldoende plek voor ons vieren, goede bedden en precies genoeg ruimte voor douche en toilet. Erg prettig is de gemeenschappelijke ruimte met sofa, tafel en stoelen; ideaal om nog even een magnetronmaaltijd klaar te maken. Ook borden, bestek en een koelkast waren beschikbaar. De accommodatie werkt met een handige app om de deuren te openen en we konden onze bagage nog veilig stallen voor een extra dagje Rome. Hoewel wij met de trein kwamen, was er ook een prima voorstel voor een parkeergarage in de buurt met korting. Echt een aanrader! -

La posizione è ottima: vicinissimo alla fermata della metro Cipro, in un quartiere tranquillo e a pochi minuti a piedi dal Vaticano. La stanza era pulita, confortevole e curata in ogni dettaglio. Per quanto riguarda il parcheggio, noi abbiamo trovato posto gratuitamente proprio sotto l’appartamento, ma nelle vicinanze ci sono anche parcheggi a pagamento, molto comodi. Un ringraziamento speciale ad Amalia, la proprietaria, sempre gentilissima e disponibile, che ha reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Consigliatissimo! Tutto perfetto

• Vladimir (9/5): - Комната с ванной в составе большой квартиры на первом этаже. Есть общая кухня. В номере есть все удобства, хорошая кровать с удобным матрасом. Все очень чисто и уютно. Есть кофейный аппарат, чай, конфеты, мини холодильник. Интересный дизайн. Расположение отличное, недалеко совсем от стен Ватикана. В пешей доступности две остановки метро. Современная, но не всегда удобная система открытия дверей, с помощью приложения на телефоне. Разрядился телефон, не сможете войти в квартиру.

Location ottima a dieci minuti a piedi dal Vaticano e dalla metropolitana che collega il centro città e la stazione Termini. Host Amalia molto disponibile e professionale.

The apartment is very nice, clean, and functional, with comfortable beds and always hot water. You’ll find everything you need — coffee machine, microwave, fridge, washing machine, and even snacks and drinks for a warm welcome. It’s in a quiet street, close to the metro, shops, and restaurants, and within walking distance of the Vatican Museums. I have no complaints, everything was great.

• Julie (9/5): Wonderful staff and lovely location. - Amalia and Francesca were wonderful and welcoming. They made my stay in Rome much more comfortable than I could have expected. They allowed me to come by and store my luggage several hours prior to check out. The room is stocked with lots of coffee and tea options as well as cold drinks in the mini fridge. The room was comfortable and spacious. Could use better soundproofing on the doors, as it`s easy to hear other guests coming and going in the late hours.
• Andrei (5/5): Great location if you want to be close to the Vatican — and closer to the noise. - The location is great — just a few minutes from the Vatican. The metro station and a 24-hour Carrefour are nearby, making it easy to get around or grab snacks and something to drink. Check-in feels awkward since someone has to meet you in person to hand over the keys, which is inconvenient for both you and them, especially if your flight’s delayed or you arrive late at night. You also have to coordinate with someone who isn’t actually at the property, adding extra hassle. We thought it was an aparthotel, but it’s actually a single apartment divided into four rooms, all on the ground floor, with two facing the street. This isn’t immediately obvious from the listing. The street-facing rooms are noisy — you’ll hear cars, pedestrians, luggage wheels, and even your neighbors through the thin walls. You can clearly hear pedestrians talking almost as if the windows are not even closed. The electronic door lock announces every entrance and exit like it’s auditioning for a soundtrack. If your neighbors decide a 6 AM pilgrimage to the Trevi Fountain sounds fun, congratulations — you’ll be wide awake. Every shuffle in the common kitchen and hallway is perfectly audible, and we were even woken up at 3 AM as guests stumbled back to their room. Honestly, it feels more like a hostel than an apartment. The mini-fridge has a habit of suddenly roaring to life in the middle of the night, like a broken car backfiring just as you’re about to fall asleep.

• Benike (10/5): Such a pleasant stay. Location is very good to see the Vatican. - The owner left a welcome gift of snacks and some beverages in the refrigerator. The staff was very helpful. I was relieved when the reliable staff called for a taxi for us and a very nice driver showed up 😊
