Хороший завтрак. Прекрасная локанта всего в пяти минутах ходьбы. Чистота в номерах так себе. Иногда забывают поменять полотенца, т.бумагу положить.

- Anas (4/5): Wouldn't really recommend it - Location was very good, in walking distance from the old city, famous parks/Mosques, and a lot of resturants around. The staff was very helpful and friendly and helped with many stuff. The water pressure was great The room and bed were extremly small, bed for a family (with a baby) was 160 cm, which made our stay very uncomfortable. We were promised a replacement room in 2 nights at check-in but never got one. The facility itself is old (bath/shower/closet). Cleanliness was okay

- Verified traveler (4/5): cheap, but at what cost - The rooms have moisture problems, paint falling from the walls, very strong sewer smell in the bathroom and the noise on the street is coming all trough in the rooms. The reception tried to help but couldn't do much because all the rooms are compareble.

- hontrok (8/5): Good price for the location - The hotel is well located for the river and the main monuments. There is a tram line nearby. I booked a river view room. Our first room hardly showed the river but we were moved to a higher room without asking and we then had a view. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and simple but adequate. There is a lift after climbing one flight of stairs. The hotel is cheap so it lacks luxury but it was comfortable.

Mr. Furat is so helpful and problem resolvent, my room wasn't ready, so he decided to upgrade my room to a room with Bosporus view. The hotel isn't 4 stars or even 3 stars as per the European standard, but for the value of money it's worth. Housekeeping is performed everyday. The floor in bathroom was very wet, because toilet was broken. So the hotel gave us a 1 new room for 3 of us (our group was 5). In new room light was broken, tv was broken, bathroom was broken. Awful! Breakfast was poor.
