Ubicación fenomenal para moverse andando en la Medina. Elegimos una triple comfort porque tenía un precio muy interesante, pero resulta que es la única habitación en planta baja y si quieres abrir una ventana acabas abriéndola encima de la mesa del desayuno de algún otro cliente. No estaba tan mal pero no había la mínima privacidad, a no ser que nunca abras la ventana. Además el salón es donde se reciben los check ins y en esta habitación acaba escuchándolo todo.

Soukaina et ayoud sont charmants et attentionnés . Les petits déjeuners de Soukaina sont délicieux et copieux La terrasse et le calme vous font encore plus apprécier cet endroit 🤩 Les chambres sont spacieuses et très propres . Je recommande vivement 👍 Il est vrai que les ruelles pour arriver jusqu’au Riad sont un peu chaotiques mais les travaux sont en courts 👍

• Stephen (9/5): Superb - We would highly recommend this Riad, which is exceptionally clean, secure and modern. It was a lovely space to retreat to when the craziness of Marrakech became too much. We felt very welcome and the staff go above and beyond - for example the gentleman got up at 4.45am on one of the days to let us out of the front door so that we could go to our hot air balloon excursion. The breakfast was fantastic with variations every day. A very positive first experience of Moroccan hospitality. One of the downsides to its quiet tucked away location is that it was a little difficult to find on the first night. Having said that, the locals are friendly and a gentleman led us to it in exchange for a small donation (something that is very normal for Marrakech).
• Dawn (9/5): The lovely staff make this place! - The room was very nice, bright and spacious. The balcony was a quiet sun trap. The two members of staff that were there morning and evening were lovely. The only issue we had was with the payment. They only accept cash and we stayed for 6 nights, so it was difficult to get that amount of cash from the cash points. When we didn’t pay immediately on arrival I received a message from the manager requesting payment. This was unnecessary and initially made me feel unhappy about booking this Riad. Ultimately we enjoyed staying there, but it would be much easier to be able to pay by card or PayPal if staying for a longer time.

Classic Moroccan breakfasts were made with a lot of passion every morning. Slight issue with the shower drainage but got the idea it was temporary. everything else, flawless. Path towards the accomodation may seem a dodgey but worry not, thats just how the Medina may look at first but it's Very safe for everyone.

The riad is in a quiet area of Marrakech but within 15-20 minutes walk you can get to the busy centre. Nice cafes and restaurants nearby. The only small thing is that the water drained very slowly in the shower but it is absolutely NOT the host's fault.

• Dagmara (10/5): Lovely, tranquil place, in a convenient location - It is a beautiful Riad, the rooms are decorated beautifully. It is in a perfect location, once you do know where it is. I was served something a little every day for breakfast, allowing me to taste various Marocco specialities. I did have hammam, and it was experience that left me feeling relaxed. I did use a roof terrace where I could sunbath uninterrupted. It was 35degrees on one day, and although there is no pool, there is a cold water tap, and I used the water to cold down. On the last day I could leave my bags, so I could explore the city hands free, I was also allowed to charge my phone before setting off for the airport, even though it was way past the checkout time. It is not really anything I disliked about the property, but I thought I mention, that there is a slight discrepancy between where Google shows the property is on a map, to booking location, and to where the property really is. In the end I called the host who spoke to someone local who showed me the way. I have added a Google map screenshot showing this discrepancy.
• Florian (1/5): There are way better Riads in this price range in Marrakesh. Don’t come here - Location of the Riad is quite nice The house lady told us a wrong amount of money we should pay (we had to double-check and it was 30 euros more), one hour after we checked into our room they told us to switch rooms into a shittier room, they didn’t give us any eggs or coffee for breakfast only after we waited for a long time and asked for it.

You get some lovely mint tea when you arrive as well and the breakfast was the best I had in Morocco! Didn't stay longer :( Also the usual slight noise of other guests due to it being a riad.

Above all, the kind housekeeper Sukina is always present to make sure you have everything you need and she prepares a delicious breakfast. We couldn’t ask for more, we’ll definitely come back!

I particularly loved the minimalistic design of the Riad. The hot water in the bathroom takes a while to run.

• Hossein (9/5): Very nice stay - The Riad is well-placed at the Old City and available to wherever you want to go. Although you arrive there after passing some small bending streets, this gives you a rather quiet atmosphere away from the noise of the main streets. The area is absolutly safe. You never see the manager, but two members staff: a lady called Sokainah and a gentleman called Yasin. They are very kind, dignified and gentle. Sokainah literally tries her best to please you with the diversity, freshness and good quality of breakfasts. She is superb. Marrakech is full of cats. They go around and poo wherever they want. We found these poos unpleasant when we saw them in the surrunding streets of the Riad. The owners of the Riads in that area should be more organised and responsible for keeping the area clean.
• Aslom (10/5): A Beautiful Oasis - This place was exceptional. The staff Yassin and Sukaila especially was fantastic. I loved how clean it was. Very comfortable and the ambience was classy. Breakfast was fine. I liked that it was away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to get to everywhere. It was great value for money and I would absolutely stay here again. There was an info leaflet which could have more ideas in it and perhaps translated into English too but this wasn't a big deal. The place is beautifully stylish and as another guest mentioned, the shower head is not mounted correctly and therefore having a shower means having to actually hold the shower head. This could be easily fixed and make the guests stay that much more convenient. I would also raise the wall of the shower tray to avoid the water rising and going everywhere. This is minor but I think you should consider remedying.
