No nos gustó que no tenía horno, ni eléctrico ni nada, ollas en mal estado y teflonadas, ninguna ensaladera o recipiente para comidas más que los platos y vasos. Sillas insuficientes. Habíamos alquilado para 4 y menos mal una de las personas no fue porque solo había 3 sillas...

Y lo mas loco es que estaba cambiándome frente al espejo y escucho voces (un fotógrafo profesional, tomando imágenes hacia mi ventana al personal q limpiaba los vidrios) y yo sin ropa. A área externa do hotel é linda e agrega bastante na estadia. - O quarto é amplo, confortável e tem todas as comodidades para o dia a dia, incluindo uma pequena cozinha e utensílios básicos. Pegamos um quarto com vista do lago interno, o que foi bem bacana. Além disso, a área externa da hospedagem é completa e muito bonita. Achamos que um ponto de melhoria é em relação a temperatura interna dos quartos, no dia em que ficamos hospedados o sol estava batendo na janela e também estava com os aquecedores ligados em uma alta temperatura, por conta disso nosso quarto ficou muito mais aquecido do que gostaríamos.

- Celine (9/5): - Sehr tolle Anlage mit gutem Service. Wir waren auf der Durchreise und sind daher eine Nacht geblieben. Es war unglaublich warm in der Wohnung, obwohl es draussen relativ kalt war. Wir haben aber auch nichts gesehen, wo man eine Temperatur hatte einstellen können. Auch war es sehr befremdlich, als die Security am Ausgang ohne Ankündigung unseren Kofferraum öffnen wollte. Erst auf Nachfrage hin, was sie möchte, erklärte sie, dass sie das immer überprüfen müssten.
- Hector Fabian (10/5): - El lugar es hermoso. Una vista preciosa . Llegar a la orilla del lago. Visualmente inmejorable, es un deleite poder ver tanta belleza natural!! Poder disfrutar de la creación así!! No está bien señalizado, por lo que nos perdimos. Tal vez alguna mejor referencia. Sí uno se guía por el nombre de la calle no llega,pues termina al 300 . Solo eso.

- Demetrio (10/5): Super recomendado - Adorei a localização, Limpeza, atendimento, recomendo e voltarei. Fica em uma área linda . Em frente tem mercado nhoque e farmácia que resolve o básico. Tem restaurante excelente dentro do resort (pago à parte). Preço excelente. Alugar um carro pra facilitar o deslocamento e passeios é indicado . Difícil dizer o que não gostei. Talvez seria o café da manhã ser pago fora da diária. Mas como tem uma mini cozinha no apartamento resolvi sem problemas fazendo nosso próprio café da amanhã.

- Valentina (9/5): Muy bueno - El complejo es muy lindo y el departamento, a pesar de ser solo 1 ambiente es amplio y comodo, tiene cocina equipada. La habitación tiene vista al jardin y la laguna artificial lo cual es estupendo. Usamos la pisicina, es pequeña pero muy rica con vista. Tambien hay un gimnasio disponible. Esta al lado del lago perfecto para caminar. Precio calidad me parecio muy bueno. La ubicacion no es la mejor, no hay muchos restaurantes o cafaterias ricas cerca. Para nosotros estuvo perfecto porque estabamos en auto y relativamente cerca del sector de escalada valle encantado.
- Stefanie (5/5): Zu teuer für wenig Komfort und im Sommer zu heiß! - Großes Apartment In dem Apartment gibt es weder eine Klimaanlage noch einen Ventilator. Im Sommer nicht auszuhalten! Selbst nur für eine Nacht zur Durchreise war es unangenehm heiß und man konnte nicht schlafen. Die Aussicht ist auf einen kleinen See innerhalb der Anlage, der Nahuel Huapi ist nur weit weg im Hintergrund zu sehen.

- Yasmin (7/5): Vista inolvidable - La vista increible, el departamento y habitación muy muy cómodo, colchones de muy buena calidad, estacionamiento propio, que tenga restaurante y cafetería. La atención del personal me gusto mucho, me pasaron hasta números de Delivery etc, y mi madre se olvido un par de zapatos y se tomaron el tiempo de poder enviárselo por encomienda hasta nuestra ciudad, un gesto muy muy amable. Las extremas prohibiciones del complejo, uno va a vacacionar y te tensiona tantas reglas, como ir a 20 x hora en el auto xq sino te hacen fotomulta, no se muchas cosas muchas prohibiciones, luego estaba limpio pero la limpieza podría haber sido mejor, llegamos y había toda una tostadora con comida adentro sucia sin limpiar, y el baño con olor a cloacas.

Wi-fi estava ruim, mas arrumaram durante a estadia. - Wi-fi no apartamento 2105 era horrível e demoraram 4 - 5 dias para resolver. Depois que instalaram um modem no apartamento melhorou bastante. Mas ficamos praticamente 5 dias sem acesso.

- שרה (7/5): מקום עם פוטנציאל גדול, לא מתוחזק בהתאם. - הסביבה בה נמצא המלון. השמירה על המתחם בשער, והחניה המוקצבת לכל חדר. החדר לא היה מטופח. הנקיון לא מושלם. המרפסת משותפת עם עוד חדר, והיציאה ממנה לדשא מסוכנת. ביקשנו כרית נוספת ולא קיבלנו. אין מספיק צוות שמסבר אנגלית.
