Guest Reviews
- Grace (10/5): I’m glad we booked this place - We were delighted by our short stay at the Old Dairy Farm B&B. The whole place was spotlessly clean and beautifully presented. Very comfortable bed, strong shower, delicious brownie bites in our room were a special touch.
The host was lovely, as were the other guests we met. We were sent a very helpful email prior to arrival, which included suggestions for where to eat out in the area. We tried the Blue Bell pub in Emsworth, which was very good.
Breakfast at the Old Dairy Farm was freshly cooked to order and very good. I had scrambled eggs on a muffin with bacon. My husband had a full English. Seeing their chickens out of the window, I suspect the eggs were their own!
We would definitely return if back this way again. When booking (on Booking.com) I was initially confused by the Glamping which is available on the same (large) site, but it’s a separate thing, run by the same people. I had visions of accidentally booking a tent but I needn’t have worried as it was a modern purpose-built B&B attached to the owner’s home.

- ROSEMARY (10/5): Excellent. - Superb breakfast, freshly cooked to individual order. Excellent coffee, fruit juice, fresh fruit salad. Very friendly hosts. Debbie went out of her way to accommodate requests. She gave me a lift to the church (singing course) each day and lugged around my electric wheelchair. They could not have done more. It is the best accommodation in which I have ever stayed.
Beautiful conservatory breakfast room looking out onto domestic pet animals. Bright and sunny. Spacious room with drinks provided. Very large, comfortable bed, armchairs, ensuite. Large wardrobe, iron, hair dryer. Fewer feirce rain showers!

- Miyuki (10/5): perfect place with beautiful surrounding - It was a lovely place for staying in, having beautiful farm yard with horses, chickens, goats and even alpacas! Our room was good size, spotless clean with fluffy towels and big & comfortable bed. My partner ran half marathon on the day we checked out, and asked Debbie for late checkout, she kindly accepted our request without extra fee! Even we found a kind note from her in the room when we came back. We would like to stay there again when we will visit the area. Nothing.

- Sheila (10/5): A perfect stay. - It was the perfect B&B.
We had a very friendly welcome at this property. The room was really clean, comfortable and well-equipped, with two comfortable chairs, a thing that is often lacking.
The breakfasts were excellent and of top quality, with fruit juice, fresh fruit, cereals, freshly cooked full English and other cooked choices, with toast, tea or coffee.
It was a novelty to be welcomed by the alpacas, goats and chickens at the back of the property, and a delight to be in the countryside, yet close to Emsworth and not far from Chichester. Emsworth is very pleasant, with a selection of shops, eating places and a quaint harbour, graced by swans and cygnets. Chichester is a delightful city to visit, with a cathedral and an excellent theatre, with a large variety of shops. We couldn't fault it. Everything was just right.
- Neil (10/5): Prefect base for exploring the area. - Lovely position with open fields and interesting animals. Easy access to Portsmouth and Chichester. - Carol (10/5): A perfect stay - We love the location away from other houses and traffic. It is so incredibly peaceful and we enjoyed walking out to the paddocks to say hello to the alpacas, goats and chickens. Our twin room was very spacious and spotlessly clean. Plenty of tea, coffee and biscuits available in the room and Debbie always provides a jar of mini chocolate brownies which are scrummy. Breakfast is amazing....fruit juice, cereals, fresh fruit salad, yoghurt, toast and a full English which was delicious and piping hot. We always enjoy our stay here. There is nothing we didnt like

Situated around farmland and forestry it offers a very quiet nights sleep. Plenty of local amenities just a short drive away. I arrived late but everything was ready for my arrival and after a very good nights sleep I enjoyed my hearty breakfast in the conservatory.
