- Stanislav (8/5): Peaceful stay - The rooms are well furnished. The kitchenette in the room allows for basic simple cooking, though equipment is limited. The villa is in a quiet location, has its own parking lot (covered for some rooms). Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is a very good buffet for the size of the guesthouse (e.g. fruits, nuts, hot sausage, fresh yoghurt). Out of the 11-day stay in two, we were the only guests for almost half of the period and it had a minimal impact on the range of offerings. Some details in the room would need fixing or improvement (e.g. holes in blinds, short shower curtain). While the room was clean, it looks like no cleaning was planned during the stay (11days). There is effectively no cleaning equipment in the room. On our request for cleaning, a broom was made available. Similarly, we had to ask for the change of towels.

- Bianca (8/5): - Nur 15 min zu Altstadt, Zimmer groß, sauber und farblich abgestimmt eingerichtet. Es war angenehm ruhig. Frühstück ist ok. Beim Frühstück könnte ein Putenschinken dabei sein oder anderes Gebäck als nur Toast zu Auswahl. Man muss aber bedenken, dass für die Anzahl der Gäste natürlich kein grosses auswahlreiches Buffet möglich ist. Aber ein frischer Fruchtsaft wäre auch nett gewesen. Ansonsten war alles von etwas dabei

- Cathrine (8/5): Schöner Aufenthalt für Rovinjbesuch - Die Anreise verlief ganz unkompliziert, Kontakt war über Whatsapp möglich. Haben den Schlüssel am vereinbarten Ort aufgefunden. Parkplätze sind in Ordnung, vielleicht teilweise etwas klein aber in Rovinj ist man froh wenn man einen Gratisparkplatz hat. Die Ferienwohnung war schön und geräumig mit einem kleinen Balkon. Heizung/Klima funktionierte gut, nur war das Bad unbeheizt (was in der Vorsaison vielleicht von Bedeutung sein könnte). Betten waren bequem, die Wohnung hatte in der Küche alles was man braucht. Hauspersonal war sehr freundlich, auch unseren Hunden gegenüber. Frühstück war nicht luxuriös aber sehr bemüht angerichtet. Sehr guter Kaffee. Eignet sich gut um die Stadt anzuschauen oder Ausflüge zu unternehmen. Teilweise etwas hellhörig, für Leute mit wachsamen Hunden eventuell blöd.

Izredno prijazni gostitelj Boris in njegov team, okusen buffet zajtrk z vsem za vsak okus na voljo. Kužki dobrodošli v villi brez doplačila. Pohvalno vse. Zagotovo se še vrnemo ob ponovnem obisku Rovinja. Vse je bilo OK.

- Wilhelm (9/5): Sehr stilvoll - Ein außergewöhnliches Haus, das schon äußerlich von der Umgebung heraussticht. Marmorstiegenhaus. Hotelmässig ausgestattet. Apartment mit modernen Stilmöbel ausgestattet in Kirschholz. Eigenes Schlafzimmer. Wohnraum mit dazupassendem Sofa, Esstisch und Küchenzeile. Schöner Balkon mit Sitzgarnitur. Bad mit Bidet. Eingangsbereich mit großem Spiegel. Ausreichend überdachte Parkplätze. Im Bad wäre eine Waschmaschine nützlich, die ich für einen Kurzurlaub allerdings nicht benötigte. Das Waschbecken hat keinen Verschluss, sodass hineinfallende Gegenstände in Verlust geraten und Schaden anrichten können.

- Arjen Bertens (8/5): Net appartement met goede parkeergelegenheid. - Net appartement met goede parkeergelegenheid aan de achterzijde op het prive terrein. Ook uitstekend voor de motor. Redelijk dichtbij het mooie centrum van Rovinj. Het lag iets verder van het centrum van Roninj dan dat ik had verwacht. Toch wel 15 tot 20 min lopen om in het bruisende centrum te komen. Ohh en het brommende koelkastje op de kamer vond ik tijdens het slapen ook wel een nadeel.

- Gabriela (2/5): NEODPORÚČAM!!! Nábytok je starý. Parkovanie je zavádzajúce. TV nefunguje. Veľký hluk. Veľa komárov - Na fotkách je zobrazené parkovanie pod krytou strechou, ale majiteľ klame a zavádza. Na papieriku je čosi nezrozumiteľne napísané. Mala som parkovať podľa čmáraníc (inštrukcií) na ulici alebo v kríkoch. V ubytovaní ma nikto nečakal, ani sa nikto neukázal za celý pobyt. Kľúč od izby bol medzi ostatnými kľúčami na stolíku na chodbe. Televízor nefungoval, pretože sa nedal ručne zapnúť a diaľkové ovládania nefungovali. Dvere do apartmánu sú z 2cm škárou na spodku dveri, takže vidieť svetlo z chodby a takisto všetko počuť ako aj z iných apartmánov. Každé posunutie stoličky v iných apartmánoch je počuť. Nábytok v apartmáne je starý, opotrebovaný, je na vyhodenie na smetisko. Kuchynská linka málo vybavená základnými potrebami. Kôš nikto nevynášal, ani neviem, kde by som ho mala vyhodiť. Po príchode do apartmánu bolo veľa komárov. Celá budova bola nonstop otvorená, dvere dokorán aj v noci. Ubytovanie je ďaleko od centra, medzi rodinnými domami.

We were left with used sponge for washing dishes, one towel was with stains. Host asked us to provide exact arrival time and when we did, he didn’t showed up nor have we seen him/her for the entire stay.

La partie congélateur du frigo n’avait pas de porte et était envahi de givre, ce qui le rendait difficilement utilisable. C’était embêtant quand on est en itinérance et qu’on a besoin de bloc de froid. Pas de dépannage sur le séjour.

Big super market only 3 mins drive away.. The area was quiet and we had the basic amenities in the apartment. We appreciated the lotion, shampoo, AC and nice towels. Our room smelled like cigarettes very badly which wasn’t very nice.

- Dóra (8/5): - Csendes helyen van a szállás, kb 15 perc sétára a belvárostól. Saját parkoló van. Kényelmes volt az ágy. Az apartmanban erős dohányfüst szerű szag volt. Takarítás kicsit elkapkodott volt.

Mivel nyitott ablaknál aludtunk hajnalban kicsit zajos volt (nem a környék,csak minden hang visszaverődött a környező épületekről).

- Maric (10/5): Ugodno provedeno vrijeme u prekrasnom gradu, uživali smo u svemu. - Sve je bilo super, lokacija i urednost. Sve je bilo u redu
- Giacomo (7/5): settimana piacevole presso Armin - Struttura tranquilla in zona tranquilla, camera lettera G comoda e abbastanza spaziosa per due persone, comoda in dieci minuti scarsi si raggiunge il centro, al ritorno ci si mette un po' di piu' sia come tempo che come fatica essendo la struttura in salita rispetto al centro citta'. Biancheria da letto e da bagno a disposizione. Parcheggio coperto e scoperto all'interno del cortile. Purtroppo non servivano piu' la colazione; alcuni dettagli come da foto andrebbero rivisti; la dotazione per le pulizie piuttosto scarsa; scarsa illuminazione esterna della struttura; consiglio di delimitare gli spazi del parcheggio con strisce a terra in modo che gli ospiti parcheggino in modo corretto per 6 auto. Ho trovato eccessivo un supplemento di ben 25 euro al giorno per un cane minuscolo.

- Adrienn (10/5): Jól éreztük magunkat, kényelmes volt. - Jó helyen van, szép, jó hogy van saját parkolója is. Jól felszerelt a konyha is, tágas, kényelmesen elfértünk 5-en. A wi-fi nem mindig volt jó sajnos. Egy ruhaszárítót hiányoltam.
- Rinaldas (4/5): Kaina už paslaugas turėtų būti žymiai mažesnė - Netoli miestelio centro Neveikė buitiniai prietaisai (TV, šaldytuvas, gartraukis, dalis apšvietimo), garso izoliacija- 0, girdisi kaip kaimynai naudojasi vonia, apšvietimas labai prastas, pietų stalas įrengtas siaurame koridoriuje tarp lauko ir tualeto durų. Pateikus pretenzijas šeimininkai nesiteikė pašalint trūkumų

- Dávid (8/5): - Ágyak nagyon kényelmesek voltak, hűtött lakás várt minket. Lakás stílusa nagyon szép volt, gyönyörű kilátás az erkélyről, hatalmas pálmafák. Saját parkolója van. Lakásba beérve dohány szagot éreztünk, én nem dohányzok így nagyon kiérződött.

- Drach (8/5): Хороше місце для відпочинку як в домашніх умовах - В апартаментах було все, що потрібно - можна було готувати їсти, комфортно спати, кондиціонер, навіть засіб від комарів. Поряд є магазин, де можна придбати продукти. Дуже сподобалися ставні на вікнах, закривши які створювалася цілковита темрява і було комфортно спати. Місцями був слабкий сигнал wi-fi (ми жили на 3 му поверсі). Інколи було чутно інших гостей. Хоч місця парковки і були визначені, деякі гості могли ставити свій авто, на чуже місце. Але це питання більше до гостей. Можливо, господарям варто збирати інформацію про авто гостей і краще впорядковувати цей момент на етапі заселення. Але це не так критично, тому що поряд була можливість поставити авто у дворі. Трохи далеко ходити пішки з дитиною на пляж. Бажано їздити на авто

- Ines (10/5): - Villa Armin je jako lijepo uređena, sobe su stilski vrlo ukusno namještene te je cijeli prostor vrlo ugodan. Ima sve potrebne sadržaje za boravak, a nama je bilo važno i to da dopušta smještaj kućnih ljubimaca (uz nadoplatu). Osigurano je parkirno mjesto. Neki gosti se ne drže rasporeda parkiranja i staju na parkirna mjesta drugih apartmana. To naravno nije prigovor vlasnicima jer se kod dolaska kasno komunicira gdje treba parkirati, ali možda bi se moglo još dodatno naglasiti gostima da se toga drže.
- Angela (8/5): - Super Lage. In die Stadt sind es nur 10 Minuten entfernt, zurück mit dem Taxi kostet es nur ca 12 Euro. Gute Klimaanlage, super Ausstattung sogar eine kleine Kaffeemaschine war dabei.Zwei Kühlschranke und Geschirr. Fernseher hat nicht funktioniert oder wir haben es nicht geblickt :-) war aber auch nicht schlimm

- Wojciech (10/5): Świetne miejsce do dyskretnego wypoczynku! Super lokalizacja! - Przestronny, czysty apartament, lokalizacja, parking pod dachem, otoczenie (piękny park), sklep spożywczy tuż obok, swoboda wypoczynku. Bardzo miła atmosfera. Wszystko mi się podobało 😁

- lesley (8/5): Mooie en rustige villa op goede locatie. - Heel proper. Goede en rustige ligging. De oude stad is vlot bereikbaar. Klein warenhuis op 50 m van de Villa. Overdekte ( schaduw) plaats voor de auto.
- Adrienn (10/5): - Gyalog is kényelmesen megközelíthető a központ. Második emeleti szobát kaptunk és végre az első szállás Rovinjban, ahol nem a pók és szúnyogirtással kellett kezdenem a beköltözést. Biztosan fogunk itt szállást foglalni a jövőben. 😊 Nem volt ilyen
- Gianluca (8/5): Vacanza rovigno - Ambiente spazioso e pulito, ottima la possibilità del posto auto riservato e gratuito nel cortile della struttura. Peccato per la mancanza totale di una figura di riferimento fisica alla reception e il costo per i due cagnolini un po’ eccessivo.
- Hernyes (10/5): - 3fős családdal voltunk. Az apartman már klímával bekapcsolva várt. Nagyon stílusos és minőségi a berendezés. Az óváros 15perc séta. Vissza felé "mini taxival jöttünk" hogy ne keljen dombot mászni. 10euró :D bőven megérte. Kis bolt kb. 50-m re. Strand 20perc. De ott van rengeteg parkoló úgy hogy ez nem volt probléma.

- Flaviemme (9/5): Godere Rovigno. - L'ampiezza della camera e dell'appartamento. Dotati di tutto il necessario anche per cucinare. La posizione dista poco più di un kilometro dal centro a piedi e è situata in zona tranquilla. Arredi e finiture in legno fatti da artigiani e di buon pregio anche se ormai non più attuali. Buona e varia la colazione. Alcuni segni di manutenzione disattenta lasciano trasparire un lento decadimento. Il materasso è abbastanza duro e al mattino gli effetti si fanno sentire. Il rumore del frigo in camera potrebbe dar fastidio a chi ha un sonno leggero.
