Auf Wünsche wurde sofort eingegangen und jederzeit unterstützt. Dieses Hotel hat 5 Sterne verdient. Alles sauber und gepflegt. Besonderes Lob an Raphael, der uns jederzeit eine Hilfe war.

• Lisa-Marie (8/5): - Das Personal war sehr freundlich. War ein angenehmes und ruhiges Hotel. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ziemlich klein mit wenig Auswahl. Die Sauberkeit am Zimmer war ok. Das Spannleintuch wurde kein einziges Mal gewechselt, hat mir nicht so gut gefallen (9 Tage Aufenthalt). Pool Benutzung ist leider nur bis 20 Uhr möglich, was ich sehr schade gefunden habe. Die Gegend ist auf jeden Fall eher was für Jugendliche, viel Party! Ziemlich laut. Menschen die nicht wissen wie man sich anständig kleidet!!

• John (8/5): - Nell'insieme ci siamo trovati bene, però a mio avviso hanno provato all'inizio a fare i furbetti... Ci hanno dato una camera piccolissima (nella prenotazione è scritto tripla standard) con il terrazzino esterno prospicente la scala che dava alle camere, costringendoci a stare rinchiusi in camera con le tende tirate perché tutti passando ci vedevano dentro e con il condizionatore sopra le nostre teste, la prima notte orribile...il mattino o ci cambiavano la stanza o ce ne tornavamo in Italia, la sera prima sembrava non ce ne fossero disponibili, poi è saltata fuori... e da lì è incominciata tutta un'altra vacanza, pregi, ci cambiavano le lenzuola e gli asciugamani tutti i gg, ottima colazione anche se un poco tardi per i miei standard 08.30, sono abituato aa alzarmi presto per fare escursioni e gite varie. Altra cosa ho pagato € 1.971,84 vs € 1.960,84 come da voi indicato nella prenotazione. Nel complesso però le bellezze di Zante e le gite fatte nell'isola ci hanno ripagato di alcuni "disservizi" dell'Hotel, se devo dare un voto direi 7,5/8. Saluti John
• Alessia (10/5): - Wir waren im Mai 2023 dort. Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und vielfältig! Das Personal war super freundlich, am Anfang des Aufenthaltes wurden einem auf einer Karte alle Orte gezeigt, die man auf Zakynthos unbedingt besuchen muss, inklusive Restaurant Empfehlungen! Straße mit allen Clubs und Bars ist 3 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Es war wirklich alles top! Wir können dieses Hotel nur weiterempfehlen!!!!

Everyone’s priority is that the guests have a great time so they do whatever is needed for that to happen. The pool and the garden are as well great ! The only minus I could say is that the room wasn’t what I expected being in a an older wing of the resort . But because we didn’t spent time in the room we really didn’t care . Also the mattress is comfortable so we had a good sleep . We totally recommend the resort for long stays ( we stayed 6 nights ) . Thank you !

Het ontbijt is heel uitgebreid en veranderd elke dag een klein beetje. Echte aanrader als je dicht bij het strand wil verblijven maar niet in de drukte

They seriously do go above and beyond and even found my jacket I left in the taxi and are shipping it back to me in London and even refused my offered reward! So kind and a great hotel in a great location but still quiet.

• Severin (8/5): tolle Ferien - Das Cactus Hotel ist gut gepflegt und die Crew ist sehr hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück hat eine gute Variation und schmeckt ausgezeichnet. Das Zimmer ist sehr schön. Schade ist die sehr dürftig ausgestattete Kochnische. Auf Anfrage haben wir aber umgehend eine zweite Platte und eine zweite Pfanne erhalten. Auch die Mückengitter waren bei unserer Wohnung leider nicht mehr vorhanden. Das Hotel liegt optimal bezüglich Strand und ist ruhig! Die Parkmöglichkeiten mit dem Auto sind auch super. Sehr schöne, gelungene Ferien!!

• George (10/5): An excellent hotel for a week in Zakynthos - This hotel is really good. Only a few minutes walk from the main road of Laganas where there are plenty of bars and restaurants, whether you want to have a night out or just a nice quiet dinner, everything is on offer. There’s a supermarket literally 1 minute walk away which is also handy and the beach is probably 6 or 7 minutes walk where you’ll find more places to eat and drink and amazingly warm water to swim in. Regarding the hotel and the room itself, I was in one of the budget rooms but it was still in my opinion more than comfortable and very clean. I wouldn’t have even classified it as “budget”. The pool area is great and the pool itself is heated. The buffet breakfast (which they serve to you) in the morning is delicious and they change the variety slightly each day. Lastly and I think most importantly the staff at this hotel are incredibly friendly and helpful, particularly Dennis who I think runs the place. Always trying to be as accommodating as possible. I would certainly stay here again.

• Elvira (8/5): - In vacanza con la mia famiglia. Bella struttura, 3 min a piedi per raggiungere la spiaggia più bella di Laganas. Camera comoda, spaziosa, unica pecca il bagno, piccolo e secondo me da ristrutturare. Pulizia tutte le mattine. Colazione a buffet non molto varia ma abbondante e di ottima qualità. Alla reception sono tutti gentilissimi e disponibili. Simpaticissima la signora Anna che parla anche L italiano ed è sempre pronta a risolvere qualsiasi tipo di problema. Il bar dell’ hotel da direttamente sulla piscina e per i più piccoli c è una seconda piscina con acqua bassa. Lo consiglio vivamente. Buono il rapporto qualità prezzo .

Il personale è stato molto gentile e disponibile, ci ha dato ottimi consigli per visitare l'isola ed affittare una macchina. La posizione è molto buona, vicino al mare e ai locali (ma comunque ad una distanza tale che consente di poter stare tranquilli). Belli la piscina ed il bar a bordo piscina.

• Tarran (6/5): - Property was similar to pictures. Because of the price point and location, it's a popular destination for 18-20 year olds from UK/ Ireland. It's far enough off of the main strip to not hear the club music, but with tile on the floors/ walls/ stairwells, the sound travels a LOT when people come back from the bars between 2-7am. If you want the thrills and party scene of Laganas, it's a great spot and good value for the money. If you want a relaxing Greek island vacation, this isn't the hotel for you.
• Maria (10/5): Clean and friendly hotel - very close to the beach - Fantastic location - located close to the beach but far enough from the Laganas party strip. The staff were fabulous!! Thank you so much!!! They were always very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was delicious and included both continental and English breakfast. We had a wonderful time. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
• Alex (10/5): Spacious family suite & close to beach - We stayed at a newly built family suite with one double bed and one single beds. We also had one veranda-style balcony and one smaller one. Overall hotel part of the establishment is great, with decent breakfast and two swimming pools.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Great location for party animals! - The host and staff were super nice and very helpful. The hotel itself is located in the Lagunas area of Zakynthos, which is like party central for British teenagers (think of it as Caribbean Spring Break for Americans). Loud music plays until roughly 1 AM in the area. The hotel itself has an outdoor bar and pool area. The pool closes at 7PM which keeps the crowd small, but the music still plays on high until after midnight. You have to run the A/C in your room in order to drown out the noise to go to sleep. The other issue I had was the wireless internet was so slow in our room that it took 5 minutes just to load one webpage. Even our paid international data plan didn't work well in the area. So, this place is heaven if you are looking to party all night long, but if you are older and just looking to do touristy activities, I'd suggest booking a stay in another part of the island and avoid the Lagunas area. Thankfully the locals in the area are very understanding, friendly and intuitive, and made our experience tolerable.

Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are a bit run-down, bathroom shower area is very small. Clean overall. Kettle isnt clean inside, so we boil water with pan (no pot).
• Alex (10/5): Perfect place for a Zante getaway - Lovely hotel, clean, super friendly staff, very central, close to the beach. It's all you need for a getaway in Zante. Highly recommend this place. Only note: Be aware that if you want to use the safety deposit box in your room, it's an extra cost of 20 Euros a week. Not a problem at all, but you should be aware.

• Jordan (6/5): Okay hotel close to beach - Our room was only cleaned for a maximum of 3 minutes the cleaners rush in and rush out the quickly mop over the floor around any objects they don't clean under tables chairs etc. It was a basic room but comfy beds. We had an ants nest on our balcony which was extremely annoying. There is no English tv channels, the toilets in the reception area are full of flies as you walk down the stairs! Wifi is absaloutly useless you are lucky to be connected for 20 minutes and when you are connected a very poor connection! I only recommend if you are staying here just to sleep.
• Bond (10/5): Paradise Hotel - We felt like crying when we left the hotel because we loved everyone on the staff and how well they treated us! When we arrived, there was a young man, Nikos, that was quite polite and welcomed us to Greece. Anna and Margarita, the day staff, were fantastic! They went out of their way to satisfy us as customers, cooked us a great breakfast, made the best coffee, and even bought a birthday cake for my fiancé! They had a beautiful-clean pool, but there were so many interesting Greek people to speak with at the bar, we never had time to try the pool! We will definitely return the first chance that we get because we left with the key! HA! HA!

• Gabriel (8/5): Zakynthos Cactus hotel - Everything was fine and beautiful. The cleaning is not made properly, under the beds is dust. At the reception, the guy from there was very unfriendly with us. Not even a good welcome to say when we arrived there. He tell me you need to pat aditional 112 eur for ac and safety deposit.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Great place to stay at, 3 mins walk to the beach - We had a great time there, hotel is really close to the beach and the main street with clubs, restaurants, tourist shops and everything. They 1 bigger pool, like 5x6 meters and the smaller one for kids as well. There is a market right next to it, but it's really expensive by the way. I highly recommend renting a scooter or quad to truly experience the whole island. It's beautiful!
