• Terri (6/5): - Air conditioned room was good. Room was clean except for finding 3 baby roaches in the bathroom. Only one hand towel was provided. Had to get another one for 2nd person. Office door was locked @ 240pm. Had to call staff toet us in to get checked in.

• Melissa (10/5): Vacation for rod run - To start off I would give more stars if I could for the service the staff provided during our stay. Yes this is an older hotel and I kept that in mind. So for that it was clean and comfortable. The bed was a bit harder than I like but that is a personal preference. The elevator was out during our stay but the managers of the hotel were very helpful in getting our luggage up and down during check in and check out. We had one of the updated rooms so we had hard floors vs some of the rooms having carpet which I also like as it does help the room feel cleaner to me. This hotel is also in a great location to everything.

• kathy (10/5): - The view of the river was fantastic. I would take my lunch down there and go eat it. I did walk to the trolley station every day. There is shops there at the old mill. You can choose to eat at the old Mill restaurant if you want to I don’t know the prices of it. I packed my own food and I cooked in my room, but that’s just me because I’m frugal like that I didn’t swim in the pool. I don’t even know if it was open, but I didn’t see anybody in it. • Jennifer (10/5): Perfect stay for Labor Day Weekend! - Perfect stay for our weekend! Room was very comfortable, just needed some air freshener for some mustiness. Beds and pillows were as comfy as an expensive hotel. Shower was perfect with a large shower head. Only issue was not being able to extend our stay through hotels.com. It was still affordable to add the night before Labor Day ($72 with taxes and fees). We would stay here again for sure!

• Tiffany (2/5): - 2025 review - i've stayed before with good experiences, but this has gone downhill since then I guess. Our room smelled of cigarette smoke so bad that it stank up our clothes. I messaged the hotel complaining and said if it couldn't air out we would have to leave. Nothing changed, we checked out a night early and were denied a refund for the night we didn't stay. Wouldn't stay again, wouldn't recommend you stay here if you value an actually smoke-free room. Go elsewhere.

• Mary Jo (2/5): - The pictures online of this hotel did not look like anything like the actual site. The beds were very uncomfortable. No blankets, just the thin cover used for decor. No coffee pot in the room. The coffee in the lobby was old with no sweetener options. The toilet paper holder was missing, so the paper was stuck on the side of the the rack. Old, outdated decor. Due to my mother being disabled and the elevator out of order, I was not able to have the river view room I booked. Very little parking available.

• Raymond (6/5): - The river side view was extra and it was not even on the river side it was like a side view that was not worth the extra money because all the rooms had a side view of the river our room was nonsmoking but everybody was smoking outside the rooms and the the smoke smell was coming through the ac unit so our room still smelt like smoke !
• Judy (6/5): Value for the money - The bed was average type and the comfort was OK. The toilet roll holder kept falling off. The staff was friendly.. It was a good value for the price. I was not expecting an luxury room for the price I paid, it was a place to sleep.

• Kim (2/5): Horrible hotel - There was dried urine on toilet stool and seat of toilet, very little toilet paper, no small sample of soap or shampoo, TV wouldn’t work, battery missing from TV remote, no sheet on bed under comforter Will never come back to this motel again Tried it get a refund for second night so I could go to another hotel but got the run around since I booked with hotels.com and motel is owned by OYO so co owner at front desk said they could not give refund that it had to be authorized by OYO and when representative from hotels.com tried to contact OYO, we were put on hold for over 30 minutes and no one ever answered.

• Mia (2/5): The room was clean, but I don’t care. - Desk agent initially fave me dirty room. Second room had no wash rags so had to use a hand towel to wash. The outlets were all buried under furnature, except for one. I generally need three plug-ins to work comfortably. When I got there, a seedy black guy in a green lanturn t-shirt was pretending to smoke a cigarette, walking back-and-forth on every floor and scoping cars coming in at check-in time. I definitely felt watched. Neighbors were talking at night and I heard every creek in the steel walkways outside. I small a black bug at some point. A neighbor woke me up at 9:15, knocking at the door directly next to mine because her keycard wouldn’t work. Walked out to get shower stuff at 10, and mine didn’t work coming back, either. They didn’t have conditioner, only shampoo, and oh yeah, no breakfast. This hotel did practically everything wrong, not just one or two things, like I would expect. It was honestly the worst stay I’ve ever had.

• Christian (2/5): - Rating: 1/10 Yeah, I get it—it’s a low-budget hotel and most guests are probably just looking for something cheap. But still, this was rough. The front desk said our room was ready, so we headed up, and the first thing that hit us was the smell—like old mildew, kind of like walking into a funeral home. The pillowcases were dirty with hair on them, and the bed had a huge sag in the middle. Worst part? We found a random pill sitting on the bathroom counter. If you’ve got kids, definitely check the room carefully. All in all, not a great experience.

Again staff was friendly and accommodating so we still are giving a good review price was good for being right in Pigeon Forge on the parkway. We liked it.

Didn’t get my money back and didn’t even stay the night because my safety felt at risk more than once in 5 minutes.

• Mary (6/5): - Water was red when first turning on the shower. Loud garbage pickup ~4:30 am Saturday morning. Room smelled musty (like old 70s wooden paneling) but looked clean. Nice river view at the back of the property.
• Stephanie (4/5): - This hotel was supposed to be all newly renovated rooms. It was not! The rooms still had the old 70s wood paneling walls and old 70s stained furniture. Old stained rickety bathrooms horrible uncomfortable beds and this thin bed cover that was more like a sheet than a blanket. Not surprisingly I was attacked by bed bugs on my stay here. Got bit all over and had to leave my luggage outside when I got home so I could clean and sterilize everything one at a time before bringing back in my house so I didn’t carry bed bugs in my house.
• Selena (6/5): - Have stayed herenin the past. Knew it was older but had previously been taken better care of. Room smelled musty and there was hair in the shower. No new towels or room cleaning service for a 2 night stay yet there were only 3 towels and washrags for 2 people. Such low water pressure shower was difficult to feel clean and soap free. Toilet moved when sat on and tub spout pulled from wall when turning on shower. Bathroom ceiling tiles were stained and moldy. Updated rooms shown on expedia was not what i received.

I had a reservation, host was very nice, went to my room and it was clear it hadn't been cleaned for a while during the off season, and water ran rusty for a bit. Not ideal but livable, but the ac didn't work so the host was happy to help me change rooms. They were swapping between registration systems so that may have been part of it. Next room had a few issues too so i ended up leaving earlier than planned.

• Brigette (2/5): Highly unsatisfied - Checked in after 3pm for my weekend stay when I came back for the evening I was approached by a male demanding me to give him my name. I refused he stated he would just go to the front desk to get it. I entered my room and immediately called the front desk. The receptionist stated that that was her boss she needed to verify who I was because I wasn’t supposed to be in that room. The room was the one the receptionist gave me the key for when I checked in. The room was half renovated and nothing like the pictures posted on the add. I felt very uncomfortable and was lucky I had my husband with me. If I hadn’t paid for the weekend I would have left after the encounter with the so called manager who never identified hisself as management nor did he look professional at all. I will not be staying here again.

I was never even offered a refund from the front desk and the staff member didn't seem at all surprised then I said my room had bugs. It was a nice room otherwise. I was very disappointed and have never had issues like this at this property. How do I request my money back?

• Vicky (2/5): - We want down to pigeon Forge to enjoy the ball fall for New Year’s Eve the first day there after checking the beds notice water cap on floor and a piece of paper that night after turn in the bathroom light there was a cockroach on the wall ..the next day my father passed away and we had to get back to Ohio and the office act like they didn’t wanna refund the money for that night even after I told them what happened and turned the key in before 1130 I should of gotten two night refund

• Wendy (6/5): - This place was very dated, but it was clean. Very affordable for the area, but that means very bare bone basics. It was easy to walk to many sites around us. Front desk staff was friendly and available. As an aside, I would not want to visit the town of Pigeon Forge again— it was way too touristy in a Las Vegas, Nevada kind of way.
• Darian (2/5): Roaches! - We left early because they had roaches. Our room was not ready when we got there like promised at 3 o’clock. We had to wait until after four. The cleaning lady had her kids running around the whole time., there were two washcloths for three nights and two people. The mattress pad had stains on it where it had not been washed. Luckily, I brought my own sheets and pad because everything was nasty. The shower was clean. Needless to say, I will not be staying here again
