• Sergio (1/5): - Cuando llegue, nos cancelaron la habitación, que, porque habían tenido un problema en las habitaciones, pero eso no fue así, ya que otros amigos se hospedaron ahi y nos comentaron que no había nada, que estaba lleno el hotel, la diferencia fue, que yo había reservado por medio de booking y ellos NO, en pocas palabras, por haber reservado, por medio de Booking, nos quitaron la habitación, porque vendieron de más las habitaciones.

• Kathy (4/5): - We were not informed that the street was blocked off and we had to park 3 blocks away. The restaurant is only open for breakfast. The terrace is a big ZERO. The description for this property is not accurate.

• VICENTE (8/5): - Lo positivo de la ubicación del hotel es que se encuentra justo en la plaza principal de Tequila. Lo negativo es que no cuenta con estacionamiento en el lugar y hay que estacionarse a 4 calles. Cerca del hotel se encuentran museos, casas tequileras, mercado, tiendas. Sin embargo, dependiendo del plan en que vayas, podrías encontrar que es un poco ruidoso porque el movimiento en la plaza principal termina tarde y por las mañanas las campanas de la iglesia inician a sonar muy temprano. Otro punto a considerar es la firmeza de los colchones; desde mi punto de vista, son muy firmes y no los sentí muy cómodos.

My only other concern is that the room had very little lighting. They need to add more updated LED lighting. ---------------- El hotel era muy bonito y me encantó el garaje interior. • Donald (6/5): - The staff were so very friendly and very professional and helpful but from there, it went downhill no hot water for a shower. The bed is hard as a rock. The dogs that are behind the hotel bark all night long, but the staff are wonderful if they would update the hotel, it would be wonderful.

• Randall (2/5): Stay away - The location If you stay here be careful. The heavy man that works the morning shift will steal your deposit. It cost me 1000 pesos. They're thieves. Make sure you get a receipt, better yet stay somewhere else. I would rate them a 0 if I could. No hot water and very few amenities. It's a 2 star hotel at Best

• Rodrigo (10/5): - El hotel es bueno actualmente varias habitaciones están en mantenimiento lo cual puedo limitar la cantidad de habitaciones para ocupar. El personal sumamente amable y las habitaciones muy cómodas. Poco a nulo sonido de habitaciones contiguas. Cuenta con todos los servicios necesarios y hasta con shuttle al aeropuerto. Regresaría sin dudarlo.

My goddess the pillows it was the worst I never ever seen in my life. It was very difficult to get sleep.

• Angelica (6/5): Pleasant - Convenient location, close to central plaza and town church, restaurants, shops, The problem is there are drinking bars with loud music and people screaming. I am writing this review at 11:30 pm cause it's impossible to fall as sleep with all the noise outside. At checking, I was informed that if I was to make the payment for the reservation with debit or credit card, it was gonna be $200 mexican pesos ( 11 dollars)more than initial Booking.com reservation fees. Just for the simple fact that I was paying with a card. I mentioned to the front desk person that I wasn't aware of such a requirement and that maybe it should be noted on the booking sites. After that, he wasn't as friendly anymore. There is a small wall tv in the room, but it wasn't functioning very well. There is a nightstand lamp that is not working. It's not worth $1300 + $200 pesos ($78.00 dollars)😮‍💨🙂‍↕️

The location was perfect, walking distance to shops, distilleries and great food My husband and as bitten by bugs. He had an allergic reaction and needed antibiotics for the welts to calm down

• Espinoza (3/5): Poor - Location was perfect The beds are extremely uncomfortable, I left with neck and shoulder pain. After every shower the water would literally traveled to the bedroom area. They should charge more and invest in the property.
• Tim (10/5): Still hard to pass up - This is a quaint hotel with excellent central location. Unfortunately the room I like which is adjacent to the convenient and attractive lobby is run down a bit. One lamp without a bulbs for example. The bedding also can be improved.

• Angela (5/5): Was an ok for a quick stay - The location of this property was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed we slept on was the most uncomfortable thing ever. The matrimonial bed was barely a full size and not very accommodating for anyone 6’0 feet tall or taller.

• Angel (10/5): Great stay for the price! - Little room with the essentials! The only thing missing was a wash cloth so don’t forget yours or just buy one in the nearby stores. There’s no clothes hangers either. The AC is awesome! It is in the downtown/plaza area so it gets pretty loud really early. You are in the heart of the area. Just very convenient . At any rate I would still book this place again.
