- Erika (8/5): Ich würde das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen. - Super zentrale Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Schloss, zur Altstadt und vielen Restaurants und Terrassen. Historisches Gebäude mit viel Atmosphäre. Nettes Restaurant im Haus. Das Bad ist renovierungsbedürftig. Etwas Lärm durch unter dem Hotel verlaufendem Strassenbahntunnel und Geräuschen vom Platz.

A személyzet rendkívül kedves volt a tartózkodásom alatt. A szoba teljesen megfelelt az elvárásaimnak, tiszta volt és időre el is készül. Pár napos városlátogatásra tökéletesen megfelelő.

- Urs (5/5): - Das Gebäude hat Charme und die Lage ist top. Mein Zimmer war sehr in die Jahre gekommen, die Matratze durchgelegen und das Bad sanierungsbedürftig. Sehr ärgerlich, da andere Zimmer zum gleichen Preis offenbar in einem deutlich besseren Zustand sind. Das Personal ist zudem komplett desinteressiert, spricht teilweise kaum Englisch, was an diesem Standort zu diesem Preis selbstverständlich sein müsste.

- Anna (10/5): Coś wspaniałego - Wspaniałe i wyjątkowe miejsce z charakterem i duszą. Uwielbiam takie. Widok na Kolumnę Zygmunta i Plac Zamkowy - po prostu magiczny. Drewniane, podwójne okna, starodawne meble, pamiątki z epoki. Mogłabym tam zamieszkać :)

- Wonanee (8/5): Centralissimo e molto comodo - Posizione centralissima di fronte al palazzo reale, stanza comoda con anche uno scrittoio e set di tazza piatto e posate per la colazione. Presente phon da parete (stile quelli da piscina) doccia ampia e con sediolino pieghevole per sedersi. Presente anche detersivo per i piatti e una spugnetta per lavarli. In bagno lo scaldasalviette ha temperatura regolabile e nel resto della stanza c'è il riscaldamento centralizzato. Letto comodo e cuscino molto grande e morbido. Presente anche tv che trasmette reti locali. Il segbale wifi ben forte in tutta la struttura. Presente nel corridoio che porta alle stanze frigorifero a uso condiviso e stazione con distributore di acqua fredda e calda e bustine dibthe, caffè e zucchero. Disponibile ascensore montacarichi per arrivare al piano (3) e libri in varie lingue che possono essere presi in prestito. A 10 m dall'hotel è presrntr un carrefour express aperto quasi tutto il giorno, ma considerate che la.scelta di prodotti (es.shampoo, bagnoschiuma, del tutto assente baldamo o spuma per capelli) è molto limitata . Le prese elettriche sono di tipo europeo a 2 spinotti (non a 3). Infine a 10' dall'hotel c'è il capolinea del bus di linea 175 che in 40' porta all'aeroporto. La serratura della stanza un cui ho alloggiato (camera 28) è difettosa e richiede più tentativi per essere aperta sia dall'esterno...che dall'interno. Ho segnalato la cosa alla reception al check out quindi magari avranno risolto. Per il resto preciso solo (ma non è un aspetto negativo è che non c'è un'area note su booking) che l'hotel non è accessibile a persone in sedia a rotelle infatti sono presenti gradini sia all'ingresso che per accedere ad alcune delle camere e la doccia ancorché abbia il piatto a livello ha un vetro scorrevole (almeno nella stanza 28) che non è largo a sufficienza per jl passaggio di una sedia a rotelle.

- Anu (9/5): - The location is excellent and the rooms very clean. The 24h service desk was reassuring. The rooms are not very modern, but that adds to the coziness of the place. The location was very difficult to find, for some reason Google Maps did not find the right location. When finally there, the location right over the main square of the old town was marvellous.

- Virginia (7/5): - Quirky and characterful place to stay right in the heart of the old town. We had a lovely, big, bright room overlooking the square. This made it noisy but also very interesting and the noise stopped before we slept.

Rommet også vakkert og flott utsikt! Det eneste som dro litt ned for meg var en lav durende lyd fra radiatoren. Jeg sov på tross av den, men ikke optimalt.

- Ksenia (10/5): - В самия центъра на стария град,изглед от прозореца към площада. Чисто и уютно.Наоколо много заведения и магазини. Имаше апарат за топла и студена вода ,разтворимо кафе и чай. Нямаше проблем да си оставим багажа по рано. Пишеше ,че в коридора има кафе машина ,но нямаше ,но заведенията отварят рано и има къде да се пие кафе и да се закуси.

- Casandra (7/5): Not an accessible building - The location is in old town, making it very easy to get to restaurants, shops, sites, etc. The bed was very comfortable. I traveled during December and my room was warm and the bed was very comfortable. The duvet felt like a weighted blanket. Had a great nights sleep. Staff was lovely and accommodating I would not recommend this place to anyone with mobility or dis/ability issues or anyone carrying luggage or with children. This is not your traditional hotel, but more so a dorm style apartment building converted to a hotel. It’s an old building with an extensive amount of stairs and requires an extensive amount of walking and heavy lifting. There is a lift, but You have to continuously press on the button in order for it to move, which is difficult when you’re handling multiple objects. it is very slow, so I ended up having to walk down 6-7 flights of stairs with my luggage. Additionally, there is no signage to indicate what floor you’re on so i had toThe hallways didn’t have clear signage for room numbers. The rooms also include traditional room keys that you had to use to lock the door from the inside, which felt like a safety hazard. It was also difficult to find the hotel as I checked in at night and it was very foggy. There is a plaque that says the name of the hotel but it is nearly invisible in the dark.

- Olga (10/5): Старовинний готель у самому центрі - Мені дуже сподобалося найкраще розташування — все поряд. Я обожнюю старі будівлі, і готель саме в такій. Ліфт, де потрібно весь час тримати кнопку, такого я ще не бачила. Але прекрасно що він є. З вікон відкривається неймовірний краєвид — саме заради цього я й бронювала номер, і отримала те, що хотіла. Є окрема кімната з чаєм, кавою, кип’ятком та холодною водою — дуже зручно. Все було чудово

- Anna (10/5): Goście byli zachwyceni standardem pokoju, jego klimatem, my natomiast jesteśmy wyjątkowo zadowoleni z podejścia obsługi - Czyste, ładne pokoje (klimatyczne, z duszą) z widokiem na stare miasto, goście byli zachwyceni. W obiekcie jest winda (działa w bardzo interesujący sposób, ale działa i nie trzeba targać rzeczy na trzecie piętro samemu) co jest nietypowe dla obiektów na starym mieście.

The elevator is the slowest I've ever used; it tests your patience but that's part of the experience. Overall we were very satisfied with our stay.
