- Jose (9/5): Lo bueno y las Oportunidades de mejora - La alberca está climatizada, calientita, excelente lugar, rodeada de plantas cubriendo del viento. Habitación muy amplia y con refrigerador. Buena iluminación de la habitación. Me gustó que cobren 100 pesos por hora después del checkout, es decir, no toda la cuota de otra noche, muy bien por esto. No había conexión para cable de red, solo wifi. El comedor abre a las 7:30am, ya no alcanzaba a desayunar (en otros lugares desde las 6am ya abren) y me iba a trabajar sin desayunar, pues entraba a laborar a las 8am.

Food service was slow and unwelcoming. Ended up leaving property to eat out in town. Had to request pool side drinks and waited over 30 minutes.

- Manuel (9/5): Great hotel and facilities. Windows need noise reduction. - Modern and clean hotel. Rooms actually look like the photos available on the website. Nice hotel overall. Great food. Being so close to the airport rooms should have double windows to stop the noise from trains and airplanes. Very loud at times. Expensive breakfast but great options on the buffet.

I had wanted to leave some stamped post cards with the desk personnel to mail for me, but they said they couldn't provide this service.

- Areli (10/5): Es un hotel que me encanta, es un oasis dentro de Silao - En esta ocasión no desayuné pero en otras visitas sí he comido , el lugar es bonito, agradable y el personal muy atento, la calidad de la comida es buena! yo soy muy estricta en la limpieza, en general estaba limpio pero me pareció que el piso de la ducha faltaba de fregar, no llevaba sandalias y por ende me cuesta confiar en un piso que no se ve tan limpio
