- Bruce (5/5): Too expensive, for a small town! In North Dakota, and it was nothing exceptional! - Location! No blankets, called the front desk about needing towels, they didn’t answer. I went down to the front desk and she was on the computer. No breakfast! Bathroom mirror was too high for my wife, and the price was too high!
- Jessica (1/5): - This was the worst hotel experience I have had. The staff was very unfriendly. The rooms and the waiting area were dirty. We went for dinner and drinks in the bar and although our waitress was very friendly, the wait to get drinks and food was outrageous. The sheets on our bed when we got to the hotel had a blood stain on them and when I asked for new sheets, I was given them, but no apologies for the dirty sheets, which was disgusting. The ceiling fan in the bathroom was black. The cops were called on three different occasions during my stay because of fighting and drunk people wandering around the hotel. Will never go back.

- Jennifer (3/5): Worst stay at that location I have had.very dirty this time all over - The property has always been good and staff friendly. The halls and rooms were filthy this time. It’s never been so dirty. There was also a party next to us all night and didn’t sleep and they were finally removed at 5 am after I called desk twice. I was told I would be getting some sort of refund but never did.

There was not even a staff member at the front desk to check out. Spend the money to drive to another town and hotel.

- Marty (6/5): Not impressed - Not so good. The hotel was fairly good. The room had a few minor issues. The toilet hanger was busted, the towel rack was loose and fell apart. The flooring in the kitchen area was separating and heaving. The bar closed at 10 pm on a Saturday night. We reserved the hotel because they had a bar! And we thought the food was overpriced especially for the amount we got. We ordered the nachos. Very little meat and sauce.

There were fake eyelashes in the shower and on the floors. Restaurant was understaffed. The food was mediocre at best. We got the prime rib, ordered medium rare came out well done. Mashed potatoes were a mashed up baked potato with instant brown gravy. My wife ordered the shrimp scampi. It was very watery and did not taste good at all.

- Renee (6/5): Dirty rooms - We stay there because of the ability to cook meals. The room had no silverware, the few plates that were available were filthy. The floors were not clean and we had to ask for toilet paper the first day-we only had a small bit on the roll when we checked in

- Sharon (6/5): - The hotel suite had the amenities we were looking for. We found the front desk clerk friendly. The room was comfortable and quiet, but could have been cleaner. The deadbolt lock to the room did not work, several of the light bulbs were burned out, and the sink drained extremely slowly. They did not have enough coffee packets for two guests for two nights, and there was no coffee available at the lobby coffee bar. Even with the issues we found, we will likely stay at this hotel again when we visit this area, as it has been a better experience than the two others we've tried.

The room was large and clean with a fine view of a mostly empty parking lot and an incomplete roadway. Odd and slightly awkward shower with a shower head too high up to adjust for a shorter person. Front desk seems to be staffed only by international workers with no knowledge of the surrounding community (I asked how far the college is from the hotel and the front desk person did not know. Turns out it's about a block away-- visible from the parking lot!)

Loved the size of the room and the closet space The room was very dirty, walls, lamp shades, carpet, cupboards, dishes. Dishes were extremely minimal. Room was run down, towel holder was falling off the wall, cupboards looked worn out. Visible stains all over. Missing furniture.

- Charles (8/5): Hanging at Teddy's :) - We stayed because we had concert tickets at the Casino. We've stayed at a Teddy's before (Watford City, I think) and it was really nice. The only "problem" was our room heater was blasting hot air so bad that we were sweating!! We had to turn the heater unit off. And I also wish there was a free breakfast offering, even a simple continental breakfast. But we would stay again!

She was unaware I am fluent. I had no wash cloths and was told there would not be any till after noon.Check out at 11am. Door would not lock unless we shoved on door. Or close unless less we pulled door hard.

- Bobbi (8/5): Good stay overall. - The hotel was clean and mostly comfortable. The shower was nice but not for infants, so if someone has a baby, they can't give them a proper bath. Bed was comfortable. The heater kept the room nice and warm. The bed could have had a thicker comforter. It's winter time and the room is cold. The heater, although it keeps the room warm, it makes for dehydration for me and my baby. I had to turn the heat down in the middle of the night, but the blankets were thin and we were cold.

- Bethany (4/5): - I stayed here because the restaurant and bar Unfortunately the Service was very poor. Forgot to bring the dressing for the salad. Said it was going to get it. Waited for 10 minutes. Still didn't come forgot to take off from my husband's order on his sandwich two other occasions forgot itwm asked for brought out our appetizer in one minute later, our food didn't ask if we wanted to refill on our drinks until we were completely done eating. Then when we returned for drinks later that evening, both the same girls that were serving food or bartending and already been drinking talking about how drunk they were getting and you could tell it was very sloppy. there were no blinds to close on the windows so the sun was just shining in our face in the morning. No free breakfast which I knew of, but I thought I would give them a shot, but I could've stayed next-door and then just walked over to the restaurant and bar for the poor service we received upon checking in the person at the front desk just spoke to her coworker that was arriving late for opening. The restaurant did not inform us of where the restaurant was. What the hours were what time check out was or even point us in the right direction to where our room might be the next morning, I believe it was one of the guest that is staying there for a longer time due to the fact, he seemed very friendly with the receptionist was sitting outside talking about explicit things wanted to do to someone while drinking liquor @ 8:30am

- Delsey (6/5): Pleasant - That is was clean the staff was friendly. I asked for lower level or near elevator, we were put on 4th floor farthest from the elevator, this has happened to us before. PLUS the remote wouldn't work so we asked someone to check the batteries, manager seemed annoyed and said it wasn't the batteries the remote had to connect with the round sensor on the TV, there wasn't one they had to replace it. Husband didn't like the shower said there wasn't enough pressure took awhile to get soap off. The room was rather small for a king no table or desk area.

- Michael (8/5): - Overall it was a very nice place to stay for a week. Would definitely stay here again. We had a room on the top floor. The views and sunsets were wonderful to watch. Room was spacious and quiet. There was a toaster, cook top, microwave, full fridge in our room. That was nice, since there wasn’t much for restaurants near by. The grocery store downtown was nice if needing a few things. Kind of pricey though. Would have like to see a toaster oven for a better way to cook for a family of 4. The ac worked great. The lady at the front desk was awesome and helpful when we accidently left our room keys in the room. There are a couple closets in the room. Nice to put our stuff in so the room stayed organized. The laundry area was useful for us. Not a bad price to wash and dry. The machines could use a deep cleaning and fixing of the deterrent trays. Wish the hotel would have had a pool and continental breakfast and more things for the kids to do. The exercise room was ok. The treadmill and elipticals were noisy when using. The tv was always loud in there and the blinds were always drawn. The only elevator in the hotel was slow and the stairwells were dark with little to no light. Limited selection in the store by the front desk. There is a restaurant/bar but we didn’t use because the kids weren’t allowed. You have to request housekeeping and let the front desk know when you needed your trash or to get toilet paper or extra towels. A broom or stick vaccine.
