• td0419 (2/5): Would not recommend - This place was a huge disappointment. We booked through Amex expecting a decent experience, but that was not the case. The room was dirty, with trash and hangers just thrown in the closet. The sheets also appeared unclean and had hair and stains on them. What made the experience worse was the attitude of the host. When I arrived, I had no instructions on how to get inside, so I called for help. She insisted that instructions had already been sent, but they had not. She then said that Amex does not provide them with guest email addresses. Instead of trying to resolve the situation, she repeatedly implied that I was mistaken. There was not even an apology for the confusion. Overall, it was a very frustrating experience and far below what we expected.
• Z1431HLsr (6/5): Good location, disrupted night. - Good location to enjoy Traveler’s Rest and visit Furman. Unfortunately other guests in the inn were extremely loud and disruptive in the middle of the night and there is no management on site to address same. The house is far from sound proof so the noise was very disruptive. There was also a lot of road noise through the windows. I wanted to like it more but these factors made sleep impossible.
• Navigator00513206486 (10/5): Best stay at swamp rabbit trail - I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Swamp Rabbit Inn TR. I've already told my husband that I would love to build one similar to it. It was so quiet, clean, was beautifully landscaped. Sam was so nice to our family. The one thing that he did which made me feel like he truly cared was when he asked my son, who's a quadriplegic how the couch house worked for him. Most people could care less as long as they get their money. He was open to suggestions so he could make any necessary upgrades. We are ready to go back right now. Thank you Sam for being such a wonderful host.
• suerohde (2/5): Host is completely unresponsive - no wifi! - I really wanted to love this place. It's a perfect location (2 blocks from my son's place) and the house is adorable. But Pam didn't respond to - get this - FIVE of my texts. The first night, I woke up sweating - it was well over 80 degrees in my room (in January!) and then the heat turned on, so I had heat blasting into the room. I couldn't sleep - I was exhausted. The second night was fine, though. Also, the wifi network they told me to join didn't exist. So I texted her about both (where is the thermostat? Which wifi network should I use?). If I had to do some work while there, I would have had to leave and go to a hotel. I really want to be able to stay here, but I guess I will have to go to a hotel every time I visit my son.

• lisarntravels (2/5): Never got what I paid for - Hello, I stayed at the Travelers Rest Swamp Rabbit Inn from 09/28/2025 - 09/29/2025. Multiple times on the evening of 09/28, I sent text messages and left voice messages to the 864-345-7990 and then to the helpline, 864-517-4617. I never received any response so that I could get access to the private room I had paid for. I have requested a refund from hotels.com because I never had access to the private room I paid for yet they refuse to refund me because hotels.com also cannot get you to respond. I want you to know how truly disappointing this experience has been because I had planned on having guests from PA stay at your inn when they visit me in Travelers Rest.

• Ted (10/5): Great option for Single Room in downtown Greenvill - This SRO w/bath was perfect for my travel need. I was looking for a one-night stay that was on my travel route. I love downtown Greenville, so this fit my bill for a perfect place to stay. The bedroom is comfortable, providing storage and room to move around. My bathroom was divided.. with the sink being in my bedroom and the bath consisting of a toilet and shows. Perfect for my needs.

• R3786HEjoycel (2/5): Would not recommend - The location is great but it the property has been let go, it’s run down and the pictures listed do not represent it well. I specifically asked the owners about the pool for my kids and was told it was open/working. We arrived and the pool was filled not even halfway, the lining is coming off the sides and the bottom was covered with dead bugs/leaves/trash. Very disappointed with our stay.
• T8044RVcathyr (10/5): Great location, great Inn - My husband and I stayed here on the recommendation of a friend and we are glad we did. The host of this B&B was quick to respond to a couple of text questions, which we appreciated. The Inn has a fabulous location - within walking distance of downtown and the trail. There's coffee (keurigs) in the rooms and also in the kitchen. There were mini muffins, a few bagels and yogurt in fridge in the kitchen available for breakfast. We opted to dine at the Swamp Rabbit Cafe for breakfast, so we didn't take advantage of the breakfast offerings. There were fig bars and a few bags of chips available for snacks as well. The inn was very clean and cutely decorated with everything in our room that we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was comfortable and our room included a tower fan (which I very much appreciated as I'm used to using one at home). It was quiet when we were there (I only saw one other patron). I would definitely stay here again and would not hesitate to recommend it to my friends as well.

• Vacation53478903174 (4/5): Better Choices Available - House was setup nicely but our room Magnolia bathroom had chipped paint, cracks in ceiling, toilet would not running after use and entrance door knob missing to point where we got locked out of Bathroom closing the door to avoid toilet noise. The management communication is very poor. Did not get email for checkin and when I called I was blocked. Used my wife’s phone to get thru and they did respond to another email address & texts. When we had the problem with the Bathroom my wife’s phone was also blocked. We asked another visitor & they told us the same thing how they were blocked from calling. After multiple attempts we found out the phone # for an Emergency was old owner who luckily gave us the New Owner personal cell. She did her someone to us in about an hour but it took 4 hours to get thru. The grounds need some work. Breakfast cereal and bagels we not fresh The maintenance rep who showed to help with bathroom was nice. I

Would stay again but with a better understanding that breakfast isn’t really breakfast here - which is ok as there are plenty of options within town. Still happy with our stay and would recommend this as a great alternative to the normal hotel route.
• cathybA488FO (8/5): Great Inn and Great Location - My husband and I went to Greenville for a last minute get away and came across the Inn on Hotels.com. The price was fantastic for a room in the city- honestly a room anywhere. We were skeptical, but the reviews were positive so we went for it and we are so glad we did! Located in the West End area close to the baseball stadium and two blocks to the bike trail. We were able to walk everywhere include Falls Park and the downtown area (a little over a mile) for dinner. The owner, Pam, sent a very detailed email that highlighted all we needed to know for our stay. I have stayed in other self-check-in homes, condos, rooms, etc. and always have had questions in the past about something. I did not at the Swamp Rabbit Inn. The information she probides about a light breakfast is spot on- cereal, yogurt, some bars, etc. The breakfast foods were a little sparse during our stay, some fresh fruit and bottled water would be great additions for guests. There was a lot of "stuff" in the common areas, cabinets, and laundry closet, which made it feel cluttered, but that is just my personal opinion. We were in the Moose room, which was clean and had everything one would need for a stay away from home. The bed was comfortable as were the pillows. The shower/toilet room is really tiny; think cruise ship size, but for just two nights it was not a problem for us. Overall, the Swamp Rabbit Inn was a delightful place to stay. We would return and recommend it to friends and family.
• carlyhO8101CM (2/5): Great location, but I'd suggest you book elsewhere... - I don't review places a whole lot but felt a review would be helpful in this case. This inn has a great location - easy to get to downtown. The house itself is very shabby and not in great condition. Our room, the goat room, was very small and basic. The bathroom was TINY. There wasn't even a toilet paper roll, it was just sitting on a shelf. The "breakfast" was a joke. The website made it seem like it was a fully stocked kitchen - actually "fully stocked" are their exact words. It states, "Also, in the fully stocked kitchen we supply the food and you cook your own breakfast." The only food there was cereal and breakfast bars. Since they used the word "cook," I expected more than cereal. It also states they put out a Kringle every morning - nope. When I texted to inquire about eggs, they stated that they don't supply eggs, just cereal and such. So that's extremely misleading. They call themselves a "bed and breakfast" so they should consider reclassifying themselves as that is not the case. My main issue is with payment. I booked on Hotels.com and paid more money for the "pay at the property" option. I think it was like $10 or $20 more, I can't recall exactly. I received email confirmation that my payment would not be due until we checked in at the property. However, my credit card was immediately charged. I inquired about this and Hotels.com states that the property "doesn't offer that option," which begs the question - "Why is that option available then? And for more money?" I reached out to the hotel themselves and, several days AFTER our stay, I still haven't received a response to the messages I sent over a week ago. It is completely unacceptable to pay more for a "pay later" option, be forced to pay immediately, and not receive a refund for the price difference. There is also literally no one on site to help; so their customer service is non existent. So, if you don't mind tiny living quarters and don't plan to eat breakfast at the hotel, this is a great location and reasonably priced for the downtown location. Just go into it with extremely low expectations and no appetite. :)
• Joseph (10/5): - Perfectly located downtown, just a short two block walk or bike ride to the Swamp Rabbit Trail. Great parking and easy self-serve check in. The cottage shared spaces are well equipped (the kitchen especially) and the décor is fun, personal, and charming. We found our room to be spacious with comfortable bedding and a large bathroom. The breakfast offerings were spot on for a light bite to accompany the well rounded coffee selection. Easy in and out for bike riders. Once you park there is no need to drive anywhere if your destinations are downtown and the trail with its many parks. We will return.

Our room was of a good size with good amenities - our coffee machine didn't work, sink area is pretty small but manageable. Nice kitchen with basic provision for breakfast but with the fridge we can bring our own supplies which is great. I would suggest that the email with instructions to access the property be sent the day before arrival, like most places with a self check-in do.

• paulgY6809XS (4/5): Much Improvement Needed - My first impression of Swamp Rabbit Inn was that it was quite rundown and shabby. With just a little bit of TLC, it could be quite charming. The studio was smaller than expected. I appreciated all of the pine shiplap on the walls and counters - nice touch. There were two coffee cups, but just one spoon and one fork - no bowls even though the reservation was for two. I also appreciated that it was very clean, and the linens were fresh. The very old pull-out sofa was so lumpy and musty smelling, it was almost unusable. Under doctors orders, I needed to stay out of the sun, and would have appreciated using the gazebo, but it had not been cleaned in a very long time. Everything was covered in layers of dust. I feel like it a gem in the heart of TR, but definitely needs care.

There were some maintenance things that needed addressing (broken toilet seat, curtain rod just fell from the wall, Keurig machine didn't work), and floor was pretty dirty (our socks told the story). Nevertheless, it was comfortable, great location downtown. We loved being able to get onto the swamp rabbit trail and bike to unity park. Felt pretty safe there with the personal code check in. We really appreciated the bfast items that were in the kitchen. Overall, a pleasant stay.

I will say I saw no staff the entire time I was there and my room could use a little TLC (dings in walls, cheap sheets). • Donald (8/5): - The room was small and spartan. The bed was placed inappropriately for the space. To get around one side of the bed either of us would hit our knees or shins on the wall or bedframe. If we moved the bed for a way around the bed, the bathroom door could not be fully opened nor closed. I ended up crawling to the end of the bed each time I wanted to leave the bed, which is not easy for a 73-year-old. Also, when we arrived, the room was freezing. We realized the ceiling vents were closed, so I climbed onto a chair to open one for heat. The common areas and kitchen were well stocked and attractive. The location was great, within walking distance to downtown and to the Swamp Rabbit Trail.

The Inn was in a great location very close to Main street, shops, Falls Park and Unity Park. Check in and check out was simple and easy. Strongly recommend.

We returned to our room in the afternoon and found ants on our toothbrushs, in our luggage, on our clothing and on the bed. We called Pam (manager) and she said she couldn’t move us because there was no other room available. She said that we could check out and get a full refund. We still have not received a refund. We are quite disappointed.
• margaretbO7742DW (10/5): Wonderful Way to Explore Greenville - Absolutely the most charming place we've ever stayed! We loved the privacy of our room and own bath but also the mutual trust and honor system shared by all guests for the common spaces. We left our bikes in the hallway, unlocked, as did other guests. Same with food & drinks in the shared fridge. So refreshing! Like staying with friends. We walked to dinner downtown and then to the Peace Center for a show. The next morning, we walked back to West End for breakfast before riding the SRT to Traveler's Rest. The shared kitchen at the Inn is fabulous, but we really wanted a break from my mediocre cooking, so the nearby restaurants were a plus for us. Communication with management was very easy. They were very accommodating with our requests for parking after check-out while we enjoyed a beautiful bike ride. Greenville has so much to offer, including many luxury hotels right downtown, but Swamp Rabbit Inn will be my first choice from now on. Even if you are not a cyclist, you owe it to yourself to stay here.

• michaelgS7920ZH (4/5): Awkward Outdated Dorm. - Inconsistent water heater, inability to control room temperature, and feeling of complete lack of privacy as voices of strangers floated up through the floor made this an overpriced mistake. Add a pitiful breakfast and no included services on the 20" tv and this makes one of the only reviews I cannot find a positive thing to say. I guess it was clean?

The outside doors don't automatically lock, which can be concerning ins house where guests cannot be counted on to lock the doors themselves. Overall I felt safe and I loved the room and would stay again.

The coffee maker in my room didn’t work, and there was a used coffee pod left in it. The toilet chain kept coming off after every other flush but that’s easy to fix. • Carol (2/5): - We booked this property for a festival. We checked in and went out with friends - came back late. Felt like the room was moist, towels not fully dry. Went to bed and woke up in the middle of the night soaked through our pajamas. The mattress was dry on the outer edge but soaked in the middle. When I contacted the owners they implied that we somehow caused the problem. The floor was sticky also. I NEVER give a bad review. I gave them every opportunity. Would not recommend
• Shelly (10/5): - In a very convenient area, close to many places that we could walk to. Very quiet and clean.
• Nancy (8/5): - This is a cute property with a shared kitchen with other guests. It's close to many dining options. They provide fruit, yogurt, muffins for a light breakfast. Get a 1st floor room if you don't do steps well. Our bathroom in the Sheep room was nice but very tight.
• Anne (4/5): - No simple conveniences, no coat hangers for clothes or wet raincoat, no tissues or kleenex, no persons around for help or greeting, do not like loading dishwasher for self serve breakfast, admonished to not eat prepackaged breakfast bars for snacks- instructed to go out on town etc. Worst B and B experince I have had.
• Andrew (10/5): - The place was the cheapest I could find, but the rooms were big and clean, the kitchen was fully stocked, and the check in and out procedures were very easy.

• Carole (10/5): - We LOVED it! So clean and inviting. The common areas were lage and user friendly. Sitting in the rockers on the front porch was so relaxing. Figs from the fig tre were yummy! Thank you!!!
• Roving43699006925 (10/5): Charming Inn and perfect location - Excellent location to bike trails and downtown area. The Moose room was perfect for our stay, had a bathroom and all the amenities you’d want. The kitchen was well stocked with breakfast items and had every appliance, should you want to cook a meal or whip up a smoothie. We’re definitely going to stay there again on our next visit!
• Robert (4/5): - After checking in around 4pm discovered Roku TV did not work. No front desk so called number given by Inn and talked to lady about no TV and she said she would get back to me. She never called back and avoided my text, so we did without TV that night. I reserved this joint assuming the TV worked, otherwise would have chosen elsewhere. We love TV and expect it to work, and resent the lady did not fix the problem or call back. Otherwise it was acceptable for the cost.
• John (10/5): - Excellent location to Main St. There is a "common area" that is nice to either sit and read or talk with other guests. Very lovely.
• Jennifer (8/5): - The place was so cute and clean. Perfect area. The only problem (which is not a negative about the actual property) is that the upstairs guest the night we stayed came in at 2:30am and stomped around for about 30 min. Maybe large area rugs upstairs could help the noise for the first floor guest. Would stay on property again.
• Sherpa00543053382 (4/5): Bad experience. - Great location if you want a no-frill accommodation near the Swamp Rabbit Trail. However, The rooms adjacent to the main house do not have access to the bed and breakfast, even though the owner gave us personal permission to do so. The rooms were Spartan, with the only fan and living room lights did not work, as well as the outside lights. There were pee stains on the pillows, coffee stains on the outside of the coffee cups and a very active wasps nest above the entrance. The pool had so much chlorine that it changed my black swimwear to maroon. The checking in process was confusing as when you hit the link it was superimposed upon the original information, so you could not view the rules for staying in the rooms by the main house. We left a day and a half early because of the trouble we had.
• crystaleddie (10/5): Great stay! - I had the best stay at the swamp rabbit inn! My room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, parking was easy, and the location was perfect! The common areas were adorable and clean. I will definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Greenville.

I was right in downtown Greenville and being able to walk everywhere and know I could just walk back to this cozy house was perfect for me. • heeeh60 (2/5): Very disappointing experience - Our cycling friend group rented the main house. The first thing we noticed was that there were many opened and partially used food items in the refrigerator and freezer. There was confusion on our end as we were under the impression that a selection of food items would be available for a “continental” breakfast so we were naturally concerned about the food we found. There was a cake stand with some mini muffins also, but when I asked about this, the owner shot me back a screenshot of the website where it states that if you rent the whole house bf is not included-ok fine since we were not interested in it after what we saw. There is an ant problem in the kitchen that needs extermination service. The outdoor pool area is nasty. Pool itself is scummy and unusable. Chair cushions moldy and unclean. Gazebo filthy dirty with large spider webs in the corners and pollen covering all surfaces. When I inquired about this, she stated the pool doesn’t open until June 1 - that info is not anywhere on the website. She also asked if I would like someone to come over and take care of the webs ( nothing about the other things) and I said yes great thanks. Next morning two of us went out to check the Gazebo and that was when my friend’s foot went right through the rotten boards as she stepped onto the deck surround. I sent another final text to the owner about it and again she replied “Oh goodness, I’ll have to get maintenance over there.” Well don’t count on that happening because the property is sorely neglected. And by the way no one had attended to the gazebo as she said they would. Not one word of apology for any of these conditions either. I could continue on with lots of other little issues like knobs that fell off the plumbing fixtures, bedroom ceiling lights that didn’t work but those were small annoyances in comparison. I cannot recommend this property. It’s just too dirty and neglected. Owner doesn’t care about her guests, quality of their stay or their wellbeing.
• L4346RMdeborahs (4/5): Breakfast food - moldy and out of date - A tray of molded bagels and brown/black bananas greeted me on my arrival to the Swamp Rabbit Inn. Most of the dairy products in the refrigerator were out of date. I sent a text to the “management” but no one answered me. No action was taken to remedy the situation during my 3-night stay. I was the only guest at the Inn. I would not recommend this place. It has potential but only if “someone” cares about guest satisfaction. The place is remotely managed, not sure this is the best way to handle things.
• Barbara (10/5): - Super fun and funky place to stay! Great area too visit! This place would be perfect for family reunions, bike enthusiasts or families.
• E1766LIlauraz (4/5): Tiny rooms and bathrooms. Lack of customer service and attention to needs - Owner is is difficult to deal with. She sends detailed instructions for parking and other requirements that are out of date, confusing and many times not applicable. There isn’t anyone onsite to check in, process is 💯 virtual and owner took hours to return our calls/texts when needing information and supplies. House is not located in the safest area. I reacted to something in the house that made me break out in a rash and itch all over. I would opt to go with another bed-and-breakfast as this is not a true B&B, there are some continental breakfast items, muffins, bagels, chips 😂. Rooms are small and bathrooms are tiny!
• Felicia (6/5): - I liked it was within walking distance of things to do. There was no plug near the bed. (Goat room) The pillowcases looked stained. Floorboards could be wiped down in the bathroom. The rug could have been vacuumed better as well. Just minor details that can make it spot on. Overall it is a great concept. The house was cozy.
• Bob (10/5): - Well stocked breakfast items, especially for self serve. Keurig in kitchen and in each room. Bathrobes in each room with plenty of towels and blankets. Very clean and newly renovated. Great to have a front porch and two back decks to enjoy. Would be great to have owner answer the phone rather than just text and email. The double owl room has a very squeaky bed. Need to repair or replace.
• 431jakeb (4/5): Unsatisfactory Experience - the rooms are fine if not bare bones. If you stay on the first floor you will hear people coming in, walking around, talking etc. Breakfast is a bunch of packaged food. There is no host on the premises. Whoever I was interacting with on the texts was rude, admonishing and condescending. When I asked if it was possible to upgrade to a king-sized bed they said it would cost $400 to do so, kind of odd given no room costs more than $130.I could be wrong but the tone of the texts was ingratiating and annoying. I tried communicating with the person I believe I was interacting with but got no response. Book this place for the price but I can't think of any other reason.
• David (2/5): Confusing check in, uncomfortable stay - Echoing a recent review, I booked the place on hotels.com, which only showed an optional and a refundable $10 cleaning fee deposit. However, the manager really wants this $10 cleaning fee, which they insist is mandatory, contrary to what is stated in the listing. There was no employee at the property, so check in was done via a long and confusing email that links you to their own portal, which was not user friendly and took me a while to figure out what to do. In addition, I thought the $10 cleaning fee was settled when I e-checked in. Anyways, later in the evening while I was in the middle of an event, I got a text from the manager stating that I haven't paid the $10 mandatory cleaning fee yet, and if I don't pay it soon, they will remotely disable the electronic lock in my room. Yikes. Later texts from the manager were oddly antagonistic and snarky. Observations: 1. If they really wanted the $10 cleaning fee, why don't they build it in the room fee or charge it when I initially paid for the room?; 2. I paid for my booking on Hotels.com, and making me use their own user-unfriendly internet portal to pay hidden fees seemed unusual; 3. Making veiled threats via text was pretty unprofessional; 4. There's no way this property deserves its high rating due to its amateurism. Management of this property does not meet the minimum standards expected of listings on Hotels.com/Expedia. Overall, I found my stay odd and uncomfortable.
• Jennifer (4/5): - Clean, cute, and well-maintained. But very difficult I couldn’t even get in the building. and yes I did receive an email but who reads emails? You have to put your palm print on the door and put in a code that is not too easily found on the email. Very unsanitary as they don’t even provide hand sanitizer. I finally got in the building. I have bad knee and carried my luggage up the stairs only to find I couldn’t get in my room, there is no one there to answer the call they did answer texts but kept saying check out isn’t until four check your email. I left my luggage sitting outside the room because my knee is too bad to carry it up and down again so I had to come back after 4 PM. The email states that there’s a thermostat for the upstairs by the door. I didn’t see one and it was like a meat locker in here when I woke up way too cold to take a shower after about 40 minutes I got a text that they raised the heat. Another guest that I talked to said that he even complained to hotels.com. And he saw a review that was similar to this. I do not understand why this place gets such high ratings.
• authorcasey (10/5): Hidden gem in Greenville - This is a hidden gem in a great location. We were in town for a concert at the Peace Center and it was in a great walking location to and main street. It was exactly as described and we will def visit again. Each room is unique and the common kitchen area is neatly organized. I loved the chalk walls with a way to leave your mark.

If you are unaware and don't pay it they start hassling you for it at 1am. If you don't read your 1am text, then they turn off your room access in the middle of the night. I booked through hotels.com. Prior to the unassisted check in I received a very long email that provided me with my key code. It had a large amount of additional information included in the email and since I was only staying 1 night I just glanced it over. Well, apparently buried within the extensive email is the fact that you owe them $10 extra dollars. So, I went about my day ignorant to the fact that I this $10 charge was looming over me. At 12:50am I received the first of many text messages hassling me for the $10. Another 1am text then starting up around 8am 6 more text messages in an hour. My phone was on silent so when I looked at it at 10am I was flabbergasted by the unbelievable amount of text messages for the extra 10 bucks. I wrote back "Jesus ok" to let them know that the funds would be paid through their system post host and was told not to get snippy and that my key pad entry had been deactivated in the middle of the night due to non payment. What kind of unprofessional Mickey Mouse racket handles their business in such a super strange and simply dumb way. P.S. the walls and ceilings are paper thin and you can hear all the other guests every movement so it was a terrible sleep anyway.

• Ralph (10/5): - Really enjoyed our stay for a few reasons. Place was clean and comfortable. Shared kitchen was nicely stocked with coffee, bagels, muffins, eggs and bacon, milks, etc. So nice to fix a decent breakfast and not have to pay extra or eat a lousy "continental" breakfast. Loved all the local cycling info. It was also super convenient to the downtown main street drag so we didn't have to use the car. A nice alternative to a B&B outside of town or a chain hotel. Recommended.

We did not have a reservation, but the manager checked for me and found they had one room left. She sent the link and we booked it. Easy access with the codes to unlock the door. Wonderful kitchen with a nice selection of breakfast foods. We were traveling home to Florida from Maine and it was so nice to find a place not on the noisy highway. We plan on staying there again when we visit Greenville.
• 327wandak (4/5): Great location- no service - Inn was a bit tired. The kitchen held ‘breakfast’ - DYI. The motion lights outside of bedroom windows flashed off & on all night. Person who I had to call since check-in info not received was the worst ‘hospitality’ person I’ve encountered. Rather than helping she harangued me as was affronted when I tried to interrupt to get back on point.

• Charles (2/5): An Extremely Disappointing Experience - I was very excited to stay at this property. It looked charming and fun in an excellent location. What occurred was so out of the ordinary for the hospitality industry that I still can't entirely believe it. This "hotel" is either some kind of fraudulent scheme, or the people running it have no idea how to treat other human beings. You need an access code to enter your room, sent via email. We never received a code. When someone claiming to work at the inn finally texted us hours after check-in, they refused to provide the code and taunted us about our predicament. I can't stress enough that staying here is a horrible idea. Don't do it. Don't give them one dime. You're better off throwing your money in the trash. I'm convinced this is a scam and have reported them to the BBB and others. Just an awful experience for no reason at all. These people are running a con, or they learned customer service from the American psycho. *Hotels.com finally provided us with other accommodations 6 hours later. I would avoid them at all costs too, which I know is very difficult these days. Horrible service and several disconnected phone calls.
