We really like being here and enjoyed ourselves The Tv in the bedroom was really small barely could see it. The furniture needs to be switched out in that room and the toilet made a whistling noise after flushing which those things wasn’t so bad compared to other place s we’ve stayed. But we see what they are trying to do and we like enjoyed ourselves.

• Larry (7/5): Glad we went off season - Roominess of apartment, appearance, supplies Our friends had to deal with either a rat or squirrel under their bathroom floor each night. When we told the office, they just sent the maintenance guy who could do nothing. No offer to change their room. With such a high cleaning fee, the patron should not have to clean dishes, nor strip the beds, nor empty trash. Many items needed updated. There was also mold in shower grout and no mattress cover under the sheets, which begs to have bed bugs and mites.

• Jessica (6/5): It’s perfect little place for a short drive to Silver Dollar City - The location is perfect for silver dollar city! The only issue we had with this property is the garbage disposal did not work and there was only one skillet so cooking was challenging. Overall it was fine!

• Benjamin (4/5): - Check their iron before you use. Iron was plugged in and set on steam mode. It caused a big hole on a totally perfect Duluth shirt. We emailed them. All they did was sending another iron.
• Christopher (4/5): - Check in, stay, location, and security was all fine. The main and only issue we ran into was that the air conditioning was not working in one unit and sort of worked in the second. At 10 oclock at night the temp was at or above 80 degrees. We set it to 71 and the air never came on nor did the fan work. We called for service and had someone come out the first two days. They said it was fixed but never worked. No one came after the second day. We were never offered to move to another unit. Upon check out I spoke with the manager and no compensation was offered.

• Kyle (4/5): Disappointed - We feel like this property changed housekeeping and maintenance recently. Not clean as in the past, couches are needing replaced, carpet is pretty dirty now, dirty toilet, bathroom floor was not swept, looked like there was water in light fixture in one of the rooms we rented. We like this area but each time we go, the place seems to not be keeping up on cleanliness and maintenance.
• Vicky (10/5): - The sofa and 2 chairs in the living room need to have the padding replaced. The fabric is in good shape so just replace the padding because the seat cushions are breaking down. No need to replace the whole thing. We loved the layout of the 2-bedroom unit. We didn’t eat at the condo except hubby cooked breakfast one morning and had plenty of cooking utensils for bacon and eggs. The unit is walk-in level so we loved that. Parking was not good. We rarely got a parking spot in front of our own building. Overall we like this unit and will stay again. 11 yr old granddaughter slept on the sofa bed and said the mattress was thin. But she’ll sleep anywhere. I don’t think an adult would get a good night’s sleep on the hide-a-bed. But like I said, we enjoyed staying here and will probably stay here again as we have season tickets to Silver Dollar City and always take extra people with us (usually grandkids).

• JOANN (1/5): - LIKED NOTHING!!! Mildew smell. Mildew front side door. Dirty couch. Unclean kitchen. Waste basket old banana strings and dirt. No extra towels. Only 2 towels for 4 night stay. Bath towel was 18x28 inches more like a hand towel. 2 small pillows on king bed. No blanket on bed. No extra pillows even tho sleeper soda. Only fitted sheet for sleeper. No extra garbage bags after leaving garbage where instructed, said more would be supplied - none were. Never will stay here again and certainly do not recommend. EVERYTHING See photo. Towel received on right very small and not a bath towel. In adjoining room the larger on left was their towel yet no extras for 4 nights stay.
• Micka (10/5): - Well organized Village starting from check-in, staff communications, very helpful guide album including process of doing check-out, finding wifi, working with appliances and many more. The area was well equipped with enough stocks for the whole stay such as garbage bag, dish soap, hand soap, towels etc. will highly recommend this place.

• Tod (10/5): - The condo was so nice. The minute we stepped inside, a rush of nostalgia hit us, reminding my family and me of my grandmother’s home. Some would comment that it wasn’t as updated as some other places, but for us it was perfect.

Our room was on the lower level & we had to go down/up steep stairs. Furniture was outdated in living room. Coffee table was in bad shape with scratches & water marks.

• Stacy (10/5): GREAT PRICE!! - We absolutely loved our stay! The view was great from our condo was beautiful and we would see the drone show from Silver Dollar City each night. Very spacious condo. Only complaint was that the kids play structure was out of order during our stay.
• Belinda (10/5): - Had problems parking. There was e cars in parking space and the way they were parked made it so getting in and out of car was very tight. Perhaps paint lines. The dryer lint catcher was broken and came down while I was drying some clothes. I lost a pair of socks. No blanket for the sofa. We were disappointed that as a senior (and also our neighbors was a sr) we were downstairs. I had rented a wheel chair at SDC and then walked down stairs in the dark. I guess we needed to specify But nice size condo.
• Patricia (10/5): - We really do love this place!! It was so nice and quiet and you had to have a pass or the guards won’t let you in, so it’s safe also. The villa was very nice.we had a 2 bedroom villa & it had everything we needed including a stackable washer and dryer. The rooms were nice size, the master opened up to the balcony so did the living room. It was all around great and we will definitely be staying here again.

• Timothy (2/5): We don't plan to stay here again. - It was close to where we needed to be for the reason we were there. The carpet was old and nasty with many stains. The rooms were dark and lighting was poor. The mini kitchen had no pots to prepare food. The coffee pot took 30 minutes to brew 4 cups of coffee. The furniture looked very old and worn. This toilet was way too low and the the tub was very tall to get in and out of. This place needs a major remodel as it looks as if it hasn't been touched since the 80's or 90's.

• Clifford (8/5): Give it a 2nd chance to make a first impression. - Resort is located in a nice area but some Things are a little dated. Cleaning crew must have been rushed because the bathroom floors weren’t cleaned. Beds were comfortable. The resort has potential to be a great place. It was my first time staying here so I may give it another chance later on.

• Justin (8/5): - I didnt like the unsecure factor of my original room at arrival. The neighbor had full access prior to our arrival and the room was not accessible at arrival from about 9:30pm until 11:30pm. The communication with a foreign person while trying to get a secure room at night was uneasy as well. However, i did get a new room the night of arrival and in the morning, the office staff made it so easy to continue my stay in the safer room. First impression was not good but I do appreciate the office staff and security on site.
• Todd Price (10/5): - The scenery was beautiful. The apartment was very, very spacious, and nice. The outdoor pool had no or very poor lighting.
• Debra (6/5): - I felt that the unit we were in could use some updated furniture. Beds were very comfortable, showers were too small, there were large wholes in the screening of the sliding screen door to the patio and the wooden bridge to the door was run down and needed staining or paint. All in all it wasn’t a terrible stay. I would also like to mention that the atmosphere was very good and the staff was very nice.

• Richard (8/5): - The funiture is well used needs replaced. Shower had no water pressure, hard to rinse hair. We have stayed in Stonebridge many times. These units seem to be well used.
• Rachel (6/5): - Are first night was warm in the unit told the office the second day found out that the AC need to be charged Freon. On the last day here and couldn't do laundry told the office they got maintenance to look at it found out that previous renter turned off the water and messed with the laundry machine now have to have weight on lit to work.

• Diahann (10/5): - This was a very pleasant experience and turned into a wonderful peaceful retreat with my daughter and a couple of friends in a beautiful scenic setting. The property was nestled in the woods, quiet, very comfortable beds, a fireplace (we didn’t get to use it), and other nice items to enhance your stay. The carpet and stove could be updated; however, everything else was nicely decorated. We loved going out on the patio for morning coffee and devotions and the Guest Property Manual was very helpful and informative. I would certainly come back again.

• Joyce (8/5): - This unit was spacious inside in a guarded community, which is what these two old ladies appreciated. The outside porch light was burnt out, which we didn’t discover until we came home in the dark, but it was replaced the next day when we reported it. Another incident we had while staying there was an unhappy wasp on the inside window frame in the master bedroom discovered somewhere after 10 PM. The after hours number I called clearly didn’t know what to do. He asked me if I could open the windows in the room. Of course I wasn’t going to do that! He said he would let the support team know and would get back to me. After a very short while, I went to the nearby Walmart that was closing at 11 PM and paid $7.00 for a can of wasp spray, which I had to leave as I couldn’t take it on the plane. When I told the office what happened, they didn’t offer to reimburse me for it, but at least I didn’t have to sleep in a room with a live wasp. All in all, we liked the accommodations despite the mattress that was pretty well sunken in on one side of the bed. Although it was a little bit west of the Branson shows, we liked the location and would stay in one of those units again.

We noticed some of the furniture was outdated but aside from that it was a excellent location very clean as well as the quietness is what we liked most about this property, will be staying there again. The wife and I make multiple trips a year to Branson staying at different locations. This is top of our list of stays.

• Richard (10/5): Comfortable and accessible! - This location was perfect - quiet, tucked away from the rush of the main drags in Branson but still easily accessible to everything, which was really nice. The condo/apartment was fully stocked with washer and dryer, iron, hair dryer, and all the dishes and kitchen stuff we needed. It was very comfortable - the decor was 90’s so it was like a big hug from grandma! We will be back!
• jennifer (8/5): - I loved that it was gated. I felt very safe. It was a very quiet environment. We loved the peacefulness. The unit was very clean. Our only complaint would be that it was older and could use a facelift.
• Kayla (8/5): - The home needs some updates. The room with a box tv and couches with no cushion to the cushion is tough. Other tjan that, we loved the size of the home and the quiet and safe community.
• Duncan (2/5): Avoid this location - Room conditions were unacceptable. Bugs everywhere. Bed was sunk in. We moved rooms twice and in the 3rd room the A/C was stuck on at 59 degrees. Lights did not work in the room. The Furniture is old and stained. Recommend a different place if you’d like to get some sleep.
• Howard (10/5): Our Stonebridge condo stay - It is a very nice place to stay. The units are old and need lots of maintenance. Toilets don't drain well, our bedroom closet door had a damaged track that wouldn't function, the room had 2 burned out lights, & the clothes dryer had a very loud bearing noise. It is still a good value; lots of space.

There were some cleanliness issues-there was garbage left behind a nightstand and cobwebs on the walls, etc. for the most part is was pretty clean but the attention to detail is lacking for cleanliness. Our kids loved the swimming pool. Disappointed that the kids splash area wasn't working they could still play in there but the water wasn't running. The pool area needs some attention. The fencing is loose and some concrete pieces are loose and someone could get hurt. We would stay again but I'm hoping they get the pool area updated .

• Pam (6/5): - The kitchen was very unequipped.The room was dirty , the carpet looked and felt like there were cookie crumbs on the flooor. In the bathroom on the floor were 2 pony tail rubber bands. The people were nice for the most part.we had plugins that didn't work. they did that, but never offered to clean the unit. They tried to move us to a near by unit but it was worse. the frig in that unit didn't work and was not clean either, so opted to stay in the first unit at lease the frig worked in that one.
• Colette (6/5): - Great property location- and the area is gorgeous. This small area of the entire Stonebridge community seems forgotten. Street lights not working, lights on pool area not working, little kids swim feature and area is not on and working. These would have been lovely to know before coming. The interior needs updated- just feels old and as though I am sitting on my grandpas couch he bought in the 1980s with obvious wear.

Couch was highly used/worn and mattresses was flat inside, pillows were stained, coffee pot took 1.5 hours to completely make pit, sprinklers didn’t work in kid pool area, outlets didn’t work to charge electronics…dryer took forever to dry 5-6 items… the location was nice, units and pool were probably too notice 20 years ago but not so much now. Would not book here again until remodeled. People were polite.

• Christian (8/5): Great stay. - We had a great time in Stonebridge where we have been staying for over 10 years for getaways to Branson. However, the unit we stayed in had a clog bathroom sink and sleep sofa was a rough sleep for my daughters who "slept" on it. The pool appeared to be under maintained, a lot of leaves in the pool. Also, the hot tub was unavailable during our entire 6 day stay.

• Jamie (10/5): - We took our son on his first vacation in Branson, he is 2.5 years old. His grandparents came with us, the rooms were perfect. Lots of space and very homey feeling. Our rooms were connected so he could go back and forth between his grandparents and us. Staff very friendly and nice outside property. It’s a straight shot from Stonebridge into Branson. If you don’t want to stay in Branson this is a very great option. Silver Dollar City is close as well. That being said, we had a tv that didn’t work in one of the bedrooms. We didn’t mention it while we were there because it wasn’t a main tv and we weren’t going to use it anyways. We did say something though at check out. When we arrived my son had taken a bath and he was running around in both of the rooms barefoot. It was about a 30 minutes later and his feet were covered black/brown dirt on the bottoms by just playing and walking about the rooms. I’m not sure if they need mopped more often or the carpets need shampooed more. The balcony needs cleaned up a little more, two out of three of the chairs were broken. Overall it was a great place and would stay again.
