El staff es muy amable, las instalaciones son muy cómodas y el servicio de alimentación es muy completo. Seçil fue nuestra anfitriona y fue muy amable. Nos acompañó durante toda nuestra estadía y siempre estaba muy atenta a todas nuestras necesidades. Nos recomendó varias alternativas para poder visitar. Ella es muy servicial y alegre. Vinimos a fines de junio y si bien hacía calor, se sorteaba bien con el aire acondicionado, la playa y la piscina.
• Ilkan (5/5): A big negative surprise. - We were only there for a short time. After we saw the room reserved for us, we didn't think twice and left the hotel and booked another one. The carpet in the stairwell had unappetizing stains. The bathroom was calcified and there was slight mold. The bed was small and not very comfortable, the room was not as shown on the internet, small and had no closet to speak of. What surprised us was the rating of 9.2 which prompted us to book the hotel. This hotel may be ok for people without high standards, but at this stage it certainly doesn't deserve a 9.2 rating, but a maximum of 6. This is despite the friendly receptionist. The hotel agent did not want to refund our money for the whole week we had booked; this will now have to be done through a law firm. Unfortunately I can't say anything positive, it was disappointing.

Всегда позитивна, быстро реагирует на запросы постояльцев. Во время ужина часто подходила к столику и интересовалась качеством проживания, давала советы по организации досуга. Питание без изысков, но разнообразное. Старый отель, давно требующий ремонта - старая мебель, отсутствие возможности закрыться изнутри в санузлах. У нас было несколько проблем с кондиционерами, но мастер приходил и оперативно их решал.

• Şaziye Müge (10/5): Good value for money, friendly staff - Seçil was so helpful and approachable during our stay. Also, the other staff members were helpful. The food was generally good. The bar was open until 23:00 and it had a good selection. The hotel was quiet enough so we were able to rest well. We met some nice guests too so it made our stay more enjoyable. The balcony had a nice view The towels and linens were kind of old, the furniture looked outdated as well. So, it was not dirty but the hotel needs some renovation. Another point is that the sea is a bit shallow for us. I would like to have tags on the food, mentioning what each meal has (gluten, lactose, etc) When I asked about the filling of borek, the staff was a bit surprised. It would be easier to choose if the food names and ingredients are written

• Irina (10/5): Very clean, quiet, good location and extremely friendly personnel! - One of the best holidays I have ever had. I am a very experienced traveller and I would not say that this hotel is luxurious or the best in terms of facilities, but overall the experience was exceptionally good. Exceptionally clean, cozy (though modest) rooms and grounds, very quiet (thank goodness there are no midnight discos and loud music, but there are plenty of interesting entertainment 2-3 times a week), simple but very good quality food, fast Wi-Fi, good location next to the taxi rank and bus stop, clean beach and INCREDIBLY CARING AND FRIENDLY STAFF! Honestly, I have never met such a kind and pleasant attitude! Our deepest gratitude and respect to Secil! She is a wonderful host and such a nice person! She supported us in everything and was always ready to help with advice or deed! We really enjoyed our stay and I recommend this place to those who are looking for a quiet and simple holiday with a very positive atmosphere and caring staff! Thank you! The only thing we missed was a kettle in the room, as I had a cold.

• yasemin (1/5): verschrikkelijke kamers en heel onhygiënisch - Geloof de foto's op hun website niet. toen we aankwamen in ons kamer konden we ons ogen niet geloven . Bloedvlekken op de kussens , kalk in de douches en gele vlekken en haren in het bed en op de matras. Toen we melding maakten kwamen ze de lakens en kussens vervangen . Wederom zaten de kussens onder de gele vlekken. Toen ik hun weer contacteerde zijden ze dat housekeeping er niet was en ik vroeg om een andere kamer en ze konden niets doen voor me en ik moest de volgende ochtend afwachten tot de manager er was. We hebben tot de middag gewacht en niemand heeft verder contact met ons opgenomen . Toen hebben we besloten om te vertrekken omdat we niet in deze onhygiënische toestanden onze vakantie willende doorbrengen . Meteen begonnen ze in actie te schieten met allerhande excuses en dat ze ons een nieuwe kamer wilden tonen . ik heb hun verteld dat deze oplossing veel eerder van hun kant moest komen en ze begrepen dat het door allerhande reden niet mogelijk was, wederom excuses . De verantwoordelijk vertelde me dat ze het begreep en met haar manager zou besproken om ons geld terug te storten. Nu weigeren ze mijn geld terug te geven en veranderen ze telkens hun verhaal . Personeel is heel arrogant als ik ze hierover bel en de manager hoor ik helemaal niet , hij is nooit aanwezig. er word niet op mijn mails geantwoord en nog niet eens excuses en begrip van de accommodatie . Verschrikkelijk. onhygiënisch , onvriendelijk omdat ze het geld niet willen terug vorderen en nog niet eens toegeven dat de kamer niet voldoet aan wat ze beloven en dat ze hebben tekort geschoten om tijdig en een correcte oplossing te vinden .

• 413jeninam (2/5): The most horrible place where i was - Hotel was totally horrible! We booked apartment with sea view and we got a small dirty room. The hotel is not 5 stars - it is "-5 stars". This is the most horrible place where i was. They did not pay back the full amount of money for the reservation, does not matter that they had to do it, because they sell one thing and in real is totally different! Cleaning is 0, rooms are with really old furniture! Real price of the room in the hotel is 10 euro per night, it is like a motel!

Ambiance familiale et personnel au top ! - L’emplacement de cet établissement est idéal pour ceux qui veulent se baigner en mer et piscine. La plage privée est très bien entretenue. La nourriture est bonne. Nous avons eu un lit parapluie gratuitement pour notre enfant, confortable. Le personnel est vraiment vraiment agréable, ils sont présents dès que vous avez besoin de quelque chose et savent vous guider ! La chambre où nous étions était vieille mais j’ai parlé avec le directeur, ils vont rénover le premier étage cet hiver. Sachant qu’ils ont déjà rénové le rez de chaussée.

With a generous buffet catering to every palate, every meal was a feast. The desserts and seafood were especially delicious. The drink selection was extensive, and high-quality cocktails, fresh fruit juices, and hot drinks were readily available throughout the day. The bar staff were very attentive and friendly. The hotel was spotlessly clean. Our room was meticulously cleaned daily, towels were changed regularly, and the common areas were always spotless. We felt very comfortable with the hygiene. The entertainment team really added to the energy of our holiday! While we had a great time with the daytime activities, the evening shows were also professionally prepared and very enjoyable. Having separate activities for children was a huge plus. In short, I highly recommend it to anyone looking for both relaxation and fun. See you again!

• Olga (4/5): Not ideal for a restful stay, but great location - On the positive side, the hotel is right on the beach, which is a major plus. The staff were polite and consistently asked if I was satisfied - I truly appreciated their attitude to help, even though the noise issue couldn't be resolved. However, I was surprised to later receive WhatsApp messages from hotel staff asking me to leave a perfect rating. While I understand their motivation, I believe honest feedback should always be respected. I stayed one night at Costa Bitezhan Hotel, hoping for a peaceful break after a night flight, but unfortunately the experience fell short of expectations. I had booked a room with a garden view but asked for a sea view, and the staff kindly gave me a room that faced the sea - but also overlooked the pool, where music played loudly throughout the afternoon and evening. I was told it would stop at 9 p.m., but it continued until 11 p.m., making it difficult to rest. The noise from other guests and poor soundproofing added to the discomfort. The food (all-inclusive) was rather basic. Many guests smoked on their balconies, so I couldn't enjoy mine. It may be a problem for non-smokers. The bathroom lacked basic items like shampoo or even a glass. The in-room safe uses a physical key rather than a code, which means you have to either carry the key with you at all times - even when swimming - or leave it in the room, which defeats the purpose of using a safe.

Ayrıca "Yaren Yilmaz'a" bir uyurken yanimda yoktu diyebilirim. Konum,yemekler,havuz, temizlik, ilgi ve alaka muhtesemdi. Çocuklarin keyfine dicek zaten yoktu. • Ersin (10/5): - Çalışanlar çok ilgiliydi, konumu ve plajı da güzeldi. Odaların büyüklüğü ve temizliği yeterliydi. Yemek çeşitliliği ve kalitesi ortalama altında idi. İyileştirilmesi durumunda otel seviye atlar.
• Ferda (10/5): Çocuklu tatilciler için çok uygun. - Otelin yeri çocuklu aileler için çok uygun. Hem bitez sahilde yürüyüş yapabilir hemde denizde yüzebilirsiniz. En çok beğendiğim diğer şey Deniz kumlu,sığ ve dalgasız hiç derinleşmiyor ve bu yüzden de çocuklar rahatça boyunu aşmadan yüzüyor. Yemekler bir harika, özellikle tatlı çeşitleri mükemmel. Odalar temiz, buzdolabı çalışmıyor dediğimizde hemen değişim yapıldı. Personel Gökhan bey gayet özverili ve odayla ilgili sorunlara hızlı bir şekilde müdahale etti. Resepsiyondakiler de oldukça yardımsever. Genel olarak Personeller güler yüzlü ve ilgili. Havuz başında bazı alanlar yarı kapalı olmasına rağmen sigara içiliyor. İçmeyenler için sıkıntı olabiliyor. Aslında sigara içilen kısım ve içilmeyen olarak ayrılsa çok iyi olur.

• Stephen (10/5): A great place to relax and enjoy the beautiful bay and sea. - The staff were excellent warm and friendly. Always attentive they ensured we always had what we needed. The restaurant food was delicious and bar drinks were great. The room provided everything we needed. Ours was clean, fresh and comfortable with a lovely view over the pool and sea from a beautiful little balcony! Sun beds were available next to the bay that had shallow water for everyone to enjoy. For me personally there was a lot of cigarette smoke but that’s to be expected if you travel to Turkey!

• Demre Dilay (6/5): - Bayram tatilimiz için tercih ettiğimiz otelde genel olarak ortalama bir deneyim yaşadık. Öncelikle erken giriş yapmamıza rağmen resepsiyon personelinin bizi hemen odalarımıza alması oldukça nazik ve memnun ediciydi. 2 çift olarak 2 oda tuttuk, ancak odaların otelin çok farklı noktalarında olması ilk etapta bizi biraz üzdü. Odalarımıza geçtiğimizde ise daha büyük bir hayal kırıklığı yaşadık. Oteli, yenilenmiş odaları olduğu için tercih etmiştik fakat bize ayrılan odalar oldukça eskiydi; dekorasyon dökülüyor durumdaydı, yataklar iki ayrı tekliydi ve temizlik de son derece özensizdi. Resepsiyona durumu bildirdiğimizde başta boş yer olmadığını söylediler, fakat rica edince 1. katta bulunan yenilenmiş odalara geçmemize yardımcı oldular. Bu kısım için teşekkür ederiz. Yenilenmiş odalar oldukça konforluydu. Ancak arkadaşlarımızın odasında duşakabin su akıtıyor, klima ise damlatıyordu. Bildirdiğimizde teknik ekip aynı gün içinde tamir etti. Bu tarz durumlar, otelin fiziksel şartlarını acilen gözden geçirmesi ve kapsamlı bir yenilenmeye gitmesi gerektiğini ortaya koyuyor. Plaj ve deniz kısmı yeterli ve güzeldi. Ancak yemekler konusunda beklentiyi yüksek tutmamak gerekiyor. Yemekler lezzetsiz değildi fakat çeşit çok azdı hep aynı yemekler dönüp duruyordu, iştah kabartıcı değildi. Alkol konusunda ise ciddi bir hayal kırıklığı yaşadık; bar sistemi her şey dahil otel anlayışının oldukça gerisinde kalmış. Sonuç olarak beklentilerinizi çok yüksek tutmazsanız iyi bir tatil geçirebilirsiniz.

• Camilla (10/5): - We stayed at Costa Bitezhan Hotel for a week with my husband and our two little ones, and it was a nice experience. The beach is right there, which made it easy to keep the kids happy. The food was tasty, especially the fresh fruits and breakfast. The room was clean and big enough for all of us. The staff were friendly and always helped us with a smile.

• Joe (10/5): - I booked this hotel by chance and my friend and I really loved it truly! Hotel was clean and actually it's really big. It has a private beach and pool. We didn't have any kids with us but there is a also pool for kids! They also have a bar by the pool. Staff were always fun to talk!

• peterrM3979DR (2/5): Awful the place made my skin crawl - Arrived with clutter and mess all over the steps into the hotel. Was booked in and taken to our rooms. The route was along a dark badly lit and tired looking corridor. The carpet along the walls was ruffled. At 3pm rooms still had trays with dirty plates and glasses outside them. Entered the room. Furniture very tired, scratched and very old. The bed mattress looked like it was very thin and again tired and worn out. I never sat on it so perhaps it was ok but I never sat on it as it wasn’t inviting in any sense and looked like if I did I would simply get springs sticking in me. Went into the bathroom and there was water all over the floor where the toilet was leaking. The couple we were with had the room next door and had the same experience but worse as there toilet had the previous users no2. Still sat in the pan. We immediately agreed that the hotel in no way lived up to its advertising and there was no way we could stay here and decided to go for a drink somewhere on the front to decide what to do. As we walked through the hotel we walked past the food serving area. Whilst no food was being served at the time we noticed the the hot food serving terrines hadn’t been cleaned with foo splash all over the metal work. We had paid for 4 nights but all agreed we would rather find an alternative place to stay and move even if it meant loosing our money. We found a lovely elf catering alternative that cost each couple a further £300 but rather that than stay in the disgusting surroundings we had arrived at. My recommendation DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT STAYING HERE. and in case you are interested, despite our explaining how we felt they refused to refund any money.
• 681mrsn (2/5): Truly the worst ever hotel we have ever stayed in in 30 years of travelling - This hotel is a complete dive! Staff are incredibly miserable, carpets have not seen a vacuum cleaner all season and not fixed. Arrived at hotel after midnight. Patio door lock broken so not safe. Bin in bathroom not emptied from previous guests. Windows filthy Room is so basic it’s like we are in the 1970’s! Breakfast food was awful, coffee is like warm out of a machine. Again doesn’t look like it’s been cleaned all season! The fresh bread looked nice but then had a giant slab of margarine NOT butter with a knife stuck in the middle of it. The choice of fresh food was minimal. we couldn’t bring ourselves to try any food, it was disgusting and had to go out to buy ourselves a coffee and omelette from another hotel further along the beach. We paid for sea view and got a proper scabby room at the back of the hotel overlooking a building site. No lie in! Considering my husband worked 2 weeks of the month to afford this disgusting hotel, it was not worth the £1200 all inclusive at all! Love holidays marked this as a 4 star hotel and it’s barely a 2 stars in English terms

They don’t even understand what means to meet the clients with hospitality and clean rooms. It’s less than one star hotel. On the difference sites there is wrong information regarding the quality of the service and hotel itself! Never plan to stay there!!!
• daphne79 (10/5): Very nice hotel to stay - It was a nice experience. It's a seaside hotel with a pool. Bitez is very good place to stay.. so the hotel is situated in a very nice area. It s close to center too... the weather is cooler so you just don't get bored. That's what I like most. The food is good.
• jessinea2024 (2/5): terrible - i have had the worst holiday in my life , first day room was dirty , when i asked the stuff they seemed not carring and then the second day they stole 550 euros Money from my room so i ended up in police station when i was supposed to enjoy my holiday .... i ended uo getting back home 2 days after ... food is discusting , not fresh at all and smell like .... . i will never back to Türkiye , they make me hating bodrum .... so terrible
