De plus, il connaît Montréal comme sa poche et vaut largement le guide michelin pour ce qui est en vous envoyer vers l’essentiel. Le lieu est charmant et on s’y sent vraiment bien. C’rst comme chez un véritable ami. Parmi tous les lieux où nous avons résidé, il remporte haut la main la palme sur tous les points et mérite d’être connu. Allez-y, vous ne le regretterez pas. Bravo.

C'est un plaisir de discuter avec lui et de lui demander tous les renseignements possibles sur Montréal et le Québec. La chambre que nous avions est très agréable, bien climatisée en été. Le petit-déjeuner est une réussite. Le quartier est calme et il est facile de stationner dans la rue.
• John (8/5): It was a good value for Montreal hotels. - It was a good value for Montreal hotels. It was clean, quiet and a great experience to meet other travelers and the cordial owner, JR. The room was very small, but there was reasonable common areas to use. The area was residential apartments and a little run down with some homeless people in the general area. The B&B was well maintained and clean. Parking was limited, although JR made accommodations for us.

• Sheila (10/5): Cosy friendly B&B - Jean Rene (JR) is an excellent host and takes wonderful care of his visitors. When checking in he gets you settled, then gives you a map and info about how to get around Montreal. The B&B is close to a metro stop, and it is easy to walk to the center of the city -- but it is a decent walk. The rooms are cosy and clean, and the area is relatively quiet. Parking is on the street and can be a bit tight if you come back late :). I would definitely go back

The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was very good, and the owner was extremely friendly. He gave great recommendations on where to go and how to get around. The B&B was in walking distance to many of the popular sites in Montreal. Overall, it was a great stay and I would highly recommend to anyone who wants to have an affordable stay in Montreal!

• Amanda (10/5): We will definitely be staying here again. - Having never stayed at a B&B before I wasn't sure what to expect and we were absolutely blown away. We stayed for 2 nights, and everything was amazing. When we checked in Jean Rene showed us our room and even gave us a map of Montreal, explained how to use the subway system, and told us of local events going on we might want to check out and how to get there if we took the subway. He was so friendly and helpful, he made us feel like family. Breakfast both days was excellent, he had options that cater to allergies or special dietary needs. The location was perfect, it was a quiet area but within walking distance of everything you could need. The room was big and very clean, the bed and pillows were so comfortable. Could not ask for a better experience. We will be coming back next fall, we enjoyed every aspect of our stay.

Our private bathroom was across the hall, and the shower was in our bedroom. The shower was all glass, so could be an issue.... depending on who you are travelling with! Very clean, comfortable. • Vicki (10/5): Beautiful stay at the Gite O'coin - From the start of our vacation to the end, we experience pure relaxation. The Gite O'Coin B&B is gorgeous. JR, our host was super. His personality shines through and his sense of humor is awesome! He suggested several restaurants in the area which we decided to try. He definetly knows what he is talking about. The B&B is set in a nice quiet neighborhood and there is a five minute very convenient walk to the Subway line while passing a few bakeries on the way, a good pick me up on the way to wherever you are going. Our room was perfect and quiet. we had our own shower and the bathroom was exclusive to us right outside the door. JR made breakfast every morning and what a breakfast it was! His Eggs Benedict is to die for!

The owner of the hotel is a great person with a sense of humor, He provided us a with a map of Montreal and recommended places to visit...
