• Bertha Alicia (5/5): Sofocante 🥵 - Excelente ubicación Al reservar en booking.com nos ofrecieron un descuento que no fué respetado. No pudimos pagar las noches de hotel con la tarjeta visa , en todos los demás lugares que visitamos , sí pudimos utilizar la tarjeta. Hace mucho calor y las habitaciones no cuentan con aire acondicionado.

• RBYREM (10/5): - Muy limpio, buena ubicación, excelente trato muy buen tamaño de la habitación sencilla.pero lo más importante es que nos dejan hospedarnos con nuestro cachorro. Y eso se agradece mucho. Te ofrecen estacionamiento pero está a 3 cuadras del hotel por lo que si vas por un par de días prepara tu maleta pequeña para que no cargues y bajes todo tu equipaje. El lugar del estacionamiento es seguro.

• Cedric Justice (10/5): Beautiful, Central, comfortable, great staff and value - The staff were amazing here. And there's this great little patio. It's next to one of the most central parks in town. There are several restaurants within walking distance (or even next door). I found the bed to be comfortable, the shower to be hot and reliable, and the custodial service excellent. I'm glad I came in March, because there was no air conditioning. But a lot of the time, you're not going to need it in this town as it is temperate and commendable almost year round. They kept the door locked a lot of the time which made entry a bit weird. The toilet paper was like sandpaper. In the scheme of things, these are very very very minor complaints.

Secure, as staff kept door secured when they were not right there. Carboy for drinking water. Refrigerator and microwave, small kitchenette. Hot water took a really long time to warm up.

Fueron muy amables con nosotros y se pusieron contacto antes de llegar para asegurar que todo iba buen. Fui con mascotas y no hubo ningún problema ( las mías están educadas, pero no dejan de ser mascotas). El espacio es grande y está en pleno centro de Xalapa No tengo queja

• Karla.Santos_ (7/5): Bueno lugar - La distancia al parque, que el lugar es tranquilo y es muy colorido Bueno, se supone que dice un precio en esta app (Booking) pero te cobran diferente "con el IVA incluido", pero es lo de menos. Nos dieron otra habitación (pedimos de 1 cama doble y nos dieron una de 2 camas, cosa que no ocupamos mas que 1 y la otra pues para poner las maletas nada mas), lo otro es que estamos a costumbrados a que si hacen la limpieza, lo hacen cuando tu no te encuentras aún en el hotel o porque saliste o asi, pero esta vez nos esperaron a llegar cuando solo queríamos descansar (El que hizo la limpieza a parte se porto algo grosero porque pues íbamos apurados arriba ya que no teniamos nada pues como no le dimos dinero nos dijo entre dientes "miserables") y al final una de las que esta en recepción solo porque le pedimos de favor dejar las maletas ya que nuestro autobús de regreso salía de noche nos hizo cara aunque si accedió. Fuera de todo eso, los demas que se encuentran en recepción son personas muy atentas y agradables, aunque el cuarto no tiene aire acondicionado como lo menciona ahí.

• Jesus (10/5): - My bonito lugar, cómodo, amplio, céntrico, muy amables los encargados, pero el acceso es un problemón, si no conoces las calles te puedes perder, y el estacionamiento lo tienen a varias cuadras. Llamar antes de ir.

• Noel (8/5): Solid option in an exceptional location. - Phenomenally located on a semi-pedestrianized street adjacent Parque Juarez in Xalapa's pretty and chill centro, the size of the rooms stand out along with always available hot water and strong wifi. While quiet during my stay the place was quite echoey so that will likely depend on other guests. Still, very solid overall and would consider staying again. Their listing mentions coffee but that was non-existent so if you need that in the morning you'll have to take a walk, and while it was advertised as a suite there were lacking basics (eg., utensils) so don't count on that if it's important to you, and the bed liner was distractingly crinkly and sweat-inducing.

Las instalaciones son lindas y, a pesar de ser pequeño cuenta con un jardín central. Está muy limpio y cuenta con cocineta, refrigerador y fregadero pequeño. Acepta mascotas, que para mi era importante. Lo recomiendo ampliamente por el precio, la ubicación y servicios que ofrece. El único inconveniente que le pueden ver algunas personas es que la calle donde está es peatonal, pero puede ser una ventaja ya que es mas tranquilo por ello.

From the colors to the lighting and the arched wooden doors, harkening back to old Spanish history. Staff was very nice and helped with recommendations. The only thing I would like to have is a light over the dining table. I would have liked to spend more time here.

• Margaret (6/5): Very nice place to stay while visiting Xalapa - Nice place to stay, great location as it is a minute away from the square. Clean and comfortable and reasonably priced. We stayed in a room facing the street so there was noise from the bar a few doors down, which when we stayed was a Doors cover band... so if you want quiet, ask for a room that does not face the street. Also, no wifi in room. We had to go out to the courtyard to get a signal.
